Method for operating a steam power plant The patent relates to a method for operating a steam power plant with forced-flow steam generator and downstream turbine plant, in which bleeding steam is withdrawn from the turbine plant in full load operation to preheat the liquid working medium. It also relates to a steam power plant for carrying out the method.
It is known to increase the thermal efficiency of a steam power plant by preheating the working fluid. For this purpose, for example, bleed steam is taken from the turbines and the feed water is heated with it.
This method has proven itself in normal operation of a steam power plant, but fails in partial load operation, since the pressure of the working medium in the individual turbines drops in stages approximately proportionally with the decreasing load. This also causes the temperature at which the working fluid condenses in the pre-warmers to fall, and the pre-heating of the working fluid is insufficient.
It is the purpose of the method according to the invention to at least for the most part eliminate this disadvantage.
The method is characterized in that in operating states in which bleeding steam to reach the required temperature of the liquid working means is not available, as a min least partial replacement of extraction steam from the pipe system of the steam generator branches off.
The steam power plant for carrying out the method is characterized by an extraction line system, which is connected to a point of the steam generator pipe system in front of the superheater heating surface and also leads to preheaters, and finally borrowed by control elements both in the extraction steam line system and in the extraction line system, which if unsuccessful If the liquid working medium is heated, let the extraction steam flow into the preheater.
In the method according to the invention, it is possible to regulate the amount of extraction steam as a function of the pressure in the preheater through which it flows, for example so that the required pressure is maintained as possible in each preheater.
A feed water preheater is understood to mean any arrangement in which feed water can be preheated, i.e. both surface and mixing preheaters. The latter includes, for example, the feed water tank, which can be used to preheat the feed water by removing working media from the pipe system or
the turbines is fed directly into it. It does not matter whether the feed water tank has a degasser attachment or not. In the following, two exemplary embodiments of the steam power plant according to the invention are described with reference to drawings. At the same time, the method according to the invention is explained, for example, on these systems.
In the steam power plant according to FIG. 1, the feed water is conveyed from the condenser 1 by means of the condensate pump 2 through the line 3 and the feed water preheaters 4, 5 and 6 into the feed water tank 7. From there, a line 8 leads via the feed water pump 9 and the feed water preheater 10, 11, 12 and 13 to a flue gas heated preheater 14 of the steam generator. Then the working fluid flows through another feedwater preheater 15, the differential pressure control valve 16 and the feed valve 17 in the heating surface 18, in which the order conversion of water into steam takes place and which is used to line the combustion chamber.
The working medium flows further through a measuring orifice 19 in the line 20 to the heating surface 21 - a first superheater -, then through the line 22 to the heating surface 23 - the final superheater - and on via the line 24, the steam valve 25 and the quick release and control valve 26 in the turbine 27, which drives a generator 28 generator. The turbine 27 can also consist of several parts, the steam being reheated if necessary. After its relaxation, the working medium flows through the line 29 back into the condenser 1 to condense there. The amount of steam and steam temperature are regulated in a known manner.
The feed valve 17 is influenced by the pressure difference measuring point 30 on the diaphragm 19 and by the temperature measuring point 31 behind the heating surface 18. The pressure differential valve 16 is set so that a constant pressure drop occurs at the feed valve 17. A line 32 branches off between the valves 16 and 17, through which working medium can be injected directly into the pipe system of the steam generator via the line 33 behind the heating surface 18 and through the line 34 behind the heating surface 21.
The injection quantity is controlled in line 33 by the flow control element 35, which is controlled by temperature measuring points 36 and 37 in front of and behind the heating surface 21, and in line 34 by the flow control element 38, which is controlled by the temperature Temperature measuring points 39 and 40 is controlled in front of and behind the heating surface 23, is set. A pressure measuring point 41 regulates the steam valve 25.
When starting up, when the pressure at the outlet from the steam generator is still too low, the steam valve 25 remains closed, but the bypass valve 42 is open and the working medium can flow directly into the condenser 1 via the bypass line 43.
In normal operation, bleeding steam flows from the turbine 27 through the lines 44 into the feed water preheater 4, 5 and 6 and condenses with heat dissipation to the feed water, whereupon the condensate flows through the lines 45 via the condensers 46 and further through the line 47 into the Capacitor 1 can flow. In the same way, bleed steam from the turbine 27 is passed through the lines 48 into the high-pressure feedwater preheaters 10, 11 and 12.
The steam can also condense here while giving off heat to the feedwater, whereupon the condensate can flow through the lines 49 and the Kon denstopf 50 and further via the Leitmig 51 into the feedwater tank 7. Finally, a bleeding steam line 52, which is provided with a Rüel @ shock cap 53, leads directly into the feed water tank 7.
) V if the feed water with. With the help of preheating by the bleed steam, it is not heated sufficiently.
working medium for preheating the feed water can be removed from the pipe system via the extraction line 54 at a point located behind the most strongly heated bone of the steam generator, for example when starting up and during low-power operation. will.
The flow control element 55 in the withdrawal line 54, which controls the amount of working medium withdrawn, is influenced by the pressure in the feedwater preheater 15 or in the line 56 leading to this preheater. A branch line 57 leads from the extraction line 54 to the feed water heater 13. The flow control element 58, which regulates the amount of working medium supplied to the feed water heater 13, is influenced by the pressure in the preheater 13. If the working fluid is condensed under heat release to the incoming feed water in the preheaters 13 and 15, it can flow through the condensate pots 59 and the line 60 into the preheater 12 and further into the feed water tank 7.
The pressure regulators of the throughflow regulating elements 55 and 58 are set to a specific pressure. If the normal operation is transitioned to low-load operation, the pressure at the connection points of the bleed steam lines 48 and 44 decreases approximately proportionally with the decreasing amount of steam. The bleed steam thus condenses in the preheaters at a lower temperature corresponding to this pressure. As a result, the feed water is preheated less and the thermal efficiency of the entire system drops.
If the feed water has a lower temperature, however, the temperature difference between the heating steam withdrawn from the pipe system for the feed water preheaters 13 and 15 and the feed water is greater. The feed water can absorb a greater amount of heat than before. Therefore, a larger amount of the working medium withdrawn from the pipe system condenses and the pressure in the two preheaters 13 and 1.5 drops. The flow regulating elements 58 and 55 open immediately to a greater extent, so that when the preheating caused by the anzapi steam is reduced, increased preheating automatically occurs due to the working medium removed from the pipe system.
If the steam power plant is operated at subcritical pressure, the flow regulating element 55 can be omitted if necessary, since the condensation trap 59 belonging to the preheater 15 performs a similar control.
Another line 61 branches off from the extraction line 54 and connects to the bleeding steam line 52. A through-flow control element 62, which is influenced by the pressure in the feedwater tank 7 or in the branch line 61, controls the amount of working medium passing through the branch line 61. A non-return flap 63 is also located in this line. The pressure regulator for the flow control element 62 works in conjunction with the return flaps 53 and 63 in such a way that an adjustable pressure in the feed water tank 7 is kept constant, unless the bleed steam in the line 52 has a pressure above the set value . In this case the flow control element 62 and the non-return flap 63 are closed.
If the pressure of the bleed steam falls below the value set, the non-return valve 53 closes and the flow control element 62 and the non-return valve 63 open so that the pressure in the feedwater container 7 remains approximately constant. So there is no need to worry that the pressure in the feed water tank 7 drops below atmospheric pressure, whereby air could penetrate into the pipe system.
A blow-off valve 64 is provided on the extraction line 54 for emergencies. Furthermore, a blow-off line 65 is arranged between the feedwater container 7 and the condenser 1, which is opened by the flow control element 66 as soon as the pressure in the feedwater container 7 exceeds a permissible value.
The steam power plant shown in Fig. 2 corresponds in its structure to the steam power plant just described. Only the extraction line 54 is connected to the bleeding steam lines 48 so that the same feedwater preheaters 10, 11 and 12 can be heated by the bleeding steam as well as by the working medium withdrawn from the pipe system.
The branch lines 67, 68 and 69 branch off from the extraction line 54 and open into the three bleed steam lines 48. The amount of working medium passing through the line 68 is controlled by the flow control element 70, the amount of working medium passing through the line 69 by the flow -Regulating body 71 regulated. Both organs 70 and 71 are similar to the flow control element 62 in the line 61 influenced by the pressure in the corresponding feed water preheater or the associated line. The entire amount of working fluid withdrawn from the pipe system is controlled by the flow control element 55, which is influenced by the pressure in the feed water preheater 12 which is last in the feed water flow direction.
Furthermore, the back flap flaps 72 are built into the lines 67, 68 and 69, the back flap flaps 73 in the Anzapfdampfleitun conditions 48 and the back flap flaps 74 in the bleed steam lines 44.
The working fluid can be fed to the extraction line 54 from a point directly behind the heating surface 18 arranged in or near the combustion chamber or via a line 75 branching off at the end of the steam generator pipe system. The valves 76 and 77 allow the optional activation of one of the two tapping points.
In operation, each pressure regulator for the flow elements 55, 62, 70 and 71 is set to a fixed value. If the pressure of the bleed steam in lines 48 and 52, for example during low-load operation, falls below this set value, all of the flow control elements mentioned open in such a way that the set pressure in the feed water 10, 11 and 12 and in the feed water tank 7 is constant is held while the non-return flaps 73 and 53 close. Especially with. When starting up, the set pressure value will correspond to the maximum permissible value for the feed water preheater.
In this way, it is possible to take the maximum amount of working fluid, the heat content of which the inflowing feedwater can absorb, from the pipe system, while the remaining part of the working fluid can be diverted into the condenser 1 via the bypass line 43 after cooling the superheater heating surfaces 21 and 23 . In order to be able to start up as quickly as possible, it is advantageous at the beginning of the start-up to take the working fluid through the line 75 at the end of the steam generator pipe system, since it reaches higher temperatures here earlier than directly behind the heating surface 18.
It is particularly useful if the pressure regulators are set after start-up in such a way that they do not open the associated flow regulating devices at the same time, but one after the other. For example, the flow control element 55 can open at a pressure which corresponds to about 600% e of the bleed steam pressure in the first line 48 at normal load.
The flow control element 70 could be at 50% of the normal value of the bleeding steam pressure in the second line 48, the flow control element 71 at 40% of the normal value of the bleed steam pressure in the third line 48 and the flow control element 62 at 30% of the normal value of the bleed steam pressure in line 52 open. In this way, a finely graded transition from normal load to low-load operation is possible because different feedwater servo heaters are heated simultaneously by both the extraction steam and the steam taken from the pipe system.
The two illustrated steam power plants serve only to explain the subject matter of the invention. Many modifications are possible. In particular, the number of feed water preheaters will be significantly larger.
For example, it is not always necessary for the two groups of feed water preheaters. According to FIG. 1, a feed water preheater heated by working means is to be arranged behind a preheater heated by flue gas. Likewise, the working fluid can be discharged from the pipe system at a point other than the one shown if the working fluid there has a correspondingly high temperature.
