Winkel ,a = 00.
Method for feeding the grinding wheel to the workpiece in grinding devices, for grinding by means of peripheral grinding, and device for carrying out the method The present invention relates to a method for feeding the grinding wheel in grinding devices for grinding with means of peripheral grinding, in which the grinding wheel is attached to a pendular visual pivot (is relocated, and a facility to exercise the procedure.
In known grinding devices of this type, the grinding wheel shaft is mounted in a vertical support which must be guided without play in scenes. It is clear that the provision of such a support by hundredths of a millimeter runs into difficulties, as the inertia and the frictional tensions arise, which require a much greater force to overcome than would be required to move, so that it is easy to create too great a provision.
The method according to the invention consists in the fact that the sliding disk is moved to an arc of a circle for the adjustment against the workpiece, so that when the disk axis moves smoothly you can see the feed paths of the sliding disk towards the surface of the workpiece to be ground. wnkreeliter direction according to the function (1-eos, a)
reduce to zero and in this zero position the target dimension is reached.
The device according to the invention for carrying out the method is characterized in that the twisting diamond sits on a cross support which is attached to the free end of a swivel arm, the end of which is rotatable about an axis which is connected in the pendulum visual swivel element , level between the pendulum axis of the organ and the grinding wheel axis is angeord net.
In the accompanying drawing, an example embodiment of the device according to the Invention is illustrated. It shows: FIG. 1 a cross section through the grinding device, FIG. 2 a front view of the grinding device, FIG. 3 the swivel plate with the grinding wheel slide from the side 3a is a geometrical scheme for FIG. 3,
FIG. 4 shows a section along line I-1 in FIG. 2, FIG. 5 shows a section along line II-II in FIG. 2, FIG. 6 of one design variant, the cross support to which the twisting diamond is attached,
Fig. 7 shows a variant of the cross support. On the crossbar 1 of the grinding machine frame, the slide 2 can be displaced horizontally by means of the spindle 3 transversely to the grinding table 51 . Two eyes 4 are provided on the slide 2, in which the swivel plate 5 is mounted.
The pivoting plate 5 is formed by two arms 5a which are connected to one another by cross connections 5b and 5e, 5d and by means of bolts < B> 6 pivoted in the eyes 4. On the cross connection 5b guides are seen in which the slide 7 is moved up and down.
This supports, displaceable in the same direction and adjustable with the screw 8 , the support plate 9 of the grinding motor 10 which, via V-belt 12, supports the V-belt pulley 13 drives, which sits on the axle 14, -which is stored in the bearing 15 and at the other end carries the floating disc 16 . The bearing 15 is attached to the lower end of the slide 7 in such a way that you can place the axis of the sliding disk perpendicularly under the pendulum axis of the sliding plate 5 .
By means of the handwheel 17 , which sits on the shaft 18 , which is guided in the bracket 18a of the swivel plate 5 , it is possible to use the pair of bevel gears 19 the threaded spindle 20, which engages through the threaded nut 22 of the slide 7, so that the slide 7 together with the motor 10 The height of the grinding disc 16 can be adjusted. The other end of the shaft 18 and the spindle 20 are mounted in the cross piece 5d. .
On the left arm 5a, (Fig. 2) of the pivoting plate 5 is also with means of the bolt 24, the axis of which lies in the plane of the pendulum axle of the pivoting plate 5 and the grinding wheel axis , an arm 26 pivotally attached, at the free end of which the cross support A with the diamond 28 is fastened as a twist-off device for the sliding disc.
Since the cross support A with the diamond 28 stands in the way during the sliding operation, it can be rotated 29 over disks on the motor shaft and Wire rope 30 running on bolt 24 can be pivoted into the position shown in dotted lines in FIG.
The dial gauge 32 on the cross support A is used to measure the setting height of the diamond. The cross support A must be firmly clamped in the manual position by means of a locking disc 33. A spindle 34 is mounted in the slide 2, by means of which the threaded spindle 27 is rotated via the bevel gears 35 and 36 .
The threaded spindle 37 engages in the articulated threaded nut 7 "arranged on the cross connection 5c, whereby the pivoting plate 5 and thus the sliding disc from the vertical plane into the position shown in FIG 1 dash-dotted position S and can be swiveled by _-- quickly. The spindle 34 is connected to your motor 39 via a Red-Lizier gear 38 connected, which causes the tilting of the sliding disc for its automatic infeed.
By means of a manual drive 40, the locking and removal of the self-locking disk 16 can also be effected by hand. The vertical position of the viewing swivel plate 5 releases the zero position.
In this position, the grinding spindle lies beneath the swivel axis 0 and in the plane E formed by the two axles, the diamond is moved when turning the grinding wheel. This plane can be swiveled from the zero degree position at angle a.
A switch 42, which has two contacts 43 and 44, is used to control the motor 39. The switch 42 is actuated by an element 45 which is fastened to the tilting plate 5 so that it moves when it is tilted with the tilting plate 16 . In the circuit which is first Z, # el closed by switch -12 when the plate 5 is swiveled out of the swiveled-out position towards the zero position a signal 46 switched on,
which, for example, lights up red, while a green light 47 is switched on by the contact 44.
According to Fig. 1, the workpiece 50 is attached to the workbench 51 , and next to it is the height-adjustable template 52 < / B> arranges, arranges. Two dial gauges 53a and 54 are arranged on your arm 53, which is pivotably attached to the carriage 2.
In FIGS. 1 and 2, a grinding disk 16 is shown for peripheral grinding, central, which horizontal grinding surfaces are machined. Should profile surfaces 1 - esehliffeli be the, which. two surfaces are at a right angle to each other, then two appropriately profiled sliding disks and a cross support with two diamonds are used, like ans the fil- 6 can be seen.
In this ALisführungforni (Fig. 6) the cross support A, is on the arm 9-6 around the 1) rolling pin 55 < / B> rotatably mounted and lockable on a graduation. The diamonds 57 and 58 are at right angles to each other aii "-eor (Inet and by means of the support in the already mentioned plane E and perpendicular to her M (, - eniä-ss the arrows 64, 65 can be moved. The arrows 60-63 show the paths, like the 1)
iainanten 57 and 58 can be moved. If the diamond 57 is moved in the direction of the arrows 60 and 61 , then the disk I '16a is ab-ed at an angle of 450 and During the displacement according to the arrows 62 and 63 , the diamond 58 rotates the '# elileiffläche of the disk 16b accordingly.
FIG. 7 shows a variant guide for the cross support according to FIG. 6. The triangular block 60 is on the bolt 55 </ B > Can be rotated and locked in the desired position. Two triangular sides have side guide guides 60a and 60b in which the side slides 61 and 62 can be displaced perpendicularly to one another.
These socks carry each a diamond 57 and 58 and are 63, 64, 65 <on straps / B> connected to one another and with a nielit rotatable screw 66 , on which a tendon wheel 67 designed as a threaded nut sits, which via a worm 68 - can be rotated.
When adjusting one of the diamonds, the bands move both , slides 61 and 62 at the same time in a chain and cover the slider guides 60a and 60b in block 60 from.
If the cross support A, (Fitg. 6) is turned around the pin 55 -Lind found that one of the diamonds is perpendicular to the direction of the arrows 64 And 65 dies, then by moving the diamond in this direction, a sliding disc as shown in Fig. 1 and 2 can be horizontally removed.
A Miotör- marriage 68 is provided for moving the side slides of the cross support. The work process with the grinding device according to Fig. 1 to 5 proceeds as follows: On the. The work piece 50 is fastened upright 51 . The template 52 is arranged next to this and the template height is set to the finished workpiece size. The swivel plate 5 is brought into the 0 position, d. h.
Angle, a = 00. Then bring the diamond 28 using a dial gauge 32 and measuring device 53, 53a to the height of the template . Now the periphery of the floating disc 16 with the diamond is twisted off in a predetermined manner and then the twisting device is swung away upwards. The Sehleifseheibe is now <RTI
ID = "0003.0093"> with the lowest surface line exactly at template height, ie set to the workpiece size. With the two dial indicators. 53a and 54, the sliding allowance Z resulting from the difference in the displays of the two clocks is determined and the pivoting plate is pivoted so far from the vertical plane E by an angle (FIG. B) 3),
as this corresponds to the vertical infeed path of the grinding wheel against the workpiece surface to be grinded, which is required for grinding the grinding allowance Z. The grinding process then takes place. The speed of the motor 39 and thus the duration of the feed path is regulated by means of a potentiometer connected to the electric circuit of the adjusting motor 39 .
The pivoting plate moves under the action of the motor 39 during the grinding on an arc of a circle in a uniform movement into the zero position, whereby the infeed path of the grinding wheel see according to the function (1-Cos, a) . reduced to zero and in this position the target dimension is reached, as can be seen from FIG. 3a.
If the pivoting plate 5 has almost reached its zero position, then the element 45 makes contact 43 with the switch 42, so that the red lamp 46 lights up, which indicates that the rope pulley is ahead of the last Grinding stands.
The grinder now checks whether the wire rope disc needs to be turned off for the final touch. If this is the case, then he swivels the cross support A into the turning position and turns the disc 16 , using the handwheel 17 </ B> against the diamond 28 . The cross support A is then swiveled up again and the grinding process continued until the green light comes on and the feed motor is switched off.
The process of grinding profile rails is carried out in the same way, with a template shaped to match the profile rails then being used to set the two diamonds.
