Description

  

  Stossdämpfende Verbindung zwischen mechanischen Flachteilen    Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sieh auf  eine stossdämpfende Verbindung zwischen     me-          elianisehen    Flachteilen und ist dadurch ge  kennzeichnet, dass das eine Ende wenigstens  einer elastisch biegsamen     Schaumstoffwalze          durch    ein im Vergleich zum Walzenquer  schnitt engeres Loch im einen flachen Teil       imd    das andere     @Z'alzenende    in ein ebenfalls  im     Vergleich    zum Walzenquerschnitt engeres  Loch im andern flachen Teil gesteckt ist und  beide Walzenenden je mit Hilfe eines auf den  zugehörigen Flachteil     aufgeschraubtenKlemm-       <RTI  

   ID="0001.0009">   plättehens        plattgepresst    und eingeklemmt sind.  



  Ausführungsbeispiele des Erfindungs  gegenstandes sind in der Zeichnung darge  stellt.<B>Es</B> zeigen:       Fig.1        sehaubildlieh    eine erste Phase bei  (]er     Herstellung    des ersten Beispiels,       Fig.2        schaubildlich    ein Klemmplättchen,       Fig.    3 einen Längsschnitt durch ein     Klemm-          plättchen,          Fi".4        sehaubildlieh    ein zweites Ausfüh  rungsbeispiel, in     fertigem        Zustand.     



       Fig.    5 eine Seitenansicht eines     dritten    Aus  führungsbeispiels und       Fig.    6     sehaubildlieh    ein viertes Ausfüh  rungsbeispiel.  



  Gemäss     Fig.1.    ist ein Ende einer elastisch       bie"samen        Sehaumstoffwalze    1 durch ein Loch  von bedeutend geringerem Durchmesser in  einer Platte 2 durchgesteckt worden. Ein  Klemmplättchen 3, welches gemäss     Fig.    2 und    3 eine Erhöhung 31. und zwei Schrauben  löcher 32 aufweist, ist dazu bestimmt, auf die  Platte 2 aufgeschraubt zu werden, um das  vorstehende Walzenende     plattzudrüeken    und  festzuklemmen. Aus den Ausführungsbeispie  len der     Fig.4    bis 6 ist ersichtlich, wie die  fertigen stossdämpfenden Verbindungen zwi  schen flachen Teilen aussehen können.

   Gemäss       Fig.    4 ist mit den Flachteile bildenden Schen  keln eines bügelförmigen Trägers 24 eine  elastisch biegsame     Schaumstoffwalze    1 mit  ihren Enden durch Klemmplättchen 3 ver  bunden, wobei die     Schaumstoffwalze    durch  ein engeres Loch, als ihr Querschnitt ist, einer  stossgedämpft aufzuhängenden Blechplatte 25  durchgesteckt ist. Gemäss     Fig.5    sind zwei  Winkelbleche 26 und 27 durch Schaumstoff  walzen 1 und Klemmplättchen 3 stossdämp  fend verbunden.

  According to Fig. 1. one end of an elastically flexible foam roller 1 has been pushed through a hole of significantly smaller diameter in a plate 2.
