Device for moving at least one closing element, in particular a sliding window of motor vehicles. The invention relates to a device for moving at least one closing element, in particular a sliding window of motor vehicles, which is connected with. a lever is provided which transmits a spring force counteracting the weight of the movable Absehlussorgans to this organ.
In the case of the known devices, a handle provided for this purpose and attached to the closure organ must be pulled or through. Cranks on a winch start the movement of the closing organ loaded by counterweights, springs or other means against its own weight.
According to the invention is. the force transmitted from the lever linkage to the closing element can be changed with the help of a Umstellvorriehtung in order to initiate the movement of the closing element through this change. The changeover device advantageously has an angle lever which can be actuated via a push rod and an eccentric. If only mechanical means are to be used, the lever linkage can be under the influence of at least two springs, one of which can be locked and closed.
One of the springs engages. then with its two ends on the lever linkage, the other, however, with one end on the switching device and with the other end on the same end of the former spring. If the springs are arranged concentrically one inside the other as very cube springs, a substantial reduction in the overall height of the device can be achieved.
A plurality of closure organs can advantageously be actuated jointly by one switching element. If the closing organs can be identified individually and in groups, this can prevent unauthorized opening or closing of the closing organs.
In another embodiment of the movement device, the change in the force for initiating the movement of the occlusal organ is brought about by an electromagnetic force.
In the drawing, two Ausfüh approximately examples of the invention are shown. Fig. 1 is a view. the first movement device on a motor vehicle window, wherein the inner paneling of the body is removed. Fig.2 is a section along the line 11-II of Fig. 1. In Fig. 3, the second movement device is provided in a view. Fig. -1 illustrates a circuit diagram of the device of FIG.
In the first device, a lever linkage 6 is mounted in a preferably (J-cross section having base rail 1 at 26 and with its upper end is hinged to the lower frame part of a sliding window 9 guided in slide rails, whereas its lower ends are hinged to the eye 5, on the other hand sliding and secured by the nut 4. are connected to the screw bolt 3 of a helical spring 2.
One end of which is non-positively coupled to a parallel tension spring 2a via a ver adjustable plate 7 on the bolts 3 and 14 by means of nuts 10a and 10, the other end of the tension spring 2a. is connected to a pivoted about the bolt 7 8 of the base rail 1 bar angle lever 17, for which purpose the eye 8 of the tension spring 2a on the shorter arm 19 of the angle lever 17 engages. A push rod 21 establishes the connection between the longer arm 20 of the angle lever 17 and the eccentric 22 which can be rotated in four directions about the axis 23. A Unistell lever 25 is rigidly connected to the latter.
The entire facility is. for example, installed between the walls 15 of the body of a motor vehicle, in such a way that the base rail 1 forms part of the same and the eccentric 22 is mounted in the walls 15, the switching lever 25 protruding into the interior of the vehicle.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a right-angled strip 16 covers the space accommodating the device and leaves a gap free for the window 9 to pass through. In the bar 16 a friction lock of known design is arranged so that its actuating lever 12 protrudes into the interior of the driving tool and beyond its bearing point 7.1 in the bar 16 carries an eccentric disc 13 provided on the zz cylindrical outer surface with an elastic coating's.
The mode of operation of the described device is as follows: When the window is open, the two springs 2 and 2a are tensioned in their entirety in such a way that they are able to compensate for the weight of the window. In order to be able to close the window, it is only necessary to place the lever 25 in the position shown in the drawing, whereby the angle lever 17 assumes a position via the eccentric 24 in which the spring 2a receives additional tension, so that the total tension force of the springs 2 and 2a is somewhat greater than the resistance that counteracts the closing of the window.
This has the consequence that the lever linkage 6 is moved into the upper extended position while the window is closed at the same time. There. see during this movement on the one hand the short free ends of the Ilebelgestänges 6 approach each other, on the other hand, the plate 7 is pulled in the direction of Win angle lever 17, relax see the springs 2 and 2a. The window should now open like that. the lever 25 is thrown in the direction of the arrow, with the result that the weight of the window now outweighs the currently effective tension forces of the springs 2 and 2a and causes the window to open gently.
Since the tension of the springs varies both when opening and when closing in the sense of a gradual, gentle equalization of the forces, the springs act as shock-absorbing organs in the course of the movements. The upward and downward movement of the window 9 can be terbunden un by pressing the friction lock acting on the window and the window can be determined in the interim position.
For additional protection against unauthorized opening of the window from the outside, the changeover lever can also be made lockable. To operate several windows, the eccentrics can be connected, for example, by means of coupling rods engaging in the engagement points 24 of the push rods 21, so that several windows can be operated simultaneously from one switching lever 25. Instead of two springs, only one spring or several springs can be arranged, and instead of side by side they can be laid concentrically inside one another.
According to Figures 3 and 4 is. the second tension spring is replaced by a rod 2c. This rod carries a soft iron core 27 which, together with two of them, surround the coils 28, 28a, two electromagnets bil det, which are connected according to FIG. Depending on the current source 30 is applied to the coil 28 or 28a by means of the switch 29, which can expediently be designed as a switching element that closes the circuit only for the duration of its actuation, the soft iron core 27 is placed in the relevant stronidurehfluss Coil pulled.
As a result, however, the equilibrium state of the window 9, in which it is located at every altitude, is affected by the spring 2 in a mass sufficient for practical use. The window will open or close, depending on whether the tension of the spring 2 is reduced or increased by the action of the electromagnets.
In order to be able to operate the device even if the power source 30 fails, the rod 2c is connected to the shorter arm 19 of the angle lever 17 pivoted about the bolt 18 of the base rail 1. The length of the arm 20 is connected to the push rod 21. is again connected to the eccentric 22 rotatable about the axis 23. A change-over lever 25 is again attached to the latter.
The electromagnetic device actuated by the switch 29 and the mechanical device actuated by the switching lever 25 can also necessarily be coupled to one another in such a way that the coils 28, 28a are de-energized in the end positions of the switching lever 25, which is the case in FIG drawn position of the holder 29 would correspond.
If, for example, the change-over lever 25 is actuated in the opposite direction of the clock, which is equivalent to initiating the opening movement of the window 9, the switch 29 automatically and simultaneously applies the coil 28a to the power source 30, but only until the change-over lever 25 is brought into its end position, which is reached again when the window is completely open. This process is reversed when the window is closed. In this arrangement, in order to be able to hold the window in an intermediate position, a friction lock is also required.
This device can also be installed between the walls of the body of a motor vehicle, in such a way that its base rail 1 forms part of the same and the operating handle of the switch 29 or the switching lever 25 protrudes into the interior of the vehicle.
