Kupplungssteckkontakt Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung be trifft einen Kupplungssteckkontakt.
Coupling plug contact The subject of the present invention be meets a coupling plug contact. The plug contacts known today have the particular disadvantage that with a weaker Klemmwir effect of the plug pins, the plug can be pulled away from the socket by a relatively small pull, which, however, interrupts the circuit.
This disadvantage is to be remedied by the present invention in that the plug has at least one electrically conductive coupling pin arranged perpendicular to its longitudinal direction, while the socket outlet accordingly has at least one breakthrough perpendicular to the longitudinal axis that enables the coupling pin to pass through has, to which a narrower slot extending in the longitudinal direction of the socket connects, the end of which serves as a stop for the coupling bolt displaceable along the slot, with at least one electrically conductive contact piece running in the same direction as said slot inside the socket is brought.
In the accompanying drawing, some embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown. They show: Fig.l. the first embodiment in the diagram, Figure 2 with the coupling socket. their broadside facing the plug, Fig.3 and 4 sections along the lines III-III and IV-IV of Fig. 2, Fig. 5 the plug with its broad side facing the coupling socket, Fig. 6 is a section along the line VI -VI of Fig. 5,.
7 shows a second embodiment of the socket as seen from one broad side, FIG. 8 shows a section along the line VIII to VIII in FIG. 7, FIG. 9 shows a further embodiment in a diagram, FIG. 10 shows a further embodiment in view, FIG .11 a further embodiment of the socket in longitudinal section, FIG. 12 another embodiment of the plug contact in the diagram.
The embodiment according to FIGS. 1 to 6 has a coupling socket 1 and a plug 2, which are intended to bind together ver. The socket 1 (Fig. 2 to 4) preferably consists of the two Tei len 3, 4, which are firmly connected to each other with a screw 5, for example. The part 4 has strip-like elevations 6, which are arranged on one broad side and preferably extend over the entire length of the part 4. Within each of the heights 6 there is an electrically conductive. Material existing contact piece 7 which has at least one resilient part 8 and on the other hand is provided with connection means 9 for clamping an electrical line 10.
The part 8 is opposite a at an acute angle and at the distance to the same lying clamping surface 11, which is preferably ge forms through a portion of the socket. In addition, each clamping member 7 has a breakthrough 12 in the strips 6 opposite. These openings 12 are followed by narrower slots 13. The contact pieces 7 lie loosely on and for themselves between the two plug socket parts 3 and 4 or can be cast in and are held in the correspondingly designed recesses in these parts.
In the plug 2 (Fig.5 and 6), which consists of two parts 15 and 16 which are connected to one another by a screw 17, connection means 18 for an electrical device 19 are available. In this connection means, the z. B. formed by clamping, bolt-like coupling bolts 20 are screwed, the outer ends of which each have a head 21. The diameter of the openings 12 in the socket 1 is now selected such that the heads 21 of the bolts 20 can be passed through. The elevations 6 of the socket 1 protrude into channel-shaped depressions 22 of the plug 2.
As soon as the contact pins 20 - are introduced into the openings 12, socket 1 and plug 2 are moved with respect to each other until they see at least approximately cover. The end of this shift is limited by the impact of the bolts 20 at the end of the slots 13. The heads 21 grind on the parts 8 of the contact pieces 7 and are pressed firmly onto the contact pieces 7 by the inclined surfaces 11 as clamping surfaces. As a result, on the one hand, an absolutely perfect and good contact is achieved and, on the other hand, the advantage that the socket and plug are not pulled apart when a train occurs in the electrical lines.
The contact bolts 20, which protrude into the recesses 22, but do not protrude beyond them, can be used at the same time to clamp the line 18 in the clamping sleeves 18.
While in the vorbesehriebenen exemplary embodiment from the contact surfaces of the con tact pieces 7 are parallel to the broad sides of the socket, an embodiment is shown in Figs. 7 and 8 in which these contact surfaces are perpendicular to the broad sides of the socket. In this case, resilient contact pieces 25 are easily seen whose contact surfaces are also at an acute angle to each other. The design and arrangement of Kontakt.stück-25 is. now in such a way that the contact pins 20 of the plug resiliently presses against the ends of the slots 13 and thus the socket and plug are secured to one another in their position of use.
The contact pieces 25, which also face inclined surfaces 11 of the socket outlet, are provided with connection means 26 for the electrical lines. In addition, this socket also has the already explained He elevations 6. Otherwise, the socket 30 is designed analogously. like the socket 1.
9 shows an embodiment in which a socket 31 is provided with a plurality of elevations 6, so that a plurality of plugs 32 can be connected to this socket 31. The type of connection is. in and of itself exactly the same as described above. It is called. So this is that within the strips 6 are resilient contact pieces that are intended to connect with the contact bolts of the plug 32. The latter also have the depressions 22.
The embodiment according to FIG. 1 shows a plug contact, the broad side of which has a rectangular shape. It is of course also possible to give the plug contact a round or other shape, the former being shown in FIG. With the socket 40, which has the elevations 6, a plug of any shape can of course be connected.
As FIG. 11 shows, a socket 35 can be attached to the contact piece 7, e.g. B. be riveted, .whose longitudinal axis is perpendicular to first. In the case of a two-pin socket 1, the connector pins 36 of a plug 37 known per se can be inserted into these sleeves 35. This training .sich is particularly suitable for use as a wall socket .10 so. the plug 37 commonly used today can also be used.
An exemplary embodiment of the plug contact can be seen from FIG. 12, in which the opposite broad sides 38 of the socket and plug are smooth.
