Autonomous and mobile large catering facility
Until now, only stationary systems or mobile field kitchens could be used to cater for larger crowds, especially in the event of a disaster. The disadvantages of using such catering systems are the low production capacity and the dependence on local tea-like auxiliary systems for water, electricity, steam and the apparatus and devices for preparing the food to be processed.
These sewing parts are remedied by the autonomous and mobile large catering system according to the present invention.
According to the invention, KoehkesseL Bratherd, roasting oven and universal processing machine for meat, potatoes, vegetables, fruit, legumes and pasta are installed in at least one vehicle that has its own power generator and oil and water tanks for the technically self-sufficient production of food and drinks without any claim location-based technical resources.
As a result, the system is also able to start producing food and drinks while driving to the place of use. Advantage. Oil burners are used to heat the built-in cooker and roasting equipment.
Two or four boilers can have a common smoke outlet.
To the expedient. Using the limited space, two, four or six roasting tubes lying one above the other can be combined to form a group of roasting tubes.
Since experience has shown that the installation of a larger group of roasting tubes or large-capacity cooking kettles with a normal vehicle interior height is difficult and the overall vehicle height must not exceed a certain Mā during the journey, the vehicle can be fitted with a mechanically or hydraulically operated device be equipped to extend and retract the vehicle roof so that the vehicle roof can be extended to a certain height at the place of use and in the parking position.
The system can consist of several vehicles lined up in a row, which form a catering train, the individual vehicles of which are, for example, so-called stew cakes, beverages ?, ¸ Portions kitchen ?, Preparation cake? (for meat, vegetables, fruit, legumes, pasta, potatoes).
An exemplary embodiment of a system according to the invention is shown in the accompanying drawing, namely in the selected exemplary embodiment the system consists of two vehicles.
It shows :
1 shows a motor vehicle in the view,
Fig. 2 shows an associated trailer vehicle,
3 shows a partial vertical section along line I-I in FIG. 5,
FIG. 4 shows a horizontal section to FIG.
Fig. 5 shows a horizontal section to Fig. 2 and
6 shows a vertical section along line II-II in FIG. 4, together with a schematic view of the worn vehicle roof and the smoke ducts.
As can be seen from FIGS. 4 and 5, the system has boiling kettles K, roasting earth B and roasting tube groups BG which are equipped with oil burners ¯B to which the raw oil is fed from the oil tank Ö through the oil lines OL. The automatically operating oil pump ÍP is used to fill the oil tank Í The electricity generated by the power generator ST is fed to the oil burners OB via the control and distribution panels S and the power lines e. From the water tank W, the boiling kettle and the automatically operating potato cutting and washing machine 7iS are fed through the pipes WL.
The oil, water and electrical lines are laid under the vehicle floor in separate, easily accessible, dust- and water-tight lines that cannot be seen from the drawing.
For the sake of clarity, the oil and electrical lines are only visible in Fig. 4 and the water ducts only in Fig. 5.
The UM universal kitchen machine, which is used for processing (eg cutting, chopping, grating, straining meat, potatoes, vegetables, fruit, legumes and pasta, etc.), is directly coupled for you - th electric motor via the power lines e from the switch and distribution panels S the power generated by the power generator ST is supplied.
The flue gases that arise in the boiling kettles during the heating process pass through a collecting box each arranged for two or four kettles, not shown in the drawing, and from there through the common smoke outlet R over the roof into the open. For rapid discharge of the smoke gases that occur and to achieve a strong extraction, the smoke discharge lines R above the vehicle roof are appropriately extended by attachable or extendable smoke extension tubes, as shown in FIG. 6.
The fans 17, which are used to ventilate the vehicles, receive electricity via the Sehalt and distribution panels S and the power lines e. The necessary work tables are marked with r.
During the journey, the vehicle maintains its normal, traffic-related vehicle height li, and the smoke evacuators R remain retracted during the journey. To start up the vehicle at the place of use, the vehicle roof D is extended to height H, as is the ranch drains R. This arrangement achieves the interior height of the vehicle required to start up the cooking and roasting equipment with a particularly large capacity and the resulting high capacity.
