<tb> in <SEP> wire <SEP> or <SEP> thread <SEP> so <SEP> in <SEP> with reference to <SEP> <SEP> the <SEP> ring drive <SEP> is shifted <SEP>, <SEP> that <SEP> a <SEP> constant thread tension and thus a constant winding speed is achieved.
The drum can also be coupled to the bobbin via a gear, in which case the drum diameter is determined by the gear ratio of the gear.
An embodiment of the invention is described below with reference to the drawing be; 1 and 2 show a schematic representation of the winding device in connection with a wire drawing machine, namely only the parts required for guiding the wire, and FIGS. 3, 4 and the like show in a schematic representation Drive of the take-up reel and parts used to move its speed in front and side view and in top view.
In FIG. 1, 1 designates the last target drum of a wire drawing machine, of which only a part of the frame plate 2 is shown. The drive shaft of the target drum is labeled 3 and the drawing nozzle in front of the drum is labeled 4. The wire 3 coming from it is passed around the drum 1 one or more times and then runs white ter over rollers 8 and 50 to the bobbin 6, which is driven by the shaft 7 from. The roller 8 is seated on a lever arm 9 on a shaft 10 which is engaged by a spring which is operated below and tries to rotate the lever 9 against the action of the wire tension.
The position of the lever 9 thus forms a measure of the tension of the wire. The rod labeled 11 carries at the upper end a tab 12 with a borehole that serves as a guide for the wire 5. This rod 11 is driven in a manner known per se in such a way that 6 turns are placed on the coil next to one turn.
As FIG. 3 shows, a cone 13 is seated on the shaft 7, which is extended downwards, which can slide on the shaft 7, but is non-rotatably connected to the shaft by a longitudinal wedge 14. The shaft 7 is guided in a bearing plate 17 at the bottom.
The cone 13 is used to drive the shaft 7, and that is on the jacket of the cone a V-rails 18, which see over two V-belts 19 and 20 is guided. One of the V-belt pulleys is driven via the pulley 15 from the shaft 3 of the drum 1 via a V-belt 46. The V-belt 18 thus revolves at a constant speed as long as the speed of the drum 1 does not change. In contrast, the speed of the shaft 7 depends on the position of the drum 13 in relation to the V-belt 18. The speed is lowest when the belt 18 engages the largest diameter of the drum 13, and greatest when the drum is pushed down so far that the belt 18 runs on the smallest diameter.
As the basic outline in Fig. 5 shows, the belt is guided in such a way that it is always tight around the circumference of the drum. The smallest drum diameter corresponds to the diameter of the spool core, the largest to the largest. The diameter of the wire spool to be wound up on the spool bars, that is to say, with increasing number of layers of the spool, the drum 13 must be moved upwards from its lowest position so far that the belt 1S can run on the largest diameter. Fig. 3 shows an intermediate position.
A threaded spindle 21 with a nut 22 is used to adjust the drum 13. This nut has an arm 23, which at the end engages with a ring-shaped part 21 in a recess of a shoulder 25 of the drum 13 so that the drum 13 is it can rotate freely in your ring 2-1. Against this is the mother - '? by the from. Attachment '_': held arm \? 3 prevented from turning.
It therefore shifts upwards or downwards when the spindle 21 is rotated in one sense or the other. A bevel gear 26 is seated on the spindle 21 and meshes with a = n bevel gear? 7 on the shaft 28. The shaft 28 carries a toothed wheel 29, the teeth of which are shaped like a ratchet wheel. The wheel is rotatably connected to the shaft 28. A pawl 30, which is articulated at 31 on a lever 32 which is rotatably mounted on the axle 28, serves to drive the wheel.
An arm 33 of this lever is driven by a rod 47 via lever 48 from the cam 45, that is to say by the cam which also drives the rod 11 via a double-armed lever 49. With each pivoting movement of the lever 32 in the clockwise direction, the ratchet wheel 29 is also rotated clockwise by a certain number of teeth, while the ratchet wheel 29 is not taken along during the backward movement of the pawl.
A constant rotation of the ratchet wheel 29 would mean a constant rotation of the threaded spindle 21, that is, the drum 13 would be constantly raised by the same amount. The pitch of the thread on the spindle 21 would have to be in exact correspondence with the diameter of the wire, taking into account the pitch of the drum 13. In addition, there would be no possibility of differences occurring between the respective outer diameter of the coil and the drum diameter on which the V-belt 18 is applied to take into account.
In order to compensate for possible differences and to be able to dispense with an adaptation of the thread pitch, the duration of the engagement of the pawl 30 in the wheel 29 is regulated as a function of the wire 5. A curved segment 34, which is fastened in a ring 35, specifically in a slot in the ring, is used for this purpose. This ring sits on an axis 36 which is rotatably mounted perpendicular to the shaft 28 close to the ratchet 29 in parts 37 indicated schematically.
A screw 3.8 allows the segment 34 to be moved and fastened in different positions on the shaft 36 and thus at different distances from the shaft 28. A pin 39 is fastened to the pawl 30, which is on the curved control edge 40 of the Segment 34 slides. The shape and height of the segment is determined so that the pawl does not come into engagement with the ratchet wheel 29 when the segment is in a plane parallel to the ratchet wheel.
If, on the other hand, the segment is inclined towards this plane, the control edge 40 sinks by a corresponding amount, so that, depending on the degree of inclination, the time of engagement of the pawl is shifted forward, i.e. the pawl rotates the ratchet wheel 29 with each stroke by an angle, the greater the inclination of the segment 34 is.
The rotation of the shaft 36 and thus of the segment 34 now takes place as a function of the tension of the wire 5. The shaft 10 carries a resilient pin 43 near its lower bearing 16. The free end of the pin rests against a lever 44, which is rotationally fixed the shaft 36 is seated.
As FIG. 1 shows, the shaft 10 is engaged by the tension in the wire 5 and the spring 42 (FIG. 5), that is, the more the wire is tensioned, the more the segment 34 is inclined. An increasing wire tension thus causes a larger angle of rotation of the ratchet wheel 29 and thus a faster rise of the drum 13 and thus a decrease in the speed of the bobbin 7, while a decrease in the thread tension causes the segment 34 to straighten up to the complete standstill of the drum 13 until the wire tension has become so great again,
that it pivots the .Segment 314 out of the vertical and causes a further transport of the drum 13. The displacement of the drum 13 thus takes place in accordance with the tension in the wire. Even relatively minor changes in the voltage already cause changes in the speed of the coil. A handle 41 is connected to the threaded spindle 2'1 in order to adjust the height of the drum 13 by hand.
