Tubular organ that can be exposed to internal pressure The present invention relates to a tubular organ that can be exposed to internal pressure, for example a pressure vessel, a pressure line pipe, a liquid container or a silo.
According to the invention, the wall of the vessel, with a circular cylindrical design, contains the inner side at axial spacings, between which the outer side of the wall extends in an arc shape, so that the inner edge is transferred to the inlet rings by the arching effect.
In the accompanying drawing, two exemplary embodiments of the subject of the invention are shown, namely: FIG. 1 shows, in axial section, a portion of a first embodiment consisting of a pressure tube, FIG. 2,
also in axial section a part of a second embodiment consisting of a pressure tube and fin. 3 and 4, on a smaller scale, are shown in Fig. 1 and 2 respectively.
The cylindrical pressure pipe shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, designed as a pressure line, has a wall a, for example made of reinforced or unreinforced concrete, the inside of which runs as a circular cylinder and which Contains, axially spaced from one another, tension rings c, for example made of prestressed concrete. Due to the arched design of the outside f of the wall a, it is possible to shift the internal pressure b onto the rings e by the arching effect, that is to say the rings c are subject to tension.
The outside f of the wall between the pull rings c has a paraboloid shape, for example.
The pressure pipe according to FIGS. 2 and 4 differs from the same according to FIGS. 1 and 3 in that it has a special wall part that is arched in cross section and forms the outside of the wall W between that and the cylindrical inside. a lining J is attached to the wall.
The wall part d can for example consist of steel and the lining J of concrete. Steel, steel-concrete or prestressed concrete can be used for the pull rings c .
The purpose of the pressure pipe or the container, by virtue of its geometric shape, is to avoid undesirable large tensile stresses over long distances and practically limit the absorption of tensile stresses in the area of the tension rings.
The preferred area of application of the invention is the construction of pressure lines or pressure tunnels under high water pressure and construction of containers, such as water or liquid containers, silos, coal bunkers, etc.
