Photographic lens shutter with forward mechanism The present invention relates to a photographic lens shutter with a main drive element that actuates the shutter sectors and with a built-in prelaxation mechanism that delays the process of the main drive element and is tensioned by a tension member that is driven by the tensioning o- ied des Main drive organ is independent gl.
It is the object of the invention to create a lens cover which only has the most necessary external operating elements and can thus be handled quickly and easily.
According to the invention, this requirement is achieved in that an actuator provided to keep another locking function ready serves as a tensioning element of the forward drive, in that it can be moved from its ready position into a position in which the Forward drive is tensioned, wona, before it is in its -Lirumps --- borrowed liability position,
- returns. It is advantageous as a tendon for the Vorlaufwerli-. in its original standby position as an actuator for a lightning contact device woven into the closure to use.
An exemplary embodiment of the e-i-iindiin "s, emässen lens cover and a variant are explained in more detail below with reference to the description and the accompanying drawings.
The figures show: FIG. 1 the lock with the derailleur plate removed in the rest position, FIGS. 2 and 6 the same lock in the tensioned position or shortly after release and FIG. 4 a modified detail of the closure according to FIGS. 1 to 3.
A main drive element 12 is rotatably mounted at 14 in the closure housing 10. It is under the influence of a main drive spring, not shown, which tries to move the same clockwise. With the main drive member 12 is a Sekto renring 16 in such a transmission connection that when.
When the main drive member 12 runs clockwise, the sector ring 16 is initially moved counterclockwise and then back again, thereby opening and closing the locking sectors 18 in a known manner . The sequence movement of the main drive element 12 and thus also of the sector ring 16 # is controlled by an arbitrarily adjustable inhibitor (not shown), which allows different exposure times to be achieved.
The main drive member 12 is tensioned with the aid of a tension ring 20, which is rotatably mounted around the lens tube 2 of the shutter housing and is loaded by a spring 24 that moves it counterclockwise to its rest position R pull looking.
A handle 26 of the clamping ring 20 protrudes from the locking housing and is used to move the same clockwise into the clamping position S, whereby the main drive element which is in gear connection with the clamping ring 20 12 is moved counterclockwise and its main drive boiler is tensioned.
The transmission connection between the clamping ring 20 and the main drive element 12 is formed in such a way that the clamping ring 20 can move back from the clamping position S in the direction of its rest position R as soon as the main drive element 12 is fully tensioned and in this position is blocked.
A locking lever 28 which is - <stored in the locking housing 10 at 30 serves to lock the main drive element 12 in the clamping position / B> t and blocks a projection 34 of the main drive element 12 with its nose 32.
A second lug 36 of the locking lever 28 protrudes into the path of a locking lug 38 on the clamping ring 20 and prevents the same from entering its position after the clamping movement has been completed Return to the rest position R by stopping it in an intermediate position, which can also be referred to as tensioned #itellting G . The tensioned position G of the tension ring 210 is only slightly removed from its rest position R.
A release lever 40, which is mounted at 42, works together with the locking lever 28. When triggered, the release lever 40 is moved counterclockwise and takes the locking lever 28 clockwise with it, so that both the clamping ring 9.0 and the main drive element 12 are released.
In the lock housing 10 , in addition to the already mentioned time inhibitor for the main i internal drive element 12, an advance inhibitor is also installed,
which accordingly delays the actual course of the misery mechanism, for example, nveek's execution of self-recordings.
This Vorla, -Lif # Verk has a retarding anchor 44 with steering wheel 46, which is in engagement with a gear train 4.8-54- The wheel 54, which is rotatably mounted about a pin 56, is a ratchet wheel slightly upwardly protruding notches 58 into which a downwardly bent Sehleiftunge 60 of a tensioning disc 62 engages, which also around the Pin 56 is rotatably mounted,
however, above the wheel 54, a drive spring 64 for the forward movement is wound around the pin 56, which can be seen with its end on a pin 66 of the tensioning disk 62 and is supported with the other end on a stationary pin 68 of a plate (not shown) lying above the feed mechanism.
A driving pawl 70 is also attached to the pin 66 of the tensioning disk 62 , but one of its downwardly bent tabs 72 does not The illustrated radial nose of the locking housing 10 slides, whereby this driver pawl is guided accordingly.
The driving pawl 70 has a hook 74 which cooperates with a tab 76 of an adjusting ring 78 . This adjusting ring 78 is mounted in the locking housing 10 so that it can rotate concentrically to the optical axis and is loaded by a spring 80 that moves it counterclockwise. inventing to move seeks.
A spring catch 82 - ripens in the pine of the two notches 84, 86 provided in the adjusting ring 78 and " This means that two positions n of the adjusting ring e 78 which are marked with X and .11 are correct.
In the X position, the actuator serving as an actuator has a flashing contact device built into the lock housing, but not shown, in the ready position when using Flashing lamps brought without a light delay, while its position M indicates the readiness of the contact device when using lamps with a greater light delay.
In addition to this primary function, the actuator 78 is assigned another function, namely the tensioning of the leading mechanism already explained. For this purpose, the adjusting ring 78 can be moved clockwise from its position X into a position _V, in which its tab 76 the driver pawl 70, </ B > 74 has driven so far that the tensioning disk 62 rotates with its grinding tongue 60 clockwise and the drive spring 64 of the leading unit is sufficiently pretensioned.
During this tensioning movement, a pawl 88 locks the armature 44 and thus the gear train 46-54 against movement, so that the grinding tongue 60 of the tensioning disk 62 initially has a few notches 58 < / B> loops and finally, at the end of the clamping movement, engages in a new notch 58 of ratchet wheel 54.
After the forward movement has been tensioned, the adjusting ring 78 returns under E4 under the action of the spring 80 as soon as it is released by the operator, from position V to position < I> X immediately, whereby its tab 76 detaches itself from the hook 74 of the driver pawl 729 .
To prevent the adjusting ring 78 for the contact device and for the front drive from being accidentally operated incorrectly, a safety device is provided which allows the adjusting ring to tension the front drive only when the main drive is cocked - to operate the actuator. This fuse consists of a double-armed pawl 90 which is rotatably mounted at 92 in the lock housing 10 and is loaded by a spring 94 which it in Looking clockwise to move.
One arm 96 of the pawl 90 works together with the tab 76 of the adjusting ring 78 , while its other arm < B> 98 a control cam 100 is assigned to the clamping ring 20, which swivels it only in the clamped position G of the clamping ring 20 in such a way that its other arm < B> 96 is pivoted from the path of the flap 76 of the adjusting ring 78 and this adjusting ring is released clockwise for the purpose of tensioning the front movement.
The connection between Vorlaufweyk and the 11th main drive member 12 or the sector ring 16 is represented by a double-armed intermediate lever 102, which is mounted at 104 in the lock housing 10 and through the Fe of 94 of the pawl 90 is loaded,
which suent to swivel it in a clockwise sense. kn One arm 106 of this lever works with your tab 72 of the driving pawl 70 , while its other arm 108 </ B > a control cam 110 is assigned to the sector ring 16 .
The end position of the intermediate love element 102 is determined by a stop pin 112 of the closure housing 10. - The lens shutter described works in the following way: In Fig. 1, the shutter is shown in the rest position. If a recording is to be carried out with the drive in front, then the main drive element is 12 mÜtels; the clamping ring 20 to tension.
Then the adjusting ring 78 is to be moved from its current position X or X into position V, whereby the driving pawl 70 is used to tension the Vorlaufwerkes in the manner described before see. This forward movement tensioning movement of the adjusting ring 78 is now possible because the locking pawl 90 for the adjusting ring 78 through the Cam 100 of the spa ring 20 has been put out of action.
In the clamping position, the parts assume the position shown in FIG. As soon as the operator releases the adjusting ring 78 after the end of the pre-run tensioning movement, this also returns to its position X - as in Fig. 3 visible - so that he can exercise his original standby function again.
After the shutter has been released by the trigger 40, the clamping ring 20 is released via the locking lever 28 so that it moves back from the clamped position G to its rest position R. The main drive element 12 is released at the same time as your clamping ring 20 by the locking lever 28, so that the sector ring 16 executes a brief counterclockwise movement,
until its cam 110 rests on the arm 109 of the intermediate lever 102 and remains here. This movement is only so small that the. Locking sectors 18 are not yet opened.
During this return movement of the clamping ring 20, its Noeke 114 moves the pawl 88 out of its blocking position, so that the armature 4-1 is free and the forward movement is released for the movement movement (FIG B> 3).
As soon as the forward drive has run down so far that the arm 108 of the intermediate lever 102 leaves the cam 110 of the sector ring 16, this sector ring runs 16 driven by the main drive element 12, in the manner already mentioned, so that now the sectors 18 are opened and closed, with which the recording is carried out.
As already indicated above, the adjusting ring 78 runs from the position 11 'to its position X7iirüek after the forward movement has been carried out - clamping movement. This has the further advantage that even when the front drive is used, the flash contact device remains in readiness, so flash photos can be taken.
In contrast to the exemplary embodiment explained above, the design could of course also be designed in such a way that the St # Ilring 78 from the dej position V for tensioning the forward movement only shortly before it is inserted into its Position X reverses so that the operator can always see whether the forward drive is cocked or not before triggering.
An embodiment of this modified design is shown in FIG. 4. The adjusting ring 78 has a bent projection 116 which has a corrugation 118 on the inside having. An arm 1L10 of a locking lever 122 engages in this corrugation, which is mounted at 124 in the lock housing 10 below the locking lever 28 and under the action of a spring 126 </ B > that tries to push it counterclockwise into the corrugation 118 .
