The invention relates to a finned tube, which consists of a tube with an oval cross-section and lamellas which have a U-shaped cutout adapted to the profile of the tube, by means of which they are placed on the tube and at the edges of which flanges are welded to the oval tube are provided.
It is known to form the fins of such a finned tube in two parts, so that the parts of a lamella are individually attached to the sides of the tube and fastened there who can. However, this embodiment has the disadvantage that the lamellar parts have to be held on the pipe until the welding and during the welding.
In another known finned tube, the lamellas are formed in one piece and have an opening corresponding to the outer cross section of the ova len tube and a slot extending from a narrow side of the opening to the adjacent edge. Lamellas of this type must, since they can be placed on the oval tube, bent apart and bent back into their plane after being placed.
Associated tubes with an oval cross-section are also known, each with. Corresponding U-shaped cutouts provided and placed on them are connected to one another. At the edges of the U-shaped cutouts, small flanges are provided to be welded to the oval tube.
However, these lamellas provided with U-shaped cutouts have the disadvantage that they are rigid and only sit loosely with their legs on the tube, so that the tolerances of the tubes cannot be adequately compensated for. In addition, it is possible that the legs will even spread apart somewhat as a result of the heat generated during welding.
The invention is based on the object to avoid the above-mentioned disadvantages of known embodiments. For this. the lamellae are connected to one another at the apex of the IU shape by means of a resilient web part.
In the drawing, the object of the invention is shown for example. It shows: ¯ Fig. 1 shows a finished finned tube according to the invention, Fig. 2 shows a finned tube when the slats are placed and welded, Fig. 3 to 5 different embodiments of the slats.
In FIG. 1, the finned tube consists of a tube 1 with an oval cross-section, which is formed by two legs consisting of one piece, which are welded together along a seam 2 which is at the top after the laying. The lamellas 3, 4, 5 have an approximately U-shaped cutout 6 or 7 or 8 adapted to the profile of the pipe res 1, by means of which they are aufsehieb- ba.r on the pipe (FIG. 2). Along the cutout 6, 7, 8, the small flanges 9, 10 and 11, which are at right angles to the plane of the lamella, are arranged, which are made of one piece with the lamella.
At the apex of the U-shape, the lamellae 3, 4, 5 are designed so that the legs of the same spring.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 3, the web parts have the same wall thickness as the lamellas 3 and consist of one piece with them. As a result, the spring of the web part is achieved. becomes that the lamella 3 at the apex 3 'is very narrow. The suspension could, however, also be achieved in this way, which is not particularly shown in the illustration. be that the jetty share with you. the associated slats 3 consist of one piece, but do not have the same wall thickness, but are weakened in the material.
According to Fig. 4, the lamella 4 on Sehei tel of the U-Forin one of the outer edge over incorporated, non-continuous seat seat 4 ', and according to Fig. 5, the lamella 5 on the Seheitel of the U-shape with one of the plane of the Slat outgoing small crank 5 'provided.
In the manufacture of the finned tube who, as can be seen from Fig. 2, the slats 3 placed on the with the longitudinal seam 2 downward white sending oval tube and welded in this position of the tube. The pipe 1 is laid in the opposite position so that the longitudinal seam 2 is at the top and the upper side of the pipe 1 is free of fins.
