Vorrichtung zum Auspressen von saftigen Früchten, wie z. B. Zitronen und Orangen Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Vorriehtung zum Auspressen von saftigen Früehten, wie z. B.
Zitronen und Orangen, die sieh kennzeichnet. durch ein Saft.auspress- or-gan in Form eines plattenförmigen, mit Randzähnen und mit Löchern innerhalb der selben versehenen Stoehers. An diesem kön nen die Hälften einer entzwei geschnittenen Frucht einer im Sinne einer Drehbewegung sieh abspielenden Stocheroperation unterzogen werden.
Auf der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegen- btandes dargestellt.
Fig. 1 ist eine Seitenansicht der Auspress- vorrielitung, und Fig. 2 ist. eine Oberansie-ht zu Fig. 1.
Die Auspressvorrichtimg gemäss Fig. 1 und 2 hat einen tellerförmigen Untersatz a mit einem Griffteil: a1 und einem Ausguss- selinabel 2. Vom Boden des Untersatzes a er- liebt sieh ein kreisrunder Soekelteil a3, der einen diametral verlaufenden Schlitz auf weist,
der als Sitz für einen hochkant -gestell ten plattenförmigen Stocher b dient, der ein Saftauspressorgan bildet. Der aus dem ge nannten Schlitz vorstehende Teil dieses Sto chert b bildet einen Einstechteil b1, der die Form eines Spitzbogens aufweist.
Dieser Ein- steeliteil b1 hat parallel zur Symmetrieachse des genannten Spitzbogens verlaufende Ein- sehnitte, dank welchen am Umfang dieses Einsteehteils parallel gerichtete Zähne bzw. Zacken gebildet werden, von denen der in der oben erwähnten Symmetrieachse liegende Zahn b4 der längste ist.
Ausser mit diesen Einschnitten ist die Stocherplatte b innerhalb der Zähne mit schlitzförmigen Löchern b5 versehen, die .hier reihenförmig angeordnet sind., jedoch auch anders angeordnet sein könnten. Ebenso könnten die Einschnitte anders verlaufen, als hier gezeigt ist, und zwar -z. B. so, dass die Zähne oder Zacken fächerförmig verlaufen.
Zum Gebrauch der Vorrichtung wird die auszupressende Frucht. in zwei .Hälften ge schnitten und die eine Hälfte auf den Ein- stechteil b1 des Stochers b aufgesteckt. Unter Festhaltung des Untersatzes wird dann ver- sueht,-die aufgesteckte Fruchthälfte hin und hier zu drehen, wodurch der Saft aus dersel ben, ausgedrüekt wird.
Hierzu ist. der Untersatz allerdings nicht unbedingt. notwendig. Man kann die Frucht hälfte auch in der einen Hand und den aus dem Untersatz herausgenommenen Stocher b in der andern Hand halten. Die Auspress- operation erfolgt dann durch ,gegenläufiges Verdrehen von Fruchthälfte und eingesteck tem Auspressorgan b oberhalb eines Gefässes, in das der ausgepresste Saft fliesst.
Wie in Fig. 2 in. strichpunktierten Linien angedeutet ist, könnte das Saft.auspressorgan auch eine zweite Stocherplatte aufweisen, die rechtwinklig zur andern Stocherplatte ange- ordnet sein könnte. Zu diesem Zwecke könnte die eine Stocherplatte von unten her längs der Symmetrieachse geschlitzt sein und die andere in ähnlicher Weise, von oben her, wo bei die beiden Platten dank solcher einander zugeordneter Schlitze kreuzweise ineinander gesteckt sein könnten.

The squeezing device according to FIGS. 1 and 2 has a plate-shaped base a with a handle part: a1 and a spout selector 2. From the bottom of the base a you can see a circular base part a3, which has a diametrically running slot,
which serves as a seat for an upright-frame th plate-shaped pick b, which forms a juice squeezer. The protruding from the slot called ge this Sto chert b forms a piercing part b1, which has the shape of a pointed arch.
This Einsteehteil b1 running parallel to the axis of symmetry of said pointed arch, thanks to which parallel teeth or prongs are formed on the circumference of this Einsteehteil, of which the tooth b4 lying in the above-mentioned axis of symmetry is the longest.
Apart from these incisions, the poke plate b is provided with slot-shaped holes b5 within the teeth, which are arranged in rows here, but could also be arranged differently. Likewise, the incisions could run differently than shown here, namely -z. B. so that the teeth or prongs run fan-shaped.
The fruit to be pressed is used for the device. cut in two halves and one half pushed onto the piercing part b1 of the poke b. While holding on to the saucer, an attempt is made to turn the attached half of the fruit back and forth, whereby the juice is squeezed out of the same.
This is. the minor, however, not necessarily. necessary. You can hold the fruit half in one hand and the poke b removed from the saucer in the other hand. The squeezing operation is then carried out by turning the fruit half and the inserted squeezing element b in opposite directions above a vessel into which the squeezed juice flows.
As indicated in dot-dash lines in FIG. 2, the juice squeezing element could also have a second peg plate, which could be arranged at right angles to the other poke plate. For this purpose, one poke plate could be slotted from below along the axis of symmetry and the other in a similar way, from above, where the two plates could be inserted crosswise into one another thanks to such mutually associated slots.
