Lutsch-und Beisskorper
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Lutsch-und Beisskorper, der derart gestaltet ist, dass er dem Mundinnern anliegen kann und mit je einer Anlage-und Gleitfläche für die Innenoberflächen des Ober-und Unterkiefers versehen ist, wobei die Anlage-und Gleitflächen in Beissflächen übergehen, denen sich je eine zum Anliegen gegen die Lippen ausgebildete Absehlussfläche anschliesst.
Dieser Lutsch-und Beisskorper ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, da. die Abschlussflächen durch einen den Kieferaussenflächen entsprechend gewölbten Schild gebildet sind und die genannten dem Mundinnern anliegenden Anlage-, Gleit-und Beissflächen Flä- ehen eines Beutelchens sind.
Das Beutelchen kann sieh durch einen von einem Wulst umgebenen Schlitz des Sehildes erstrecken, und durch ein in das Beutelchen eingefühnes, mit einer in den Schlitz passenden Nase versehenes Zwischenstück am Schild festgehalten sein.
Der Sehild und das Beutelehen können auch in einem Stück aus dem gleichen Mate- rial hergestellt sein.
In der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform des Lutseh-und Bcisskörpers nach der vorliegenden Erfindung dargestellt :

Fig. 6 schliesslich zeigt eine teilweise geschnittene Seitenansicht einer dritten Aus- fahrungsform.
Der in Fig. 1-3 dargestellte, Lutseh-und Beisskorper weist ein den Lutschteil bildendes Beutelchen 1 auf, das aus gummielastischem Material besteht und eine kieferorthopädisch günstige, die kaufunktionelle Leistungsfähig- keit und das Kieferwachstum fordernde Form mit einer Anlage-und Gleitfläche 2 für die Innenoberfläche des Oberkiefers und einer ebensolchen 3 fur die Innenoberfläche des Unterkiefers aufweist. Anschliessend an diese Anlage-und Gleitflächen 2 und 3 verengt rich da, s Beutelchen 1 und geht in einen Beissteil mit Beissflächen 4 und 5 über.
Das Beu- telchen 1 weist ferner noch eine Anlagefläche 6 fur die 7unge auf. In der Ausführungsform gemäss Fig. 1-3 ist das Beutelchen 1 mit Luft oder mit einem Gummisehwammkorper gefüllt und mit seine. den Beissfläehen 4,5 benachbarten Ende durch einen Schlitz 7 eines Halteschildes 8 geführt.
Auf der andern Seite des Schildes 8 ist das Beutelende über ein Zwischenstück 9 gestülpt, das den Haltering 10 trägt und an seinem dem Beutelche 1 zugekehrten Ende eine Nase 11 aufweist, welche in den Schlitz 7 gepresst ist, so dass das Beutelchen 1 im Schild 8 festgehalten ist.
Der Haltesehild 8 weist von oben gesehen eine den Kiefern entsprechende, konkave Wölbung auf und ist um den Schlitz 7 herum mit einem Wulst 12 versehen. Die genannte Wöl- bung des vorzugsweise aus Kunststoff beste- henden Schildes 8 bildet an den Beissflächen 4 und 5 ansehliessende Absehlussfläehen 8a und 8b Die obere zum Anliegen gegen die Oberlippe vorgesehene Abschlussfläche 8a ist in der Hohe, wie aus Fig.
1 ersichtlich, kürzer als die untere zum Anliegen gegen die Unterlippe vorgesehene Abschlussfläche 8b, um einerseits dem kurzen Abstand zwischen alun, und Nase Rechnung zu tragen und anderseits dem Unterkiefer eine grössere Anlage- flache zu bieten, die in jeder Lage einen guten Sitz des Schnullers im Mund des Säuglings gewährleistet.
In Fig. 4 und 5 ist eine weitere Ausführungsform eines Lutsch- und Beisskörpers dargestellt, bei welcher, zum Unterschied zum eben beschriebenen Schnuller der Schild 8, der Haltering 10 und das Beutelchen l aus einem Stück, beispielsweise aus Gummi, hergestellt ist.
Schliesslich ist in Fig. 6 eine weitere Aus- führungsform eines Lutsch-und Beisskorpers dargestellt, bei welchem der Schild 8 aus Kunststoff während der Ring 10 und das Beutelehen 1 aus einem Stück gummielastisehen Material bestehen.
Der besehriebene Lutsch- und Beisskorper hat den Vorteil, die Anlage der Kiefer am Abschlussschild zu sichern und ausserdem die Lippen in natürlicher Korrelation zu halten, so dass dem triebhaften Inst-inkt zum Lut- schen, der insbeisondere beim Fingerlutschen zu Kiefer-und Gebissdeformationen führen kann, ohne Gefahr stattgegeben werden kann, wodurch beginnende Deformationen wieder geheilt werden können.
PATENTANSPRUCI-I
Lutsch-und Beisskorper, wel. cher derart gestaltet ist, dass er dem Munclinnern anliegen kann und mit je einer Anlage-und Gleit- fläehe für die Innenoberfläehen des Oberund Unterkiefers versehen ist, wobei die An lage-und Gleitflächen in Beissflächen übergehen, denen sich je eine zum Anliegen gegen die Lippen ausgebildete Absehlussfläche anschliesst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese Absehlussflächen durch einen den Kiefer- aussenfläehen entsprechend gewölbten Schild gebildet sind, und die genannten dem Xlulld- innern anliegenden Anlage-., Gleit-und Beiss Flächen Flächen eines Beutelehens sind.
UNTERANSPRÜCHE
1. Lutsch-nnd Beisskorper nach Patent- ansprueh, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sehild aus Kunststoff besteht, und das Beu telehen sieh durch einen von einem Wulst um- gebenen Schlitz des Schildes erstreckt nnd durch ein in das Beutelchen eingeführtes mit 'einer in den Schlitz passenden Nase versehenes Zwischenstück am Schild festgehalte ist.
2. Lutsch-und Beisskorper naeh Unteran- spruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hohe des zum Anliegen an die Aussenfläche des Oberkiefers bestimmten, obern Teils des gewölbten Sehildes kürzer ist als diejenige des zum Anliegen an die Aussenfläche des Unterkiefers bestimmten untern Teils.
3. Lutsch-und Beisskorper nach Unte-ransprueh 1, dadureh gekennzeichnet, dass das Beutelchen mit Luft gefüllt ist.
4. Lutseh-und Beisskorper nach Unteran- spruch l, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Beutelchen mit einem Gummisehwammkorper gefüllt ist.
Suckers and bites

The Lutseh- and Bisskorper shown in FIGS. 1-3 has a bag 1 which forms the teat part and which consists of rubber-elastic material and an orthodontically favorable shape that promotes chewing performance and jaw growth with a contact and sliding surface 2 for the inner surface of the upper jaw and a similar 3 for the inner surface of the lower jaw. Subsequent to this contact and sliding surfaces 2 and 3, the bag 1 narrows and merges into a bite part with bite surfaces 4 and 5.
The pouch 1 also has a contact surface 6 for the lung. In the embodiment according to FIGS. 1-3, the bag 1 is filled with air or with a rubber sponge body and with its. the end adjacent to the bite surfaces 4, 5 passed through a slot 7 of a retaining plate 8.
On the other side of the shield 8, the end of the bag is slipped over an intermediate piece 9, which carries the retaining ring 10 and has a nose 11 at its end facing the bag 1, which is pressed into the slot 7 so that the bag 1 in the shield 8 is held.
When viewed from above, the retaining bracket 8 has a concave curvature corresponding to the jaws and is provided with a bead 12 around the slot 7. The aforementioned curvature of the shield 8, which is preferably made of plastic, forms closure surfaces 8a and 8b adjoining the bite surfaces 4 and 5. The upper end surface 8a, which is intended to rest against the upper lip, is in height, as shown in FIG.
1 can be seen, shorter than the lower end surface 8b, which is intended to rest against the lower lip, in order to take into account the short distance between the alun and the nose on the one hand and to offer the lower jaw a larger contact surface that ensures a good fit of the pacifier in every position guaranteed in the infant's mouth.
In Fig. 4 and 5, a further embodiment of a sucking and bite body is shown in which, in contrast to the pacifier just described, the shield 8, the retaining ring 10 and the bag 1 are made of one piece, for example from rubber.
Finally, FIG. 6 shows a further embodiment of a lollipop and bitch body, in which the shield 8 is made of plastic while the ring 10 and the pouch 1 are made of one piece of rubber-elastic material.
The described lollipop and bite body has the advantage of securing the contact of the jaw on the end shield and also of keeping the lips in natural correlation so that the instinctive instinct to suck, which especially when finger-sucking leads to jaw and dentition deformation can be allowed without danger, whereby incipient deformations can be healed again.
