Description
Beispiele I. 25 % Gummifasern 10 % körnige Gummiteilchen 25 % gebrannter Magnesit 40 % Chlormagnesiumlauge von 18 Be Il.

Mixture for producing sub-floors for floor coverings and method for producing such a mixture The invention relates to a mixture for the production of sub-floors for floor coverings. It is customary to lay such a sub-floor (also called screed) in a thickness of 15 to 30 mm on a raw ceiling and then a walking layer with a thickness of about 5 mm or a top layer of about 4 mm thickness and then a covering made of linoleum, foils made of polyvinyl chloride or another plastic, rubber sheets or parquet applies.
So far, this screed has mainly been executed as a stone wood screed, i.e. from a mixture of burnt magnesite and chlorine magnesium lye as well as fillers such as sawdust, sawdust, pumice, sometimes with the addition of cork, etc. Fibers such as cotton, Wool, suggested.
In contrast, the mixture according to the invention is characterized in that, in addition to a binding agent, it has rubber fibers and granular rubber particles as fillers.
The method according to the invention for producing such a mixture is characterized in that said fillers are obtained by mechanical comminution of old rubber material.
The mechanical comminution can take place, for example, by tearing, cutting, grinding or rubbing. The following can be used as binders, for example: burnt magnesite with chlorine magnesium lye, polyvinyl acetate or polyvinyl chloride.
Examples I. 25% rubber fibers 10% granular rubber particles 25% burnt magnesite 40% chloromagnesium lye of 18 Be II.
20 0/0 rubber fibers 51% granular gium miteilehen 151 / o 'sawdust (softwood) 2211 / o burnt magnesite 38% carbon magnesium lye of 18 B6 III. 251 / o rubber fibers 11% granular rubber particles 641) / o binder mixture,
produced by mixing 42 parts of a 50 percent polyvinyl acetate = dispersion in water and 22 parts of calcium sulfate containing water of crystallization (CaS04 # 2 H20)
IV. 2.5% rubber fibers 1.5% granular rubber particles 60% of a 40% dispersion of plasticizer-free polyvinyl chloride in water.
