Dowelling body blank and method for its production The invention relates to a dowelling body blank and a method for its production.
It is known that fiber dowels are successfully attached to stone walls. can be. It is. also known that in so-called poor walls, e.g. B. in plasterboard, in masonry with. thick plaster, in building boards or similar fiber dowels cannot be processed successfully.
Therefore plaster of paris and wooden dowels are used for such walls as before. The disadvantages of the wood dowel method: too well known to be mentioned here.
-Klan has therefore tried to replace the wooden dowel rivet by processing so-called dowel dimensions. However, just like plaster, these dowel compounds must also be set with water. It is crucial that the amount of water to be added is precisely matched to the amount of dowel compound to be processed.
Apart from that. of the fact that this process is just as unclean as the wooden dowel method. the processing of such dowels does not show any technical progress.
In order to avoid the known disadvantages of the wooden dowel method or the disadvantages given with the processing of dowel compound nn ver, attempts have already been made to use powdered dowel compounds z.
B. in the form of a strand - to be pressed. Such dowel rods have never appeared on the market because, due to their manufacturing process (pressing), they could not absorb the amount of water required for setting without falling into a shapeless mass during the immersion process, which meant that the intended processing purpose was irrelevant.
In order to withstand this decisive deficiency, attempts have been made to rub the mass to be pressed with water in the manner of tablet production, to achieve a certain cohesion of the individual components by means of high pressure.
ALThis method did not prove itself, because the water added to the powder destroys the setting properties of the quick binder already contained in the powder, depending on the amount of water to be set, a more or less large part prematurely, even if this water suddenly escapes from the compact under extreme heat is driven out.
In addition, with this type of production there is the risk of completely switching off the A.bbind@eeigen- features of the Sehnellbin.ders (clay burning).
In order to avoid these abovementioned shortcomings, attempts have been made to mix an both alcohol- and water-soluble synthetic resin into the dowel powder to be pressed instead of water. In this way, a pellet with greater stability was indeed achieved, but with.
the disadvantage, which is decisive in practice, that the amount of water necessary for the hardening of this pellet during the immersion process is absorbed only slowly and, above all, inappropriately. The consequence of this is that the pellet is only superficial, but not. is wetted in the core. The larger the pellet, the better the moisture penetration.
In all cases described above, without exception, the tendon tie is already included in the dowel compound to be pressed. The production of these pellets is therefore based on purely physical processes.
In contrast, the invention relates to a method for producing a dowel body blank from a mass dough containing what water, fibers, gypsum and mineral Zli- sehlagstoffe, which is characterized in that gypsum that has set to form the dough is used and the mass dough becomes a dowel - Lung body blank deformed.
and is subjected to a heating process, so that the set plaster of paris is activated to a binder.
A dowelling body blank produced according to this method is characterized in that one of the mineral additives is ground, set plaster, which only becomes a binding agent after the dough has been heated.
A temperature of 110 to 140 C is sufficient for the heating process; the duration of the heat treatment depends mainly on the amount of dough and is about 1 to 5 hours.
Dowel body blanks made from such a mass dough, after the heating process with renewed water absorption, which is necessary for the processing of such dowel body blanks, plastic and harden through a setting process - with the exception of water, with the strength. of the end product depends on the amount of hemihydrate formed during the heating process.
It is also possible to produce dowel body blanks with artificially formed cavities, pores or the like, e.g. B. in the mass dough to see known gasbil dende or foaming substances added vmrd '@ en.
This manufacturing process makes it possible, of course, to mechanically provide cavities, bores, holes, outs @ paring or the like in the sealing body blank before the final use, e.g. B. a cylindrical view. Manufacture body with one or more arbitrarily arranged drilling rams.
Dowel body blanks that have artificially or mechanically produced cavities, bores or the like, on the one hand quickly and evenly absorb the required amount of water, while on the other hand they dry and harden quickly.
The preferably controllable heating process allows the activation of the additive to the binding agent to be influenced in such a way that dowel body blanks are obtained with great stability. Although the latter is completely sufficient to transport such dowel body blanks without briging you by adding film give the substances such.
B. sodium cellulose glycolic acid or urea-formaldehyde polymerization products or the like, which are water-soluble and air-dry, increase these properties at will.
The high stability of the dowel body blanks that can be achieved in this way and their homogeneity achieved due to the manufacturing process prevents any loss of substance from these dowel body blanks during the dipping process; so they retain their shape.
The manufacturing process allows not only to produce dowel body blanks of any shape and dimensions, but also dowel body blanks which, above all, which is crucial, absorb water quickly and evenly, regardless of the final shape and their dimensions.
The composition of exemplary embodiments of dowel body blanks according to the invention is given below. Example 1 The dough consists of 62.5 parts of ground and set gypsum (Ca: S04.2H20), 10 parts of asbestos fibers, 8 parts of cotton waste, 4 parts of volcanic tuff , 1.0 parts of sodium cellulose glycolate, 1., 5 parts of sodium citrate and 40 parts of water.
Example 2 The dough consists of 48 parts of ground, set plaster of paris (approx. S04.2H20), 5 parts of asbestos fibers, 5 parts of polyamide fiber waste, 5 parts of wood fibers, waterproof impregnated, 6 parts of aluminum silicate, 1, 5 parts Seignettesa.lz, 3 parts volcanic tuff and 32 parts water.
After deforming, the hardened plaster of paris loses 11 / mol of water of crystallization due to the heating. Shortly before use, the blank is immersed in water or wetted with water, so that the hemihydrate it contains now becomes a double hydrate and solidifies in a hole in the wall or the like or grows into the hole in the wall.
The production of the dowel body is based in principle on a chemical conversion and its use takes place before preferably without the application of pressure.
