Description

  

  Einrichtung an einer Nähmaschine zur     Nadelführung            (Tegenstand    der Erfindung ist eine Ein  richtung an einer Nähmaschine     zur    Nadel  führung, die gekennzeichnet ist durch eine  um ihren     Befestigungspunkt    schwenkbare  Stichplatte mit     mindestens    einer Öffnung zum       Durehgang    und zur     Führung    der Nadel, wel  che Öffnung auf der     Oberseite    mit einer Ver  senkung versehen     ist.     



  Der     rrfindungisgegenstand        ist    auf der  Zeichnung in einer     beispielsweisen    Ausfüh  rungsform     dargestellt.     



       Fig.    1 zeigt einen Schnitt durch die Stich  platte.  



       Fig.    2 ist ein Grundriss     zür        Fig.    1.  



       Fig.    3 zeigt einen Schnitt durch die     Boh-          run@;    für den Durchgang der Nadel n     aeh     einem zweiten Ausführungsbeispiel.  



  Die zweiarmige Stichplatte 1 ist in zwei  Stellungen     verschwenkbar    um. eine Schraube  2 mit relativ     grossem        Kopfdurchmesser.        Unter     dem Schraubenkopf ist in der Stichplatte auf  einer Schulter der Bohrung, eine Feder  scheibe 3 angeordnet, so dass die Stichplatte  federnd gegen die Oberseite der     Stichplatten-          unterl;age        (Stofftragplatte)    4 gedrückt. wird  und ohne Spiel um die Schraube 2 in zwei       wn    180 Grad zueinander liegende Stellungen       versehwenkt    werden kann.

   An jedem Ende  der     Stichplatte,        ist    eine Bohrung 5 angebracht.  Der Durchmesser der beiden Bohrungen ist       verschieden        und        entspricht    fast genau dem  Durchmesser     zweier    verschieden dicker Na  deln, die wahlweise in die Maschine einge-    setzt werden können. Die     Bohrungen    5 sind  auf der Oberseite mit. einer     Ansenkung    vor  sehen.

   Neben jeder dieser Bohrungen 5 ist  eine zweite Bohrung 6 angebracht, in die von  der     Stofftragplatte    4 ein auf der     Zeichnung     nicht     dargestellter,    unter     Federwirkung    ste  hender Stift     greift,    der die genaue Stellung  des Loches 5 beim     Verschwenken    der Stich  platte sichert..  



  Zur genauen Führung der     Nadel:    ist nach       Fig.    3 in die     Stichplatte    eine Büchse 7 einge  setzt, die nach Verschleiss ausgewechselt wer  den kann.  



  An Stelle einer kegelförmigen     Ansenkung          ist    nach     Fig.    3 eine     Anssenklmg    8 mit     balliger     Form getreten.  



  Endlich können die Durchgangs-     und          Führungsöffnungen    bei     Zickzack-Nähmasehi-          n.en    die Form von Langlöchern erhalten,     in     denen die betreffende Nadel nur auf zwei       einander    gegenüberliegenden Seiten geführt  ist..  



  Die Stichplatte kann auch nur einarmig       ausgebildet    und nur mit einer Durchgangs  und Führungsöffnung für die Nadel ver  sehen sein.

  For precise guidance of the needle: is shown in Fig. 3 in the throat plate a sleeve 7 is set, which can be replaced after wear and tear.

  Finally, the through and guide openings in zigzag sewing machines can take the form of elongated holes in which the needle in question is only guided on two opposite sides.
