Description

Additional patent to the main patent no. 303445 Adjustable gas burner with several successively adhering gas outlet nozzles parallel to one another The subject of the present invention is cl (, in adjustable gas burner according to the patent claim. Of the main patent, so one with several successively parallel switchable Gas outlet nozzles, with at least two juxtaposed nozzles serving to feed one and the same mixing tube.

In the execution example of the main patent, starting from the tap housing, feed guides lead to the adjacent nozzles. In contrast to this, the gas burner according to the present invention is characterized in that the nozzles are formed by bores provided in the halide housing itself.

This allows, for example, to use the borrowed tap housing, as it was previously used with a single nozzle, i.e. with a single boring.

The accompanying drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention. FIG. 1 is a schematic section perpendicular Zn to the axis of the cock plug, with the plug position for a large fire, FIG. 9 - one of the figures B> 1 corresponding cut with chick position for small fire and fi. 3 a floor plan of the cock.

The gas supply line 1 opens into the bore 2 of the tap housing 3 in which the plug 4 is rotatably supported with the bore - 5 . Above the plug 4, the housing 3 has two bores 6 of the same diameter, the outer ends of which form gas outlet nozzles lying next to one another, both of which into the same mixing tube 7 </ B> blow.

In the example shown, the same Haline housing is used as in burners with only one bore, with the difference that two are seen in place of one bore. It would also be possible to provide more than two bores 6 that is to say more than two nozzles per tap and mixing tube.

In the position of the plug according to FIG. 1, both bores 6, that is, both nozzles, are fed. This is the position for large fires, i.e. for maximum gas volume. The two cross sections of the nozzle outlet are together smaller than the cross section of the bore in the plug and than the cross section of the inlet, 1. The maximum exit speed occurs in the two nozzles.

If the plug is rotated from the position of FIG. 1 to that of FIG. 2, the gas can only pass through the bore 5 into the left bore 6 < / B> of Fig. 2 flow while the right hole 6 is closed abge from the gas supply. In this regulating position according to FIG. 2, the maximum gas speed again prevails in the left nozzle, since the plug does not exert any throttling effect. In the intermediate positions, the burner is regulated by the throttle effect of the plug, where the maximum speed no longer prevails in the nozzle to be switched off.

However, since the throttling only takes place in the nozzle to be blocked, its influence is hardly noticeable.
