Maximum consumption meters with maximum and average value display devices and triggering device with quick release, for example for electricity With maximum consumption meters, the energy consumption is periodically measured by a measuring mechanism during a certain time, the so-called measurement period. A display element is connected to this measuring unit via a backlash gear, which displays the maximum value reached, while the measuring unit is disconnected from the meter's measuring system and returned to its zero position at the end of each measuring period.
The duration of the measurement period is determined by a time element which interrupts the measurement at the end of each measurement period for a certain time, the uncoupling interval. This decoupling interval is about 1% of the measurement period and can thus cause a measurement error of the same order of magnitude, which is partially corrected. can be.
The duration of the decoupling interval is determined by the constructive properties of the time element, for example in the case of a time switch by opening and then closing a contact controlled by a rotating cam, which contact controls an electromagnet in the measuring mechanism which causes the coupling and decoupling , or a small synchronous motor assembled with the measuring mechanism, which mechanically engages and disengages by means of a rotating cam disk.
In order to reduce the measurement error, efforts are made to reduce the decoupling interval to a minimum time by determining the start of the decoupling interval by the time element and the end of the decoupling interval by reaching the zero position of the measuring unit, which is known as quick release is known.
For counters that have a so-called driver, which is driven under tension by a spring .by the measuring mechanism forward and returned to the zero position when uncoupling by the tensioned spring, it is known to arrange a contact, which when the Zero position is closed by the driver by means of a control cam and the control contact of the time switch that triggered the decoupling interval is bridged. Such a contact should meet various contradicting conditions with regard to the control.
The contact may only close when the zero position has been completely reached, and the circuit must remain closed when the driver moves out of the zero position as a result of the reconnection at the beginning of the measuring period - if the control contact in the timer has not yet been switched back is.
Various proposals are already known to solve this contradiction. However, they always refer to Höchstver consumption counters whose idle gear between the counter and the pointer or the maximum consumption display device has an idle path that is less than a full turn. To utilize the high measuring sensitivity of modern measuring systems of electricity meters, idle gear transmissions are preferably used in maximum consumption counters, which have an idle path that covers several decades of the maximum value displayed or at least several full revolutions.
In addition, the driver or counter is no longer reset by a return spring, which has to be tensioned under load on the measuring system during the measuring process, but is expediently reset by a reset mechanism that is independent of the measuring system. In the case of modern high-consumption counters like that, the above-mentioned zero position contact has failed until now. his service. He is. Also not applicable to maximum consumption counters, which use a small synchronous motor attached to the counter as a time element, which mechanically controls the coupling and decoupling by means of a rotating cam disk.
The present invention relates to maximum consumption meters with maximum and average value display devices and from with release unit. Tendon release, e.g. B. for electricity, which triggering device also drives the reset device and which invention is characterized by a mechanical coupling device, wel che regardless of the triggering device that puts an end to the measurement period immediately after completion of the reset process, the display devices coupled with the measuring mechanism, the reset device one of this Coupling initiating pawl and the mechanical coupling device has a control disc,
which is under the influence of said pawl and which is released by the pawl at the moment of completion of the reset process. An embodiment of the invention is explained in more detail with reference to the drawing.
The drawing shows a clock-controlled maximum consumption counter with display drum and pointer for decadated display of the maximum value and quick release in a perspective view.
As shown in the drawing., Drives. the meter armature 1 via the wheels?, 3, 4,. "5 is an idle gear which is arranged at the lower end of the shaft 50. The gears 4, 5 can be decoupled by placing the axis of the wheels 3, 4 at one end in an arm? 5 a lever 1 pivotable about an axis 13. The axis 13 is referred to in the following as the return axis. The wheel 5 is friction-coupled to the axis 50 in that the helical spring 52 resting on an adjusting ring 51 contacts the wheel 5 pushes the disk 53 fastened on the axle 50. The central wheel 54 of the idle gearbox, which is designed as an epicyclic gearbox, is firmly seated on the axle 50.
This central gear 54 meshes with a planet gear 55, which is mounted on a web 56, which in turn is rotatable about the axis 50. A locking cam 57 is fixedly connected to the central gear. with the planet gear a locking cam 58 and the two locking cams 57, 58 are longer than the radii of the wheels 54 and 55 and they are set with respect to the tooth pitch of the wheels so that they abut against one another with their lugs in one direction of rotation and a rotation of the Lock wheels 54, 55 against each other, but can be pivoted apart in the other direction of rotation. The web 56 is approximately balanced by a weight 59 .
A scale drum 61 is attached to the web 56 by means of a sleeve 60, which shows the maximum value by remaining in the reached bowl. Since the scale drum 61 is to perform many revolutions for the largest measuring range so that the reading accuracy is sufficiently high, a pointer 66 is driven via the gears 6 ?, 63 \ and via the bevel gears 64, 65, which is on a scale 67 indicates the number of revolutions of the scale drum 61.
The scale drum preferably has a decade scale division so that the maximum value displayed on the scale 67 and the scale drum 61 can be read off in a simple manner.
On the axis 50 also sits a gear 6, which is kup pelt on the wheels 40, 41 with the gear 7 of the reset mechanism, and the gear 7 meshes with. a gearwheel 4? which drives a pointer 45 via the bevel gears 43, 44, which indicates the respective energy consumption per measurement period and is automatically returned to the zero position at the end of the measurement period.
This return takes place, controlled by a timer, via the Rückstellmecha mechanism, which is driven by a rotating armature 12 th.
The reset takes place with simultaneous decoupling of the wheel 5 from the counter system 1, in that the two gears 4, 5 are disengaged. The reset axis 13 is arranged for this purpose. The wheel 7 is firmly connected by a sleeve to a disk 14 which is provided with a tooth 15. This sleeve can be rotated loosely on the axis 13. A disk 16, which has a tooth 17 and a tooth 1.8, can also be rotated loosely on the axis 13. It is under the influence of a spring 19 and controls with the tooth 18 via a pin 47 the lever 21 which is pivotable about the axis 13 and which is under the influence of a spring 22 and is movable between two stops 23 and 24.
At the lever end 25 is. the axle of the wheels 3, 4 is supported, and the pivoting effect of the lever 21 causes the two wheels 4 and 5 to be engaged and disengaged.
A lever 6 is fixedly arranged on the reset axis 13, which at its free end carries a rotatably mounted double pawl 27l28, one of the pawl tooth 27 running in the path of the tooth 15, while the other ratchet tooth 28 moves onto the tooth 17 of the uncoupling pulley 1.6 acts. A fixed stop 2 '19 is arranged in the path of this double pawl, and the double pawl has a projection 30 which presses against the stop 29 at the end of the path of the lever 26 and thereby the pawl teeth 27 and 28 of the. Notches 15 and 17.
If this pivoting movement is carried out at the end of a registration period, for example by switching off the switching magnet 12, which is under closed-circuit current, by a timer and under the torque. a spring 32 of the released armature 31 on the wheels 33, 34 and the reset axis 13 who is driven, so is at the beginning of the movement of the tooth 18, the lever 21 free, whereby the wheel 4 is decoupled from the wheel 5. Somewhere between the starting position and the fixed stop 29 is the tooth 15, which is detected by the ratchet tooth 27 and reset to its zero position, corresponding to the energy consumption during the previous measurement period.
In this zero position, the projection 30 presses on the stop 29, whereby the notch takes place. The decoupling disk 16 immediately rotates back under the torque of the spring 19 and the tooth 18 presses the lever 21 again and thereby brings the two gears 4 and 5 into engagement with one another, so that the resetting process starts immediately after the zero position has been reached new counting process begins. After some time, the magnet 12 is switched on again by the timer and thereby the return axis 13 rotated back into the position shown.
The maximum consumption meter works as follows: Drives the system disk of the meter via the wheels 2, 3, 4, 5 on the axis 50 in the direction of the arrow and the scale drum 61 and the pointers 66, 45 are at zero, with the two locking cams 57, 58 onein - are opposite, the wheels 54, 55 cannot rotate against each other, and the rotation of the axis 50 is transmitted to the web 56, so that the scale drum 61 is rotated forward.
If after a certain period of time - at the end of the measuring period from a timer, a trigger pulse on the switching magnet 12, the armature 31 rotates in the direction of the arrow and rotates via the wheels 33, 31 the reset axis 13 under simultaneous tension of the armature retraction spring 32 Arm 26 in the direction of the dashed arrow on the fixed stop 29, and the pawl tooth 28, latched with. the tooth 17 of the uncoupling disk 16, the latter rotates under tension of the spring 19 from its starting position. out.
Since the spring 19 is attached to a pin 47 which is on the lever. 21 is seated, the lever 21 is rotated under tension of the spring 22 until it is stopped by the fixed stop 24, whereupon the tooth 18 lifts off the pin 47 as the disk 16 continues to rotate. The pivoting of the lever 21 disengages the wheels 4 and 5.
Somewhere within the movement Rückführbewe the pawl 27 encounters the tooth 15 of the reset disk 14 and rotates. return them to their original position. If this is reached, the approach 30 of the double pawl 27, 28 is against the stop 29, and when turning further who decouples the two pawl teeth 27, 28 from the disks 14 and 16, whereupon the decoupling disk 16 is rotated back under the influence of the spring 19 and below the influx of the spring 22 of the lever 25 is pulled to the stop 23, whereby the Kupp treatment wheels 4, 5 are brought back into engagement with each other. The reset axis 13 can rotate to the right until the pin 48 strikes the pawl attachment 30, which in turn rests on the pin 29.
The maximum consumption counter is thus coupled to the meter as soon as the zero position has been reached. If the trigger pulse is ended after some time, the return axis 1.3 and the armature 31 rotate back into the initial position shown under the influence of the spring 32, the two ratchet teeth 27, 28 overtaking the two teeth 1.5 and 17. During the resetting process, the resetting disk 14 drives the axis 50 back into the starting position via the gear 7 firmly connected to it and the wheels 41, 40, 6. The scale drum 61 and the web 56 of the idle gear are held by friction in the position reached.
The two locking cams 57, 58 stand out from each other, and due to the different number of teeth of the wheels 54, 55, the wheel 54 can perform a larger number of revolutions backwards until the two locking cams 57, 58 would meet again in the position mirrored to the zero position. This backlash away must naturally be somewhat larger than the number of revolutions of the scale drum 61 caused by the measuring range.
The scale drum 61 shows. with the pointer 66 the maximum power value. At the end of a reading period, for example at the end of each month, this maximum value is read by an official and the scale drum 61 is reset by hand via the two wheels 162, 161. The web 56 also rotates back, and in the zero position the two lugs 57, 58 meet again on one another.
