Device for monitoring processes that take place with a variable intensity over time. The subject of the main patent no. 1 $ 2,450 is a device for monitoring the processes taking place with variable intensity over time. According to the main patent, for constant values of the time integral, the value of an associated variable is actively measured itself, so that an evaluation can take place based on the measurement result.
If such constant values of the time integral are kWh or parts of kWh, the time lapse within which this consumption took place can be measured as an associated variable by means of a time drive. If a certain amount of kWh or a partial amount of 1 Wh is not reached by a certain time, over-consumption occurs. The measurement can be evaluated by a register, for example a counter.
The present invention relates to a registration device which is assigned to the monitoring device according to the present invention and which has a timing mechanism and a control element, detachably coupled to it, for an actuation device for a display device.
It is important here that the drive of the display device, which is preferably a counter, is absolutely reliable and only works as a function of the measured variable. The actuating device for the display device adjusted by the timing mechanism, which can serve as a synchronous motor, should therefore be simple and reliable. The releasable coupling should also have a simple design and be easy to operate.
The actuating device, the display device is controlled according to the invention by a cam designed as a control element, which is driven from a starting position by a timing mechanism via a releasable coupling and whose return to the starting position is carried out by a force acting on the circumferential surface of the cam. The circumferential surface of the cam extends along a heart curve.
Here, the cam disk can be designed so that the force acting on the circumferential surface acts on the latter in the starting position of the cam disk in the point of the circumferential surface closest to the axis of rotation. With such a device, a counter can be maintained in the event of over-consumption by means of a pawl and ratchet wheel. As a coupling device, a differential gear can be used which cooperates with a locking device. The coupling device can be controlled by the consumption counter by influencing a locking lever.
The drawing illustrates an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, which is described below in more detail ben.
The conveniently housed in a special housing as an additional device to an electricity meter Einrich device for counting the overconsumption has a motor, not shown here, for example a synchronous motor that rotates with means of its shaft 1, the support axis of a planet wheel 21, which planet wheel between two sun gears 3 and 4 revolves. The sun gear 3 is provided at its start with a ring gear 5, in which a disengageable pawl 6 engages, which is hinged to a pawl lever 6a.
The loosely on the shaft 1 .sitzende wheel 3 is prevented by it from rotating, while the also loosely mounted wheel 4 with a spur gear 7, with which it is firmly connected ver, on the planetary gear 2 is driven. The gear wheel 7 engages in a pinion 8 and drives a shaft 9 via this. On the shaft 9 there is a cam disk 10 with a circumferential surface that essentially follows a cardiac curve and a further disk 11, which drives a resilient pawl 12.
The pawl 12 engages in a toothed wheel 13 which, when it is indexed, drives the number rollers 14 of a counter. The wave of the serrated wheel 1,3. with the number rollers 14 is not coaxial, but is arranged parallel to the shaft 9. In the rest position of the actuating device 11, the pawl 12 is supported on a tooth of the wheel 13 and at the same time on a not particularly .dargestell th stop pin seated in the disc 11.
A resiliently arranged pin 15 slides on the circumferential surface of the cam disk 1.0 when it rotates, which, due to the special design of the disk 10, aims to return it to its zero position (starting position) shown in the drawing. A stop pin 1.6 is attached to the side of the disc 10 and is located in the area of movement of a protruding nose 17 with an inclined run-up surface 18 .be.
A movable stop bil Dende nose 17 is bent from an arm 19 of the ratchet lever 6a. via a lateral projection 20 of the arm: 19 engages a hook 21 of a magnet armature 22. The associated electromagnet 23 is excited by means of its current coil 24 when contact is made in the meter. The heart cam 1.0, which is constantly adjusted by the timing shaft 1 via the planetary gear, slides along the pin 15 in the direction of the solid arrow P1, lifting it against the spring force of the spring 15a.
The pin 15 is thus raised from the lowest point 2.5 of the circumferential surface by means of the flank 26 which is remote from the axis of rotation and finally reaches the point 2! 7 corresponding to the largest radius of the circumferential surface. Until then, there is no release, the handle @ 6 by means of the armature 2-2,
so will. this point is exceeded and the pin 1.5 is slowly reset by its spring following the flank 28 . A complete return to the zero position at point 215 is not possible, however, because the pin 1.6 has run into the inclined run-up surface 18 of the movable stop 17 and presses the latter down,
so that the pawl 6 except A handle comes with the gear 5 and as a result of the release of the sun gear 3, the further drive of the cam by the time work stops. First, however, the pin 15 cannot yet bring the disk 10 into the zero position, since the pin 1.6 rests against the stop flag 17.
Only when a pulse is given by the counter does the magnet 23 attract the armature 22 to such an extent that it moves the arm 19 downwards by means of its hook 21 so that the pin 16 can now pass over the stop 17 and under the action of .des pin 15 the drawn zero position is brought about. The planetary gear 2 ″ 3, 4 does not offer any resistance because the pawl 6 is disengaged.
From what has been said so far, it emerges that the locking device 6, 6a, 19 which is in engagement with one sun gear 3 of the differential gear is freely movable in the uncoupling direction with respect to the armature 22 acting on it, so that it can also be moved by the stop 17 for the Control member 10 is adjustable. The arrangement can also be made in such a way that the cam disc 10 is below its reversal positions when it leaves the area.
the action of the tensioned spring 15c; instantly, while overcoming the locking effect, the pawl 6 continues to rotate until the pin 16 rests against the stop 17 and is therefore decoupled from the timer before the next contact made by the counter.
When the heart cam is rotated in the direction of the solid arrow beyond the maximum point 2 7, the counter 13e14 does not switch on. The pawl 12 is under tension of the spring acting on it only by the tooth of the toothed wheel 13 pushes aside ge. As well as the pawl 12 as a result of further rotation of the disc 11 from the loading area of the toothed wheel 13 is removed, it follows the train of the spring acting on it and. rests against the stop pin, not shown, seated in the disk 11.
The wheel 13 is provided by a not illustrated: permanently abutting pawl prevents reverse rotation. The driver pawl 12 of the disc 11 is mounted from exchangeable. When the disk 11 is rotated in the direction of the arrow P1, the pawl slides along the tooth flanks of the wheel 13 without exerting any influence on it.
Even if the trigger pulse energizes the magnet 23 shortly after passing through the maximum point 217 of the disc 10 and thus decouples the gear 3, 5 from the pawl 6, the power consumption taken up to this point in time cannot be counted. since the pin 15, under the action of the spring 15a, moves the disk 10 back over the flank 28 in the same sense. If, however, within the time, i.e. before the maximum point 27 of the curve is reached,
That is, before a half turn of the cam 10 has taken place, the current pulse is given as a result of a large power consumption, the pin 15 has a position in front of the maximum point 27 and the reset takes place via the bare 26 in the sense of the dotted arrow. With this reset, the pawl 11 is also rotated in the opposite direction, so that the pawl 12 indexes the ratchet wheel 1.3. The pawl was still in the area of the toothing of the ratchet wheel 13.
The further switching is expediently carried out by one tooth, which can be achieved by a special transmission device arranged between the cam 10 and the pawl 11.
Instead of the transmission shown, another clutch transmission, for example a clamping or locking mechanism, can be arranged. It is also possible; instead of the special electromagnet 23 to use the stator of the synchronous motor as a relay. In this case, the device is designed so that the contact device actuated by the meter is in the circuit of the field winding of the synchronous motor,
whereby when contact is made by the counter, the stator winding is temporarily almost de-energized because the contact device is located in a circuit branch connected in parallel to the stator winding and containing a resistor. During: the weakening of the excitation field, an armature that is otherwise held by the stand and corresponding to the lever 22 is released.
It is also possible to connect the relay winding of a special relay in series with the stator winding of the synchronous motor. Through: the contact actuated by the meter: then the relay winding is short-circuited, the relay is de-energized. In all cases, the effect with regard to the control of the coupling device is the same.
