Vorrichtung zum Stapeln von Münzen, insbesondere zwecks Vorbereitung für das Verpacken Die Erfindung betrifft. eine Vorrichtung zum Stapeln von Münzen, insbesondere zwecks Vorbereitung für das Verpacken. Sie bezweckt, eine Vorrichtung zu schaffen, die auf einfache Weise das Stapeln von Münzen sowie :das Ablesen der gestapelten Menge ge stattet.
Dass Stapeln soll dabei insbesondere als Vorbereitungsarbeit zum nachfolgenden Verpackender Geldrolle dienen können.
Die erfindungsgemässe Vorrichtung zum Stapeln von iHünzen ist gekennzeichnet < huch einen Trichter aus durchsichtigem Ma terial lind durch einen über seine ganze Länge geschlitzten, mit. einem Boden verge benen rohrförmigen Körper, der dazu be stimmt.
ist, den kreiszylindrischen, mit einer Skala versehenen Teil des Trichters aiiIzu- nehmen, derart, dass wenn Münzen entspre- cliend-er Grösse in den Trichter geschüttet werden, diese Münzen sich im zylindrischen Teil des Trichters stapeln, wobei die ge stapelte Menge sich an der Skala ablesen lässt,
und dass nach Herausziehen .des Trichters aus clem rohrförmigen Körper der Münzenstapel irn letztern verbleibt und als Ganzes heraus- #r genommen werden kann.
Auf der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Vorrichtung nach der Erfindung dargestellt, und zwar zeigt: Fig. I. die Vorrichtung im Aufriss in der Gebrauchslage, die obere Hälfte in Ansieht, die untere Hälfte im Schnitt. Fig. 2 ist ein Schnitt nach Linie in Fig. 1.
Die Vorrichtung iunfasst einen Trichter 1 aus durchsichtigem Material, z. B. aus dem Markenprodukt Plexiglas , und einen rohr förmigen Körper 2, z. B. aus Metall. Der zy lindrische Teil des Trichters 1 ist. mit einer Skala 4 versehen, die in das Material eingra viert sein kann. Der rohrförmige Körper 2 ist über seine ganze Länge geschlitzt und am untern Ende mit einem kreissegmentförmigen Boden 3 versehen.
Der innere Durchmesser des zy lindrisehen Teils des Trichters 1 ist auf den Durchmesser der mi Stapelnden Münzen abgestimmt, das heisst. er ist. etwas grösser als die betreffende Münze.
Ist der Trichter 1 in den Körper 2 gemäss Fig. 1 eingeführt,- so dass er auf dem Boden 3 aufliegt und die Skala 4 durch den Schlitz 5 des rohrförmigen Körpers 2 hindurch sicht bar ist, kann die Vorrichtung zum Stapeln von Münzen entsprechender Grösse benutzt werden. Zu :diesem Zwecke werden die Mün zen, z.
B. Zwanzigrappenstüeke, ungeordnet in den erweiterten Teil des Trichters 1 ge worfen, worauf die Münzen von selbst in den zylindrischen Teil des Trichters fallen und in diesem einen Stapel bilden. Die gestapelte =Menge lässt sieh an der Skala. 4 ablesen. Die Skala kann auf den Geldwert oder aber auf die Anzahl der Münzen geeicht sein.
Die Vorriehtung lässt sich auf diese Weise dazu verwenden, Münzen auf einfache Art zu zählen. Es lässt sieh damit z. B. das Zählen der Münzen von Hand beim Leeren von Haus- sparkassen vermeiden.
Soll der gebildete Münzenstapel als GreId- rolle verpackt werden, z. B. als Geldrolle zu <B>100</B> Stück, so wird der Trichter 1 ans dem Körper 2 ' herausgezogen. Der Münzenstapel verbleibt im Körper 2 und kann als Ganzes herausgenommen wer ,den, um von Hand ver packt zu werden.
Er kann aber auch einer speziellen Verpackungseinriehtimg zugeführt werden. wie solche in vemchiedener Aus- fübrung bekannt sind.
Die beschriebene Vorrieht:ung kann in ver schiedenen Grössen hergestellt werden, je nach dem Durchmesser und der Diele der zu stapelnden Münzen. Zum Beispiel kann je eine Voiriehtung für 1-,<B>2-,5-,10-,20-,</B> und 50-Rap- penstüelze bereitgestellt werden.
