Description

  

  Schlagbrecher, dessen     Brechschwinge    eine Brechbacke und Seitenplatten trägt    Es ist.     bekannt,    die mit Seitenwänden ver  sehene Brechschwinge von     Schlagbrechern    mit  einer ein- oder     mehrteiligen    Brechbacke und  Seitenplatten auszurüsten, so dass die     Breeh-          scliwinge    die     Form    einer Mulde erhält.  



  Der     Erfindung        liegt.    -die Aufgabe     zu-          grunde,    diese Teile so an der Schwinge zu       befestigen,    dass sie bei zuverlässiger Ver  spannung sowie unter     Verwendung    einfacher       und    weniger Mittel rasch ein- und ausgebaut  werden     können.     



  Dies kann     erfindungsgemäss    dadurch er  reicht werden, dass die     Brechbacke    an ihren  Seitenflächen mit schrägen     Ausnehmungen          versehen        ist    und die     Seitenplatten    an ihren  der Brechbacke zugekehrten     untern    Hälften  abgeschrägt sind, so     da.ss    sich nach dem     Brech-          rnaul    zu     erweiternde    Spalte ergeben,

   und dass  in diese Spalte dem     Spaltquerschnitt    ent  sprechend ausgebildete Köpfe von     Keilschxau-          ben    eingreifen, die auf der     Rückseite    der       Brechschwinge        vemehraiibt    sind.  



  Auf der Zeichnung     ist    ein     Ausführungs-          beispiel    des     erfindungs        emässen        Schlagbre-          chers        dargestellt.     



  Auf einer mit Seitenwänden 1, 2     versehe-          nen        Brechschwinge    3 liegt eine einteilige       Breehbaeke    4, die an ihren Seitenflächen Aus  nehmungen 5, 6 aufweist, deren Grund schräg  zu den Wänden 1, 2 verläuft.

   Auf die Seiten  wände     7.,    2 sind Seitenplatten 7, 8 mit nach    aussen vorspringenden     Leisten    9,<B>10</B>     aufge-          hängt.    An ihren der     Brechbacke    zugekehrten  untern Hälften sind die Seitenplatten abge  schrägt.     Zwischenthesen        iuid    der Brechbacke  ergeben     sich    hierdurch nach dem Brechmaul  zu     erweiternde    Spalte.

   In diese sind dem Spalt  querschnitt     entsprechend        ausgebildete    Köpfe  11, 12 von Keilschrauben 13, 14 eingesetzt,  die mit ihrem     Schaft    durch die     Brechschwinge     hindurchgesteckt und auf deren     Rückseite     verschraubt sind. Durch Anziehen der Keil  sehrauben werden die Brechbacke und die       Seitenplatten        fest        gegeneinander        verspannt     und mit. der     Breehwinge    verbunden.

   Um die       Kraftschlüssigkeit        zwischen    diesen Teilen  auch bei einem sieh während     des    Betriebes  einstellenden Setzen der Teile, wodurch ein       Lockern    eintreten würde,     aufrechtzuerhalten,          sind    zwischen den     Schraubenmuttern    15, 16  und der     Breehschwin        ge    federnde Unterlagen  17, 18     vorgesehen,    die     jedes    .auftretende Spiel  ausgleichen.
