Bettsofa. Die vorliegende Erfindung hat ein Bett sofa zum. Gegenstand, das sowohl als Sofa als aueli als Bett verwendbar ist und bezweckt, dass es sich auf einfache Art von der einen in die andere Gebrauchsgestalt bringen lässt.
In der beiliegenden Zeichnung sind einige beispielsweise Ausführungsformen des erfin- dungsgemässen Bettsofas dargestellt, und zwar zeigt: Fig.1 eine erste Ausführungsform in per spektivischer Darstellung als Sofa, Fig.2 den im Fussgestell des Bettsofas iiaeli Fin.1 enthaltenen Bettrahmen samt zu gehörigen Füssen und Verriegelungen in aus gezogener Stellung, wobei nur eine Seite des Rahmens im einzelnen dargestellt ist,
Fig. 3 den Bettrahmen nach Fig. 2 in teil- @i-eise zusammengeklappter Stellung, Fig. 4 den Bettrahmen nach Fig. 2 in voll ständig zusammengeklappter und zusammen aesehobener Stellung, Fig. 5 und 6 perspektivische Darstellungen von zwei weiteren Ausführungsformen.
Das Bettsofa nach Fig.1 bis 4 weist ein Gestell 1, eine zweiteilige Rückenlehne 2, zwei Seitenlehnen 3 und zwei abnehmbare Sitzkis sen 4 auf. Im Gestell 1 ist ein Bettrahmen untergebracht. Der Bettrahmen, der nach vorn ausziehbar und mit Füssen und Verrie gelungen versehen ist, weist vorn einen Rah menteil 6 auf, dessen Länge h angenähert der Tiefe t des Sofagestelles entspricht. Dieser Rahmenteil 6 ist mittels Zapfen 7 an einem kürzeren Rahmenteil S .von der Länge 12 an- gelenkt. Dieser Rahmen ist seinerseits mittels Zapfen 9 an einem weiteren Rahmenteil 10 angelenkt, dessen Länge<B>13</B> wiederum angenä hert der Tiefe t des Sofagestelles 1 entspricht. Der ausgezogene Bettrahmen steht auf drei Paar Füssen und ist an zwei Pfosten 15 auf gehängt.
Beim Zusammenlegen des Rahmens wird der äusserste Rahmenteil 6 parallel über den dritten Teil 10 gelegt, wobei sich der kürzere Rahmenteil 8 senkrecht stellt. Hierauf können alle drei Rahmenteile zusammen in das Sofagestell eingebracht werden. Hierbei wird ein weiterer Rahmenteil 13, der mittels Zapfen 1.4 an den Rahmenteil 10 und mittels Zapfen 22 an mit dem Sofagestell fest verbun denen, senkrechten Pfosten 15 angelenkt ist, um die Zapfen 22 im Gegenuhrzeigersinne in die senkrechte Lage verschwenkt. Die beiden Füsse 21 werden beim Zusammenlegen des Rahmens (s. Fig.4) durch Hebel 17 mittels Lenker 16 umgelegt.
Die Hebel 17 sind mit tels Zapfen 18 am Rahmenteil 10 gelagert, und an den linken Armen sind die Lenker 16 angelenkt, während an den rechten Armen die Lenker 11 angelenkt sind, welche an am Sofa gestell festen Schienen 12 angelenkt sind. Die kurze Winkelschiene 19 ist mit Löchern \?0 versehen, die dazu dienen, die vordere Pol sterwand 5 vor dem mittleren Rahmenteil 8 zu befestigen. An den verschiedenen Rahmen teilen sind noch weitere, zum Teil durch Fe- dern miteinander und mit andern Teilen ver bundene Lenker und Hebel vorgesehen, die mit Rasten und Anschlägen versehen sind.
Diese Rasten und Anschläge bewirken, dass die einzelnen Rahmenteile sowohl bei zusam mengelegtem als auch bei ausgezogenem Bett rahmen miteinander verriegelt sind.
Eine Beschreibung dieser Lenker, Ilebel, Federn, Rasten usw. und ihrer Bewegungen wäre sehr weitschweifig und erübrigt sich, da sie zum Verständnis der Erfindung nicht er forderlich ist.
Der nicht dargestellte Untersatz auf den Federn des Bettrahmens kann zum Beispiel aus Rosshaar, Kapok, Baumwolle oder Wolle bestehen und der Überzug aus einem Polster stoff.
In Fig. 5 sind zwei schmale, symmetrische Bettsofas dargestellt, die durch eine gemein same Rückenlehne verbunden sind und zwi schen denen ein Tischchen aufgestellt ist. Im Fussgestell jedes Bettsofas ist wiederum ein entsprechend schmaler Bettrahmen der in Fig. 2 bis 4 gezeigten Art untergebracht.
Das Bettsofa nach Fig.6 enthält wieder einen zweiplätzigen Bettrahmen, wie das Bett sofa nach Fig.1, von dem es sich nur äusser - lich durch das Fehlen einer Seitenlehne und die an einem Ende abgerundete Form unter- seheidet.
Die dargestellten Bettsofas unterscheiden sich äusserlich in keiner Weise von den übli chen Sofas, und man sieht ihnen nicht an, dass sie in ein Bett umgewandelt werden können.

The sofa bed according to FIGS. 1 to 4 has a frame 1, a two-part backrest 2, two side rests 3 and two removable Sitzkis 4 sen. A bed frame is housed in the frame 1. The bed frame, which can be pulled out to the front and is provided with feet and locks, has a frame part 6 at the front, the length h of which corresponds approximately to the depth t of the sofa frame. This frame part 6 is articulated to a shorter frame part S of the length 12 by means of a pin 7. This frame, in turn, is articulated to a further frame part 10 by means of a pin 9, the length of which in turn corresponds approximately to the depth t of the sofa frame 1. The extended bed frame stands on three pairs of feet and is hung on two posts 15.
When the frame is collapsed, the outermost frame part 6 is placed in parallel over the third part 10, the shorter frame part 8 being positioned vertically. Then all three frame parts can be brought together into the sofa frame. Here, another frame part 13, which is articulated to the frame part 10 by means of pin 1.4 and by means of pin 22 to those fixed to the sofa frame, vertical post 15 is pivoted about the pin 22 counterclockwise into the vertical position. When the frame is collapsed (see FIG. 4), the two feet 21 are folded over by lever 17 by means of handlebars 16.
The levers 17 are supported by means of pins 18 on the frame part 10, and the links 16 are articulated on the left arms, while the links 11 are articulated on the right arms and are articulated on rails 12 fixed to the sofa frame. The short angled rail 19 is provided with holes which serve to fasten the front pole wall 5 in front of the central frame part 8. On the various frame parts there are still further links and levers, some of which are connected to one another and to other parts by springs, which are provided with notches and stops.
These notches and stops have the effect that the individual frame parts are locked together both when the bed is collapsed and when the bed is pulled out.
A description of this handlebar, ilebel, springs, notches, etc. and their movements would be very lengthy and superfluous, since it is not necessary to understand the invention.
The base, not shown, on the springs of the bed frame can consist, for example, of horsehair, kapok, cotton or wool and the cover is made of an upholstery fabric.
In Fig. 5, two narrow, symmetrical sofa beds are shown, which are connected by a common backrest and between which a table is set up. A correspondingly narrow bed frame of the type shown in FIGS. 2 to 4 is in turn accommodated in the base of each sofa bed.
The sofa bed according to FIG. 6 again contains a two-seat bed frame, like the sofa bed according to FIG. 1, from which it only differs externally by the lack of a side rest and the rounded shape at one end.
Outwardly, the sofa beds shown do not differ in any way from the usual sofas, and you cannot tell that they can be converted into a bed.
