Description

Die angegebenen Teile be deuten Gewichtsteile.

Additional patent to main patent no. 307327. Process for the production of a water-soluble and co-licensing azophthalocyanine dye. The present invention relates to a process for the preparation of a water-soluble and associated azophthalocyanine dye, which is characterized in that 1 mol of copper phthalocyanine-3,3 ', 3 ", 3"' - tetrastilfoehlorid with 3 mol of 4-amino-2 ' , 4'-dioxy-1,

1'-azobenzene-5'-carboxylic acid in the presence of a mineral acid neutralizing substance to implement. In addition, the statements made in the main patent regarding the implementation of the new process were required.

The following example illustrates the new procedure. The parts indicated are parts by weight. Hydrochloric acid isolated dye is purified by order dissolve and washing and isolated as the sodium salt.

The dye thus obtained is a dark gray powder, which in water with dark green and conc. Sulfuric acid with a yellow-brown color dissolves.

The new dye dyes cotton directly in strong, green-tinged gray and honored cotton in strong gray-green shades. Nylon is colored in olive-brown and anodically oxidized aluminum in green shades. In the chrome print on cotton, an olive with remarkable fastness properties is obtained.

Example: 24.2 parts (1/10 mol) of copper phthalocyanine-3.0, 3 ", 3" '- tetrasulfochloride, obtained by the action of chlorosulfonic acid on copper phthalocyanine, are unloaded onto ice and the sulfo chloride separated off as Moist paste stirred with 150 parts of crushed ice.

A solution of 22.2 parts (a / 10 mol) of the sodium salt of 4-amino-2 ', 4'-dioxy-1,1'-azobenzene-5'-caustic acid (prepared by Coupling of cliazotized p-aminoacetanilide to 2,4-dioxybenzoic acid and subsequent saponification) in 400 parts of water and 7.5 parts of ilanesium carbonate quickly and can be stirred for 24 hours at room temperature
