Elektrische Massekochplatte.
Fig. 3 zeigt eine etwas andere Ausfüh rungsform.
Electric mass cooking plate. The main patent relates to an electric mass cooking plate, the outer eaves edge of which consists of a pressed sheet metal part serving to prevent corrosion, in which the outer edge of the hotplate body produced as a cast part has an annular shoulder on its underside, against which the inner edge, which is angular in cross section, from below the pressed part is attached by pressing,
while .the outer edge of the pressed part. forms the downward facing eaves edge.
The invention relates to a further .flus formation of the electrical mass cooking plate according to the claim of the main patent and consists in that the cross-sectionally U-shaped pressed sheet metal part, which forms the eaves edge with its downward sloping outer leg,
with its upper web part and its inner leg rests directly with a press fit on the shoulder-shaped outer edge of the hotplate body produced by casting on at least one annular surface each.
This design of the electrical mass hotplate makes it possible to achieve a very effective corrosion protection at the lowest construction height and at low cost and to install the mass hotplate flat, well protected against a penetration of liquid at the edge of the cooking hole.
In the following two embodiments of the subject invention shown in the drawing are described. It show: Fig. 1 a part of a section through the first embodiment of the electrical ground cooking plate, Fig. 2 a part of a plan view of the ground cooking plate according to Fig. 1 (1/4 of the total area)
and FIG. 3 shows a section similar to FIG. 1 through another embodiment of the elec tric mass cooking plate._ 1 is a cooking plate body made as a thin-walled cast part, the outer edge 2 of which is made relatively low. On its underside, the cooking or heating plate body 1 has cast-on ribs $ which form grooves between them. The heating conductors 4 are embedded in insulating compound in these grooves.
In the middle, the hotplate body 1 has a shallow depression 5 below which there are no heating conductors.
On the outer edge, an annular shoulder 6 is provided, onto which a thin-walled ring 7, 8, 9 made as a pressed sheet metal part with a press fit (e.g. by shrinking) is pulled from below from corrosion-resistant digem material, preferably V2A steel.
The outer leg 7 of the pressed sheet metal part 7, 8, 9, which is essentially U-shaped in cross-section, encompasses the highly curved cooking hole edge 11 of the hob, which in turn protrudes from below into the space between the two legs 7, 9. The pressed sheet metal part is made with a smaller inner diameter than the outer edge of the Koehplatte body corresponds to which it rests through at least one annular surface, so that a tight contact is ensured.
The pressed sheet metal part is further applied in such a way that it also rests tightly on the end face through at least one annular surface on the corresponding side of the shoulder-shaped edge recess. This creates a seal that does not allow overflowing food to penetrate the joints.
The risk of corrosion associated with your penetration can be further reduced by inserting a sealing ring or a sealing cord 12 at the corner between the web part 8 and the inner edge of the part 9, which is made of a plastically deformable material, e.g. B. Asbestos, and when pressed together: the parts fills even the smallest cavities.
For further joint sealing, a suitable plastic film can be inserted before the pressed sheet metal part is applied, which then softens under pressure and heat and enables a tight connection of the pressed sheet metal part with the heating plate body. He can warm z. B. by high frequency he follow. Instead of the plastic film, water glass or a mixture of linseed oil and benzene can be used as a sealant.
At a distance from the lower edge of the leg 9 of the pressed sheet metal part closes a Abdeekplatte 13 with its upwardly directed outer edge 14, which encloses the downward ge directed outer edge 15 of the hotplate body 1. In the butt joint between's: the pressed sheet metal part 7, 8, 9 and the upper edge 14 of the cover plate 13, a deformable sealing ring 16 is inserted, the z. B. can consist of asbestos. This up device ring 16 reliably prevents any penetration of moisture into the interior of the hotplate.
This also applies to the from below, z. B. from the oven, rising water vapor that condenses on the underside of the plate and has always been a particular source of danger for corrosion.
Fig. 3 shows a slightly different Ausfüh approximately form. Here, the upper edge 19 of the lower cover plate 17 encloses both the lower part of the hotplate edge and at the same time the outer jacket of the inner leg of the pressed sheet metal part, in the interior of which it is pulled upwards. Furthermore, this edge 19 rests on the underside of a temperature-resistant pinch seal 18.
On the one hand, this seal provides good protection against the ingress of moisture into the inside of the plate and, on the other hand, a good support for the hotplate on the upper edge of the raised cooking hole edge 11- of the hotplate 10. The inner leg of the pressed sheet metal part is press fit into a corresponding annular groove of the Cooking plate edge inserted, the depth of which: corresponds to the thickness of the pressed sheet metal part.
The height from the upper working surface of the plate to the lower edge of the plate body 1 can be selected to be less than 15 mm, preferably 10 to 13 mm.
