Zur beschriebenen Drehung der Arme106 der Geberstellen ist in jeder.solehen Stelle ein Synehronmotor 203 angeordnet-, diese Motoren der ganzen Gruppe werden zur Aus führung der Abtastung gleichzeitig mit dem Netz 201, 202 in Verbindung gesetzt, indem ein Startimptils von der Frequenz fl das auf diese Frequenz abgestimmte Startrelals 205 über die Leitung103 betätigt, das den Kon takt206 schliesst, wodurch der Motor203 mit dem Netz verbunden ist;

Device for remote display of the status of counters divided into groups in a control center. The present invention relates to a Einriehtuntg which has the purpose of the status of counters divided into groups, z. B. Electricity meters, (lasÜhlern etc., learn to display.
Systems are known for televising the readings of individual counters, and coordinated mechanical resonance systems, secondly an impulse method and thirdly a method have been proposed (read along with the measurement of the electrical resistances of a multitude of resistances based on predetermined values.
They require an electrical connection from the control center to the meter. The cost of the large number of these lines has hitherto prevented their practical use.
The device according to the invention shows in comparison to the known solutions (Lidurelt shows that commutators arranged in the counters produce current paths that characterize the current status of each counter, that from the control center sent one after the other,
electrical pulse sequences of a certain electrical frequency scan all possible current paths of the counters one after the other as well as the counters of a (F tap), with each individual current path of the counters and each interval between a pulse is assigned to the scanning of successive counting rollers, and a start pulse of a different electrical frequency initiates the scanning of each group.
This allows as many meter groups to be connected in parallel with a single line and a return line to the control center as there are start frequencies available, which greatly reduces the number of connection lines.
The figures schematically represent an exemplary embodiment of the invention.
Fig. 1 shows an encoder station of the device with a five-digit roller counter and means for scanning the counter reading.
Fig. 2 shows schematically the equipment of the control center, and Fig. 3 shows the timing diagram for the sampling of a counter.
A commutator 101 is assigned to each counting roller of the electromagnetically incremented counter, five of which are thus indicated in FIG. 1. Each of them has ten conductive segments that form a stationary ring with the toe insulation, and its contact arm 102 is rotated by the counting roller belonging to it in such a way that each number of the roller that is visible in the window of the counter is a position of the. Armes corresponds to exactly one associated segment. All arms 102 are connected to the line 1-3 to the control center.
There is also a selector 105 with 67 segments 1-67 as bank contacts and a contact arm 106 . The segments 1, 2 ... 9, 10 of the commutator of the ten-thousand roll are in sequence with the segments 12, 13 ... 21 of the selector 105 , whose segment 2 ″ is empty or not conductive, the segments of the thousand roll with the segments 23-32 etc., up to the segments 1, 2 ... 9, 10 of the commutator of the unity role, with the segments 56, 57 ... 65 of the selector 105 are connected.
The segment 66 is empty or negligible according to the segments 11, 22 ... 55, and the segment 67 </ B> is empty-; In the pulse sequence explained later, it creates a gap of twice the length (66, 67) between the pulses of two counters following one another during scanning. The segments 11, 22, 0313), 44, 55 er, -as simple gaps in the pulse train. Furthermore, the line 103 is directly connected to the segment 1 of the selector 105.
Hundreds of meters equipped in this way form a group. Each meter also has two simple encoder selectors 107 (ones), 109 (tens) each with a contact arm 108, 110 and ten segments or bank contacts < B> 1, 2 ... 9, 0, , of which each one segment is conductive, while the others are empty or non-conductive. In FIG. 1, segment 4 is conductive on dialer 1.07 and segment 5 on dialer 109 indicated.
The contact arm 106 is with the segment 4 of the selector 107 , the contact arm 108 with the segment 5 of the selector 109 and the contact arm 110 is conductively connected to the return line to the center, in the present case to earth.
If the contact arm 106 jumps from segment 67 onto segment 1 after one revolution, then contact arm 108 held on for a seament. If the contact arm 108 jumps from segment 0 to segment 1 after one revolution, then contact arm 110 makes one Step onto the following segment. The constitution of this Wghieraiisi-üst, -Lin--, which allows this mode of action, is not described in detail as known.
It can be seen that for a cycle of each one hundred revolutions of the contact arm 106 the contact arm 108 performs ten revolutions and the contact arm 110 < / B> makes a turn. After a smooth cycle, a group of 100 counters is finished. The encoder position shown in Fig. 1 has the number 54 within this group.
The counters 00-99 are scanned one after the other in the following order: 11., 12 ... 19, 10, 21, 22 ... 29, 9-0, 31, 32 ... 90, 01 02 ... 09, 00.
In the rest position, the contact arm 106 on the 7 segment 67 , the contact arm 108 on the segment 0 </ B> and the contact arm 110 on the segment 0.
For the described rotation of the arms 106 of the encoder points, a synchronous motor 203 is arranged in each such point; these motors of the entire group are used simultaneously with the network 201 to carry out the scanning , 202 connected by a start pulse of the frequency fl actuates the start relay  205  tuned to this frequency via the line  103 , which connects the contact  206 </ B> closes, whereby the motor  203  is connected to the mains;
the contact 209 is closed at this point in time, since the start pulse has no influence on the relay 208 , as it is tuned to a different frequency f2 is. The contact 207 of the relay 205 closes a holding circuit for this via the. Normally closed contact 210 of the relay 208 and the slide 204 as a power source. When the scanning is finished, a stop pulse of the frequency f2 arrives via the line 103 , which does not affect the relay 205 , but does f2 matched relay 208 energized.
This opens the contacts 209, 21.0, whereby the mains current for the motor 203 and the holding current for the relay 205 are interrupted. The rotation of the Synehron motor stops; the relay 205 drops out.
The start frequency f1 is characteristic of the counter group assigned to it, so that more than one counter group can be connected to the center with the same line 103.
on the condition that the start relays 205 of each of these ZONER groups are tuned to a particular frequency. On the other hand it is possible to use the same stop frequencies7 f2 for all groups of counters; because if such a pulse hits a relay 208 in a counter group which is not being sampled, then the excitation of this relay has no consequences, as in FIG. 1 züi can be found.
Fig. 2 relates, see to the apparatus in the control center, which, for better visibility, is divided into several parts A-P separated from one another by dash-dotted lines. Part 4 shows a synchronous motor 203 which the voters 301, 302, 303, 305, 307, 310, 312 </ B> drives in part B, as well as a start relay 205 and a stop relay 208, the way they work with regard to contacts 206 '207 and 209, 210 with that of the relay also designated in Fig. 1 .
Here in the center the start relay 205 has the closing contact 215 and the stop relay 208 has the opening contacts 211, 212. In addition, the two relays are not more to the same line (103 in Fig. 1) , but are connected via separate lines 21.3 for 205 and 214 for 208 Actuated as described below.
In part B you can see the generators for the frequencies fl, f2, f3, summarized in block 100, as well as two voter kits 301, 305, 307 with the contact arms 304, 306, 308 and 302, 310, 312 with the contact arms 309, 311, 313 , Which equipment in terms of structure and mode of operation correspond to those 105, 107, 1.09 of FIG. 1-. Only is with the voters 3001,
302 only the segment 67 conductive all others are empty or non-conductive; furthermore, with the voters 305, 307 and 310, 312 only the segment 0 is conductive.
The generator for the frequency f 1 is connected to your segment 67 of the selector 301 , whose contact arm 304 is connected to the segment 0 </ B> of the voter 305 and the contact arm 306 of the latter with the segment 0 of the voter 307. s'ehliesslieh The line 315 goes from the contact arm 308 of the latter to the opening contact 211 of the stop relay 208. The current with frequency f2 </ B> from the generator to the segment 67 of the Wälller 302, via the contact arm 309, the segment 0 of the voter 310,
the contact arm 311 of the latter to segment 0 of the selector 312. The contact arm 313 of the latter is connected to the closing contact 215 of the start relay 205 with the line 316 .
On the 'V, #' counter 303 the same segments are conductive and non-conductive as on the selector 105 in Fig. 1, and the generator for the frequency f3 is connected to all conductive among them, that is to say with all except 11, 22, 33, 44, 55, 66, 67. </ B > The associated contact arm 314 is connected to earth via the contact 429 and the relay 434 (part C).
In the rest position, the contact arms 304, 309 are on the segment 67, the contact arms 306, 308 and 311, 31.3 < / B> on segment 0. A start impulse or a stop impulse can only occur in this position of the selector. Let it be referred to as the 67: 0: 0 position. The contact arm 314 is also located on the non-conductive segment 67.
In part. C three receiving relays 430, 432, 434 are shown, of which the relays 430, 434 respond only to the frequency f3 and the relay 434 controls a counter display device, not shown . The relay 430 is between the line 213 corresponding internally to the line 103 in FIG. 1 and the connection 317 between the arm 314 and the normally closed contact 429 of the relay 432, which leads to the relay 434, is connected and controls the delayed relay 432 with its normally open contact 431.
Part D shows a delay relay 435 that is common to all groups I, II, etc. of counters, as well as the start button 401.
Part E contains the auxiliary relays 409, 402, 412 assigned to group I and the group line 1031 to the hundred meters in block I, part F analogously for group II the relays 422, 415, 426 and the line 10311 to the BloeklI. The lines 1031, 10311 are connected to the actuator line 213 via a normally open contact 408, 421 of the relay 402, -11.5.
When scanning 7-a begins, button 401 is pressed in the control center, in which none of the relays is energized in the rest position: Relay 4.09 picks up and energizes relay -102 in the battery circuit via contact 410 - Contact 410 - Relay 402 - Line 212a - Contact 212 of relay 208 - Earth and at the same time relay 412 in the battery circuit - contact 411 - relay 412 - earth. The relays 402, 412 hold see via their contacts 403, 4133, and the relay 4.09 drops out when the button 401 is released.
The auxiliary start relay 402 now causes the following processes - The relay 435 is energized with the contact 404: Battery - Relay 435 - Contact 4-6 - Contact 404 - Contact 212 - Earth. The contact 405 prevents a premature pickup of the relay 422, the primary auxiliary relay of group II. The contact 406 prepares the transmission of the stop pulse to the control line 213 , and the contact 407 provides the start pulse in the circuit Earth - Generator fl - Selector 301, Position 67, Selector 305,
3007 each in position 0 - contact 211 - contact 407 - line 213 - contact 408 < B> - Group line 1031 to all receiving relays 205 of group 1 and from line 213 to relay 205 </ B> the headquarters - Earth. The motors start to run and adjust the selectors 301, 302, 0303 and 105, before a sufficiently long pulse of frequency f2 the relays < B> 208 could have aroused.
The switching arm 304 interrupts the start impLils when leaving the bank contact 67. The relays 205 remain open because of the Ilaltestromkreises 204 - contacts 207 , 210 - Holding the relay 205. When the arms 314, 106 strike the bank contact 1 , the transmission of the Pulses of frequency f3 corresponding to the conductive bank contacts of the voter 303 to the connection 317 - -Lind the forwarding via the lines 213, 103 according to the Positions of voters 109, 107,
105 and the commutator arms 102 in the gripper points according to FIG. 1. When leaving the bar contact 67 , the contact arms 304, 309 </ B arrive > aut 'non-conducting segments, so that the, lines 315, 316 are current-free.
The contact arm 314 in the control center, and the contact arms 106 rotating towards it, on all meters of meter group I connected via contact 408 always place on segments of the same number of voters 303 in the control center and 105 on all meters in the group. By turning these contact arms, all possible current paths in the meters are scanned.
FIG. 3 shows the timing diagram for the scanning of the special counter status shown in FIG. 1, in which the contact arms 102 have the digits 14587 from left to right show. It is also assumed that the contact arm 108 is on contact 4 and the contact arm 110 is on contact 5, for example the counter 54 of group I is scanned.
Intervals of equal length are marked on a straight line from top to bottom in FIG. 3, which represent the equally long time intervals in which the contact arms 106 and 314 are on the segments Linger 66, 67, 1 ... 66, 67, 1 of the contact banks. The figure shows that the impulse lines are interrupted in the short time intervals in which the contact arms jump from one segment to the next, which will be explained later. As a result, the impulses are in the exact sense inside the intervals.
Thus, for one revolution of the contact arm 314, the column on the right in FIG. 3, which is designated with 303 and in full rows, results in the pulses on the line > 317 shows.
In the position 1 the selector 303, 105 causes the impulse of the frequency f3 according to the connection of the segment 1. the voter 105 to the transmission line 103-1031 (column 101/106 in Fig. 3) the response the relay 434, 430 and immediately darnaeh the relay 432; the latter switches off relay 434 with contact 429 (column 434, FIG. 3) and makes relay 430 with contact 433 independent of the transmitter locations. Relays 430, 432 now receive current impulses up to segment 10 of selector 303 .
The latter remains attracted over this series of pulses (columns 430, 432, Fig. 3), until one of the pulse gaps 11., 22 ... 66 / 67 occurs, in which the relay 432 drops out. In the time intervals between the pulse gap and the closed current path (101/106, Fig. 3) during the scanning, the pulse flows solely via the relay 434 to earth.
If the relay 430 is also energized in the time interval of the current path closed via the selector 101/105 , the relay 432 responds; It opens its contact 429 and closes 433, so that in the time span of the segments 11-22 similar processes take place as in the time span 67-11. This re-establishes the situation that was present on End of the previous gap. In each group of ten time intervals belonging to a counting roll, the relay 424 receives as many pulses as the number of the contact that corresponds to the status of the counting roll.
The column 434 in FIG. 3 shows a section of the message about the status of the counters arriving at the relay 434, namely the message about the status of the counter 54 of the group I. Means to carry this Naehrah in writing are known and are used as example in calculating machines.
There is a path via the relays 430, 434 in series for both the start and the stop pulse. The latter are dadureb, not excited, since both are tuned to the frequency f3 .
For the frequencies fl, f2, f3 , for example, the following values can be selected: fl = 400 , f3 = 1200, f2 = 2000.
At the end of the scanning of the entire group 1 , all contact arms 1.06, 304, 309, 214 come back to the empty segment, 66 < / B> and by the following last step in the position 67: 0: 0. Here the path for the stop pulse is established as follows: Earth - Generator f2 - Voter 302, 310, 212 via the now closed contact 215 and the line 214 to the stop relay 208 of the control center and via the Contacts 406 and 408 to the stop relays 208 of all encoder points of group I. All relays 208 pick up and open their contacts 209 , 210, 211, 212. Contact 211 interrupts the start pulse.
The opening of the contacts 209 interrupts the movement of all synchronous motors 203. The opening of the contacts 210 interrupts the holding current of all start relays 205, whereby the contact 215 opens in the control center, so that the stop pulse is interrupted. Since the contact 21.2 opens, the relay 402 drops before the relays 208 drop. It makes contact 405.
If the relay 435 drops after a certain pause, the contact 437 closes, where the primary auxiliary relay 422 of group II in part F receives a pulse through the meanwhile closed contact 405 and the still closed contact 414 of the still-energized preparation relay 412 attracts. This occurs here for group II in place of the pulse via contact 401 for relay 409, through which the scanning of the group was initiated. The relays 415, 426 pull up and hold see.
The relay 422 opens its contact 425, whereby the preparation relay 412 drops out. Group II is now scanned analogously to that described for group I.
There are special Ausfüh ments possible in detail, the selection of which does not change the essence of the invention, but can contribute to the simplicity of construction and reliability of operation. Above all, this includes the transfer of the movement of the synchronous motor rotor to the contact arms. The facilities described below are preferably used for this purpose; it is also possible to achieve the same goal in other ways.
The synchronous motors rotate discs with cams and the contact arms are. firmly connected with gears, which are rotated by each one step by the pawl and spring when the drelibar mounted pawl arm snaps over one of the cams under the action of a spring. This is a well-known and widely used mechanism; the contact arm moves in a very short time from one segment to the next - it makes a jump.
A second disc with the same number of cams rotates synchronously with the ratchet cam disk. These Nocks of this Sehaltnoekenseheibe are designed in such a way that they open a contact shortly before the said latch reaches one of the cams, and shortly after the latch has passed the Noeken, they close the contact again. This contact is located in the circuit that leads to the. Segmen th of the associated voter conducts.
The switch cams cause the current to be interrupted in the short time interval in which the contact arm changes from one segment to the next. This much-used arrangement generates pulses which, in the exact sense, lie within the time intervals to which they are allocated. The closing times and opening times of the impulses are set in a known manner by suitable training of the safety cams. This also explains the device belonging to the voter 303 for the f3 pulse and the voter 105 in the counters. Using the same tools, the device is designed to control the start and stop pulses.
The device has the advantage that the cam contacts do the switching work and that there is therefore no possibility of sparks being formed on the selectors, since they continue to operate without power.
