Sampler on a conveyor device for bulk material. The invention relates to a sampler on a conveyor device for bulk material, e.g. B. Cereals. .
Such samplers have the task of taking the sample in such a way that one can draw reliable conclusions from it about the composition of the total amount to be assessed. For this it is necessary that the sampler himself does not change the material when it is removed, i.e. that it is damaged. In addition, the sample must be taken from a point where there are no special conditions, such as B. in edge zones, and finally the sample is to be taken continuously, so z. B. from a conveyor channel to a. get a correct picture of the whole batch.
The invention consists in that a removal tube projecting into a conveying channel is connected to a discharge conveyor.
The subject according to the invention is explained in more detail with reference to the figures in an exemplary embodiment. They show: FIG. 1 the arrangement of the sampler, FIG. 2 a cross section through the Aus ragsvorr ichtung.
The material flow 1 flows slowly, coming from a conveyor, for example, to the inclined conveying channel 2 of a height conveying device 11, for example an elevator. The sampler 3, 4, 7 essentially consists of a sampling tube 3, which is best inserted into the conveying channel for the bulk material across the wall. The extraction tube 3 is longitudinally adjustable in a flange housing 31 (Figure 2), for. B., telescopically arranged, so that its depth of penetration can be adjusted in the crop flow.
The extraction tube 3 opens into a discharge device 4, which is driven via a wheel 5 and a traction means 6 by the wheel 9, the shaft of which is arranged in the extension of the shaft of the elevator sprocket. The drive takes place via a gear and a coupling 10, so that it is possible, for example, to switch the discharge device 4 on and off at the lever 8 and to regulate its conveying speed Am. The removed material passes from the discharge device 4 into the discharge line 7, from which it is removed for assessment.
2 shows the structure of the sampler in detail. The removal pipe 3 has a removal opening 32 facing away from the material flow 1 (FIG. 1), through which the material flows in without pressure, in particular without back pressure, and is fed to the discharge device 4, which is suitably equipped with a screw conveyor 43 is. The screw 43 only begins behind the mouth opening 41, which prevents the material from being squeezed or cut.
The floor 40 of the anteroom is inclined so that no residues can remain in the sampler. The room 42

between the screw conveyor 43 and the housing increases continuously in the conveying direction of the screw, so that the material has enough space to circulate when the screw moves, which effectively prevents damage to the material. This expansion of space can be achieved by the external shape of the screw widening in the direction of conveyance, by a screw core that tapers in the direction of conveyance, or by increasing the pitch of the screw conveyor.
If there is no direct or gear drive, flat belts, V-belts, chains or similar known elements can be used as traction means 6 for driving the discharge device 4.
