Reinforcement insert for reinforced concrete. The subject of the present invention is a reinforcement insert for reinforced concrete which has a core bar provided with ribs. It is known that when properly arranged, such ribs increase the adhesion strength of the rods. Known reinforcement inserts of this type have the disadvantage that especially the transition between the core rod and the rib is sharp. As a result, not only is the handling of the reinforcing bars glue bending and laying more difficult (risk of injury), but due to the unfavorable notch effect at the sharp-edged transition points between the core bar and ribs, the bending capacity and fatigue strength are significantly reduced.
To avoid these disadvantages, the ribs are arranged on the core rod in such a way that, in a section across the rib, the tangent to the rib through the exclusion point of the rib to the core rod includes an angle that is smaller than 50 with the tangent to the core rod at this point .
It is practical if the ratio of the height of the ribs to the width of the ribs is at most 2: 9.
In the accompanying drawing, the subject of the invention is shown, for example; These show: FIGS. 1 a and 1b show a piece of a reinforcing bar according to the invention in a view or in a diagram, FIGS. 2a and 2b are views analogous to FIGS. 1a and 1b of a second embodiment of the reinforcing bar according to the invention and FIG. 3a and 3b a detail of a rebar according to the invention in the axial section or in cross section.
In the drawing, 1 is the cylindrical core rod of a reinforcement insert, which is provided with ribs 2. The rod material is preferably high-quality, naturally hard reinforced steel. The ribs 2 are Querrip pen, which are offset from one another in two rows diametrically opposite one another. The distance between the ribs 2 in the rows is chosen differently depending on the steel quality. So is z. B. in a steel with a tensile strength ssz # 52 kg / mmê the rib spacing a appropriately equal to the diameter d of the core rod (Fug. 1a), while in a steel with ssz # 75 kg / mmê the rib spacing a is practical 2/3 d be carries (Fug. 2a).
The height of the rounded transverse ribs 2 is advantageously d / 15, while their width is expediently 3 # d / 10.
As Fig. 3b shows particularly clearly, each rib 2 sums up approximately half the order of the core rod 1, with ends at the ribs. continuous transition from the rib to the core rod circumference is provided.
As FIG. 3a shows, the cross-section of the rib 2 is chosen so that the tangent T to the rib, lying in an axial section through the rod (transverse to the rib; 2), through the connection point 0 of the rib 2 to the core Rod 1 encloses an angle α with the tangential plane through this point 0 on core rod 1, which is smaller than 50.
As a result, any sharp-edged transition between core rod and rib is perfectly avoided.
It goes without saying that the ribs 2 can also be arranged obliquely to the rod axis, in a crossed zigzag, curved, corrugated or interrupted manner; The only requirement is that the angle α between the rib tangent and the core rod tangent through the connection point of the rib to the core rod in a section across the rib is less than 50.
