Drawing process and drawing device for the production of straight drawn material. So far, bars, tubes, profiles and the like have been manufactured in at least three work stages: pulling on the drawbar, advancing on a riclitmae machine, which usually works with Rieli rollers, and finished belts on straightening and polishing machines. this required three machines with the zu- @ eliöri, (ren operating team.
Furthermore, the transports between the individual machines had to be managed. So it took a lot of manpower, material and time. In addition, during straightening, there were often dimensional changes in the drawn material due to rolling or one-sided pressing. Furthermore, profiles and pipes in particular were easily crushed or their edges broken.
If you wanted to avoid such damage, you had to work with very little straightening pressure, so that straight bars, profiles or tubes could often not be achieved with one straightening and several straightening passes had to be carried out. By combining the various work equipment into a single machine set, personnel and transport costs can be saved, but the other disadvantages are not eliminated.
avoided.
The method and the device according to the invention make it possible to produce straight rods, tubes, etc., which require further rework, in a single operation and with a single laser line. - apart from polishing and other surface treatment - not required. After the process, the drawn material is subjected to a periodic alternating bending in the cross section of the drawing nozzle.
In the device according to the invention for carrying out the method, a guide nozzle for the material to be drawn is connected upstream of the drawing nozzle.
In the drawing, two execution examples of the device for the implementation of the inventive method are shown. Using the same, the 'method itself is explained as an example in the fol lowing. It shows Fig. 1 the view of such a Vorrich device seen in the direction of drawing, Fig. \? a section along the line II-II of FIG. 1, FIG. 3 the view. a different ausgebil Deten device also seen in the pulling direction and Fig. 4 is a section.
along the line IV-IV of FIG. 3).
The drawing nozzle 1 is on the drawing nozzle holder '? supported by screws 3 in the usual way. Furthermore, a bearing yoke 5 is attached to the drawing nozzle holder by means of spacer bolts 4. In this the rotatable guide nozzle holder 6 is mounted, which can be set in rotation with its drive pulley 7 by a belt or cable drive from a special electric motor or from the drive of the draw bench.
In the Ausfühi-Lingsbeispiel according to FIGS. 1 and 2, the guide nozzle 8 is adjustable in its holder 6 in a straight guide 6 'perpendicular to the drawing axis. Your adjustment and fixed position is done by the adjusting screws 9. In the guide nozzle 8, the insert part 10 is inserted freely rotatable. The opening of the insert corresponds in its cross-section to the profile of the drawing material 11 (in the example shown, a hexagonal bar).
The rod 11 is pushed through the guide nozzle 8, 10 and with its point through the drawing nozzle 1 and is grasped by the drawing rod (not shown) in a known manner. The Füh approximately nozzle 8, 10 is now by means of the adjusting screw 9 in its guide 6 'laterally ver, so that the: center. 1l of their passage cross section by the distance) - is moved out of the pull axis. The amount of adjustment depends on the item to be drawn and is. to be determined from case to case by trial and error.
If the drawing nozzle holder 6 is now set in rotation during the drawing process, the point lI writes a circling movement around the drawing axis, and the rod 11 moves in its section converging towards the drawing nozzle 1 on a kind of conical surface, its tip lies in the drawing nozzle. In this way, the rod 11 is subjected to a periodic # WTeehselbiegtin # around the passage cross section X of the drawing nozzle, however, as a result of the insert part 10, a rotation about its longitudinal axis is avoided.
In the second example according to FIGS. 3 and 1, the guide nozzle 8 is pivotably mounted in its holder 6 by means of bearing bolts 12 and can be fixed in an angular position by adjusting screws 13, as indicated in phantom in FIG. Since the example shown here involves the pulling of round bars, the insert part 10 of the previous example is omitted.
When the guide nozzle holder 6 is rotated during the drawing process, the rod 11 describes a turning surface, the tip of which is in turn in the drawing nozzle 1, so that the rod is also subject to an alternating bending in the drawing nozzle cross section X in this case.
Due to the Weehselbieg-ting in the drawing nozzle cross-section in conjunction with the drawing process itself, the bars are drawn and straightened at the same time, so that in one. In a single work step, perfectly aligned rods fall that do not need to be further sewn.
