Drive device attached to a record player for the winding plate of a sound tape drive. It is known to make record player suitable for playing tape or wire-shaped Aufzeich voltage carrier by additional facilities. For this purpose, any transmission means must be provided by which the driving force of the hall plate mechanism is directed to the feed means of the recording medium to be rewound.
In most cases the turntable shaft is used for this, although it is not as easily accessible as the turntable. The reason for this is that the plate is seldom exactly centric, round and flat, so that it causes certain difficulties to decrease the rotational movement.
The subject of the invention is a drive device attached to a record player and driven by it for the winding plate of a sound tape drive, with a slip clutch and a friction wheel kupelba.ren with a rotatable part of the record player for driving the winding plate, which thereby marked.
is that the friction wheel is designed as a ring, which is supported by elastic members that rest on a rotatable disc that rubs the winding plate t, that it is radially movable relative to the disc arranged on a shaft in such a way that bumps and eccentricities of the driving part of the turntable cannot have any effect. This Vorrichttulg is suitable net to remove the driving forces necessary for the tape transport from the circumference of the turntable without interference. It combines the advantages of very easy assembly, low space requirements and simplicity of manufacture and construction.
In the figures, exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are illustrated.
Figures 1 and 2 show parts of a first embodiment of the subject invention.
3 and 4 show parts of another embodiment.
FIG. 5 illustrates a variant of the parts shown in FIGS. 3 and 4.
Fig. 6 shows, in section and in side view, parts of a further embodiment. Figs. 7 and S represent parts of other implementations from the subject matter of the invention.
In FIG. 1, the turntable shaft is denoted by 1, the turntable by 2. In Be contact with the turntable 2 is the ring 3 with its coating 4, which can be made of rubber, cork or the like. Inside the ring is the disk 5, which is firmly connected to the axis 6, from which the movements are picked up which are necessary for rewinding the recording medium. The latter, like the propellant, is not shown.
On the inner surface of the ring 3, four helical springs 7 are hung at an angular distance of 90 according to FIG. 2 Axis 6 is connected. The ring 3 receives its drive from the turntable 2.
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 3 and 4, instead of the four springs 7, three bands 8 are provided, the ends of which are attached to the inner surface of the ring via helical springs 11. In this case, the disk is formed from a fixed flange 9 and a second, axially displaceable flange 10, so that it is possible to deform the band by pushing the two flanges 9 and 10 together. As a result, the friction surface and thus the torque that can be carried can be changed.
In the example according to FIG. 5, the bands 8 are attached directly to the ring 3 by means of a spring 11 at one end and at the other end. As a result, a possibly desirable difference in the torque that can be transmitted in the two directions of rotation is achieved.
The area on which the springs rub on the disc is decisive for the torque transmitted. If a large torque is to be transmitted, the disk can have a plurality of grooves in which a plurality of bands can be accommodated.
To guide the ring 3 with respect to the disc 5, guide tabs 12 are provided in the embodiment according to FIG. 6, which are attached to the ring and extend ra dial inward over the ring slot between the disc 5 and ring 3 to above and below the disc extend. The tabs could also be fastened to the disk 5 and extend radially outwards to over the edge of the ring 3.
As elastic transmission members could th ribbon or leaf springs and instead of the grooved disc, a disc with a smooth edge could be provided, against which the elastic members lay with light pressure. The springs can be provided with a friction lining, with which they interact with the circumference of the disk. The friction lining could also be provided on the drive pulley. It is. but better to provide the springs with the friction lining. The necessary resilience of the springs is expediently achieved by appropriate shaping of the clamping points, it being advantageous to fasten the spring only on one side.
The free end can then slide on the inside of the friction ring. The leaf springs are also conveniently stored in grooves or slots in the ring in order to ensure a constant height. The width of the groove or slot should not be much larger than the width of the tongue, so that the tongues can practically not change their spatial position. The springs can be pointed at one free end. be where it is facilitated by sliding on the inner ring surface.
In the embodiment according to Figure 7, the leaf springs 28 serve as elastic intermediate members, which are provided with a friction lining made of felt 29 or the like. The ends of the springs engage in grooves in the ring, which are indicated by dashed lines in the figure. The free end of the tongue can be pointed to facilitate insertion into the groove and sliding in the groove during insertion.
It may sometimes be desirable to let the driven disc and, for example, the shaft carrying the winding plate start up quickly, that is to say without slippage. This can be achieved by a design, as shown in FIG. 8 Darge, according to which the turntable shaft 31 is pivotable and the edge of the turntable 32 is pulled down somewhat in the axial direction so that it ken the turntable axis in the dashed line when pivoting Location 41 with. the drive disk 42, which is rigidly mounted on the shaft 36, can come into engagement.
Instead of tilting the platter shaft, this shaft can also be shifted parallel to itself with the same success.
In addition to the disk 35 with the elastic intermediate members 37, the shaft 36 also carries the winding plate. The friction linings 34 and 43 are made of the same material, namely cork or soft rubber, which produces a firm coupling when it comes into contact with the edge of the turntable. When using rubber for the lining 34, the diameter of the drive disk 42 can be larger and the force for pivoting the turntable can be kept smaller, since then the flexibility of the friction ring 33 is not provided by the elastic intermediate links, but by the highly flexible friction lining .
If a faster run is desired now. If, for example, a certain recording is played back without being forced to listen to the intervening ones, the turntable axis is brought into the position indicated by the dashed line 41. The ring 33 is thereby set aside against the resistance of the elastic members 37, and the friction lining 43 of the clutch disk 42 comes into engagement with the plate edge. The shaft 36 is now put into circulation without slipping and thus more rapidly. The clutch disk 42 could also be designed with a smooth edge against which elastic members with a friction lining are placed.
