Description

  

  Motorisch angetriebene Maschine mit einem Satz von     mindestens    zwei     auswechselbaren,     motorlosen     Arbeitsgeräten,    von welchen das eine als     Zerkleinerungs-    und das andere als       Saftgewinnungavorrichtung    ausgebildet ist.    Die vorliegende     Erfindung    bezweckt     eine     weitere     Vervollkommnung    der im Patentan  spruch des Hauptpatentes     gekennzeichneten     Maschine, so dass dieselbe auch zum Auspres  sen des Saftes von     Citrusfrüchten    verwendet  werden kann.  



  Vorrichtungen zum Auspressen des Saftes  aus     Citrusfrüchten    sind bereits     bekannt;        diese     sind entweder für die Handbedienung einge  richtet oder werden von einem Motor angetrie  ben. Diesen bekannten     Saftauspressvorrichtun-          men    haftet der gemeinsame Nachteil an, dass  der     ausgepresste    Fruchtsaft mit     Zellmaterial     und Fruchtkernen durchsetzt ist.  



  Die vorliegende Erfindung bezweckt, die  sen Nachteil     bekannter        Saftauspressvorrich-          tungen    zu beseitigen.  



       Erfindungsgemäss    ist     die        Saftgewinnungs-          vorrichtimg    der     Maschine    gemäss dem Patent  anspruch des Hauptpatentes mit einem     Press-          kopf        ausgerüstet,    welcher auf das Befestigungs  organ der mit dem Schleuderkorb eine Bauein  heit bildenden     Raffel    lösbar     aufbringbar    ist'  und von einem     als    Schutzring     ausgebildeten,     am Gehäuse der Maschine     befestigbar    en Deckel  umgeben ist, der einen     konusförmigen,

      in den  Schleuderkorb hineinragenden Teil aufweist,  welcher als Führung für die auszupressenden  Früchte dient. Der     Presskopf    besteht zweck  mässig aus Kunstharz, anorganischem oder or  ganischem Glas, einer     Sintermasse,    Holz oder       aus    geruchlosem     Giunmi.       Der zur     Raffelscheibe    parallele Teil des       Deckels    weist zweckmässig zwei     Exzenterver-          schlüsse    auf, die zum Befestigen des Deckels  auf dem Gehäuse dienen.  



  Nachfolgend wird an Hand der beiliegen  den     Zeichnung    eine beispielsweise Ausfüh  rungsform der erfindungsgemässen Maschine       näher    beschrieben.  



  1     ist    der auf das nicht dargestellte An  triebsaggregat aufzusetzende Sockel des Ar  beitsgerätes, mit welchem ein Gehäuse- 2 ver  bunden ist. 3 ist ein Siebkorb, dessen Boden  als eine mit Zähnen versehene     Raffelscheibe    4  ausgebildet ist. Der Siebkorb ist mittels der  Mutter 5 auf der im Sockel 1 gelagerten Welle       befestigbar.    Die Mutter trägt ein Aussen  gewinde, auf welches der     Presskopf    6 mit     Hilfe     einer Büchse 7     aufschraubbar    ist.

   Der     Press=     kopf ist kegelförmig und trägt von der Basis  zur Spitze laufende Rippen     B.    Das Gehäuse 2  ist mit einem Deckel 9 verschliessbar, der in  nen eine von einem     konusförmigen    Deckelteil  10 begrenzte Öffnung     aufweist#    durch die der       Presskopf        herausragt.    Mittels bekannter Be  festigungsmittel 11     ist    der Deckel am Gehäuse       befestigbar.    Unten trägt das Gehäuse 2 einen  Ausguss 12 für den     ausgepressten    Saft.  



  Der erwähnte Deckel schliesst Verletzun  gen der Hand der die Maschine bedienenden  Person durch die rotierende     Raffel    aus.  Ebenso ist ein     Hineinfallen    des     Auspressgutes         in den rotierenden Schleuderkorb unmöglich.  Der durch den rotierenden     Presskopf        ausge-          presste    Saft muss den Schleuderkorb passie  ren, welcher eventuelles     Zellmaterial    und  Fruchtkerne zurückhält.  



  Um den     Presskopf    benützen zu können,  braucht der     mit    der     Raffelscheibe        eine    Bau  einheit bildende Schleuderkorb nicht aus dem  Gehäuse der     Saftgewinnungsvorrichtung    her  ausgenommen zu werden. Ebenso ist es nicht  notwendig,     irgendeine    Schraube zu lösen, um  den     Presskopf    mit der Antriebswelle zu ver  binden.
