Method and device for the production of artificial sausage casings from animal fiber mass. The present invention relates to the production of artificial sausage casings on animal fiber mass by means of nozzles, where in the case of the casing formed is conveyed away by a transport lane with at least stretches of the lane elements. The invention relates to a method and a device suitable for this method.
The method according to the present invention is characterized in that the contact between the support points of the casing and the web elements is interrupted during this conveyance.
The device for exercising the process has a transport device for the sausage casings, which is arranged next to the nozzle, with support elements that run along at least in parts and are mutually variable in their position relative to one another. Preferably, the support elements can be relatively movable and adjustable in their position to the web.
In the accompanying drawing, two embodiments of the device are presented, namely: Fig. 1 shows one with a thread path for the support, Fig. 2 the roller conveyor of the second device in a partial section behind the nozzle.
On the basis of these devices, the method itself is explained in the following for example. MHit 1 denotes a nozzle in Fig. 1, of which the outlet part is indicated schematically. This nozzle is used to form shredded fiber mass, which is then converted into a tube. Before the nozzle orifice, guide rollers 2 to 6 are arranged perpendicular to the direction of flow from the nozzle, which are equipped with guide grooves. Over the guide grooves threads 7 are guided, which form the support and guide track for the ge emerging from the nozzle formed structure.
The threads 7 are first passed around the roller 2, then they run over the roller 3, then the ge-called threads 7 run in a slightly offset position around the roller 4 to the role, ä, come here as the. lateral displacement over the roller 6 in its former course. back, etc. Finally, the threads 7 are fed back to the roll 2 so that an endless web is formed. The purpose of the lateral deflection of the threads 7 is a periodic displacement of the support point for the formed structure emerging from the nozzle.
In this way it is achieved that the threads 7, which act as support elements, run at least in parts with your formed structure and that the contact of the support points with the cover. the railway elements interrupted during this transport S @ Il'il.
The superimposed on the thread path, the nozzle shaped leaving hose, which just has an internal pressure that prevents collapse, is superimposed in this way on parallel adjacent narrow surface sections and after a certain course by the lateral evasion of the previous tra Subsequent sections undercut by other sections and continued. With increasing solidification, skin-like mate rial, especially such an increased internal binding force, z. B. when using slaughter fresh material as a starting material, also an increased tendency to contraction.
Since it is practically secured against sticking by the change of contact described, it can give way to this tendency to contract; This avoids elongations. In order to exclude local adhesions on the support medium, the surface sections of the carrier can also be moved perpendicular to the guide path. Such an embodiment can be seen from FIG. The nozzle is denoted by 10 here. A pair of curved rails is arranged in front of the same. In the pair of curved rails, rollers 12 and 13 are initially arranged, which are rotatable but stationary below the lower apex of the nozzle.
Furthermore, rollers 14 are provided which are mounted in link guides 15. The ge called guides 15 are in turn attached to a chain 16, which chain is endlessly guided by reversing rollers, not shown, in a manner known per se. Each of the rollers 14 has shaft journals 17 which are held in the link guides 15 such that they can be pushed. Due to the wave-shaped course of the rails 18, the rollers 14 are lifted into the actual bearing plane at shorter intervals. This gives the material the opportunity to fully exert its contraction. It is useful to gradually reduce the height of the wave crests in the direction of the orbital movement in order to achieve that z.
B. an intestine by an initial and gradually decreasing sagging can finally Lich decrease in a straight shape according to its contractibility. The casing formed can be fed to the web plane in a meandering manner by keeping the removal speed lower than the exit speed from the nozzle.
