Description
Uhrwerk. Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Uhrwerk mit einem seitlich aus demselben herausnehmbaren Federgehäuse, das mittels einer Hohlnabe drehbar auf einer zwischen einem obern und einem untern, plattenförmi- gen Tragorgan sich erstreckenden Achse an geordnet ist.
Dieses Uhrwerk kennzeichnet sich erfindungsgemäss dadurch, dass die ge nannte Achse einen geschlitzten Gewindekopf aufweist, der mit einem im entsprechenden, plattenförmigen Tragorgan vorgesehenen In nengewindeteil verschraubt ist und dass der Schaftteil dieser Achse in seiner Mittelpartie abgesetzt ist, wodurch an derselben zwei Zap- fenlagerstellen gebildet werden,
auf welchen die Nabe des Federgehäuses angeordnet ist. und von welchen die dem Gewindekopf näher liegende Lagerstelle einen Zentrierring trägt, der gleichzeitig als Anschlag zur Begrenzung des seitlichen Spiels der genannten Hohlnabe dient.
Auf der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegen standes veranschaulicht, jedoch nur insoweit, als dies zum Verständnis der Erfindung not wendig ist.
Die einzige Figur der Zeichnung zeigt einen axialen Schnitt durch das Federgehäuse des Uhrwerkes. In dieser Figur ist a das mehrteilige Federgehäuse, das mittels einer Hohlnabe ai drehbar auf einer Achse b ange ordnet ist. Diese Achse b erstreckt sich zwi.- sehen einem obern und einem untern, platten förmigen Tragorgan. Das obere plattenför- mige Tragorgan ist, wie üblich, von -der Brücke c und das untere von einer Platine d gebildet.
Die Achse b hat einen geschlitzten, mit einem Aussengewinde versehenen Kopf teil, während deren Schaftteil in seiner Mit telpartie abgesetzt ist, so @dass zwei Zapfen lagerteile gebildet werden, auf welchen die Hohlnabe .a1 gelagert ist, die an ihrem untern Ende das übliche Sperrad a2 trägt.
Der Kopf teil der Achse b ist in einer mit einem Innen gewinde versehenen Lagerbüchse e einge schraubt, die in einer durchgehenden Bohx-Lan,, in der Platine c eingesetzt ist. Die Bohrung der Lagerbüchse e ist auf der dem Federge häuse a zugekehrten Seite erweitert. In Ein griff mit diesem erweiterten Bohrungsteil ist ein auf dem betreffenden Lagerzapfenteil an geordneter Zentrierring f, ;
dem gleichzeitig einen Anschlag für das seitliche Spiel der Hohlnabe ai bildet. Die Achse b greift mit ihrem intern Ende in eine in der Platine d vorgesehene Bohrung. Durch die Verwendung des Zentrierringes lässt sich nun die genaue Zentrierung der Achse in bezug auf die Boh rung in der Platine d bewerkstelligen, was durch die blosse Verschraubung des Kopfteils der Achse in- die Lagerbüchse nicht möglich wäre.

This clockwork is characterized according to the invention in that the axis mentioned has a slotted threaded head which is screwed to an internal thread part provided in the corresponding plate-shaped support element and that the shaft part of this axis is offset in its middle part, whereby two pin bearing points are formed on the same will,
on which the hub of the spring housing is arranged. and of which the bearing point closer to the threaded head carries a centering ring which at the same time serves as a stop to limit the lateral play of said hollow hub.
On the accompanying drawing, an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is illustrated, but only insofar as this is not agile for understanding the invention.
The only figure of the drawing shows an axial section through the spring housing of the clockwork. In this figure, a is the multi-part spring housing which is arranged rotatably on an axis b by means of a hollow hub ai. This axis b extends between an upper and a lower, plate-shaped support member. The upper plate-shaped support member is, as usual, formed by the bridge c and the lower by a plate d.
The axis b has a slotted head part provided with an external thread, while the shaft part is offset in its middle part, so that two pin bearing parts are formed on which the hollow hub .a1 is mounted, which has the usual ratchet wheel at its lower end a2 carries.
The head part of the axis b is screwed into an internally threaded bearing bush e, which is inserted in a continuous Bohx-Lan ,, in the board c. The bore of the bearing bush e is expanded on the side facing the Federge housing a. which at the same time forms a stop for the lateral play of the hollow hub ai. The axis b engages with its internal end in a hole provided in the plate d. By using the centering ring, the exact centering of the axis with respect to the borehole in the plate d can be achieved, which would not be possible by simply screwing the head part of the axis into the bearing bush.
