Oberkleidungsstück, insbesondere Herrenhose und Damenrock. hie Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Ober kleidungsstück, z. B. auf eine Herrenhose oder einen Damenrock, mit einem gummi elastischem Bund. Bei Unterkleidung, na mentlich bei Herrenunterhosen, sind seit langem gummielastisehe Bunde bekannt, die den Vorteil einer leichten Anpassung an die jeweilige Bauchweite haben. Man ist auch bereits dazu übergegangen, an Oberklei dungsstücken, wie Herrenhosen, Damenröcken oder ähnlichen Kleidungsstücken, gummiela stische Bunde vorzusehen, um die bei der Unterkleidung als vorteilhaft empfundene Anpassungsfähigkeit auch bei der Oberklei dung nutzbar zu machen.
Vorbekannte gummi elastische Bunde für Oberkleidung haben den Nachteil, dass ihre Anbringung zu umständ lich ist, so dass ihre Verwendung bei Konfek tion wegen der Mehrkosten in Frage gestellt sein muss. Es haben sich bisher nur solche elastische Bunde durchsetzen können, bei denen der elastische Teil in einem besonders gearbeiteten Schlauchbund der Hose einge zogen ist, so dass er nach aussen vollständig verdeckt ist. Das erfindungsgemässe Oberklei dungsstück mit einem gummielastischen Bund zeichnet sieh dadurch aus, dass der Querschnitt des Bundes ein U ist, dessen beide Schenkel den Rand des Hauptstückes rittlings über greifen und an diesem befestigt sind.
Bei einem Ausführungsbeispiel besteht der Bund aus einem einstöckig gewebten Band, das um seinen schmalen unelastischen Zwischenstrei fen leicht faltbar ist und zweckmässig an sei- nen beiden Längskanten mit unelastischen, in zusammengezogenem Zustande des elastischen Teils in Fältehen liegenden Rüschen versehen ist. Diese Rüsehen begünstigen das Annähen des Bundes, indem sie die Gefahr, beim An nähen des Bundes mit der Nadel den Gummi zu zerstechen, zuverlässig vermeiden.
Der elastische Teil des Bundes kann vor teilhaft aus einem steifen, dichten, nach Art von Hosenträgern gewebten Gummibande mit. daran angewebten Rüschen bestehen, die in an sich bekannter Weise derart erzeugt werden, dass die CTummifä:den des Bundes in ausge zogenem Zustande verwebt werden, so dass beim Entspannen des Gummis die unelasti schen Ränder sich rüschenartig in Fältchen legen.
Die Erfindung betrifft auch ein Verfah ren zur Herstellung eines erfindungsgemä ssen Oberkleidungsstückes, welches Verfahren. sich dadurch auszeichnet, dass der Bund in Form eines ungedoppelten Bandes von aussen auf den Rand des Hauptstückes derart auf gelegt wird, dass ein breiterer unelastischer Randteil des Bandes mit der freien Kante des Hauptstüekes bündig ist und die Innenfläche des Bandes nach aussen liegt, dann eine Naht durch den breiteren Randteil dicht entlang einem elastischen Bandstreifen gelegt. wird, wobei der breitere Randteil möglichst. falten los auf den Rand des Hauptstüekes aufge bracht.
wird, alsdann das Band um die Naht um 180 gestürzt, um seine 1Tittelläng"achse gefaltet. und schliesslich der nun innenliegende unelastisclhe schmälere Randteil mittels einer weiteren Naht am Hauptstück festgelegt wird.
An Hand der Zeichnung ist die Erfindung beispielsweise erläutert, und zwar zeigen: Fig.l den obern Teil einer Herrenhose in Ansieht, Fig. 2 und 3 verschiedene Arbeitsstufen bei der Anbringung des Bundes und Fig. 4 einen Querschnitt durch den Bund in Form eines ungedoppelten Bandes allein in grösserenm Massstabe, wobei die Querdimensio nen der Deutlichkeit halber übertrieben dar gestellt sind.
Das Hauptstück der Hose ist mit 5 be zeichnet, der gummielastische Bund besteht aus einem einstückig gewebten Band mit ins gesamt fünf deutlich voneinander getrennten, parallel in Längsrichtung nebeneinander her laufenden Streifen 6 bis 10, Und zwar weist der Bund zwei gummielastische Streifen oder Teile 6, 7 auf, von denen der eine, im Ge brauch äussere, schauseitige Bundteil 6 etwas dichter gewebt ist als der im Gebrauch nach innen gerichtete Teil 7, bei demn die einzelnen Gummifäden nach aussen mehr in Erschei nung treten, so dass sie als Gleitschutz zu die nen vermögen.
Die beiden elastischen Band teile 6, 7 sind durch einen schmalen, unelasti schen Mittelstreifen 8 voneinander getrennt, der dazu dient, das Falten des Bandes um die Längsmittellinie zu erleichtern, da die gummi elastischen Teile nach Art eines Hosenträger gurtes dicht und verhältnismässig steif gewebt sind. Die beiden Kanten des Bundes werden durch je einen unelastischen Bandteil 9, 10 gebildet, von denen der eine etwas breiter ist als der andere. Und zwar schliesst sieh der breitere Randteil 9 an den sclhauseitigen ela stischen Bundteil 6 an, während der schmalere Randteil 10 neben dem innern elastischen Bundteil 7 liegt.
Die unelastischen Randteile 9, 10 sind mit den übrigen Bundteilen ein- stückig gewebt, und zwar derart, dass die Gummifäden der beiden elastischen Bundteile 6, 7 beim Weben in an sich bekannter W eise vorgespannt sind, so dass beim späteren Nach lassen der Spannung die Randteile 9, 10 sieh rüschenartig in kleine Fältchen legen, die später im Gebrauch auftretende Dehnung des elastischen Bundes also nicht behindern.
Der Bund wird in der Weise an dem Hauptstück der Hose befestigt, dass zunächst das Band 6 bis 10 von aussen auf den unge- säuberten Rand des Hauptstückes angelegt wird, derart, dass die breitere Rüsche 9 etwa mit der obern Hosenkante bündig ist und der übrige Teil 6, 7, 8, 10 des Bandes mnit naelh aussen liegender Innenfläche gegen die Hosen beine gerichtet ist. In dieser Lage wird eine Naht 11 durch die Rüsche 9 gelegt, die dicht neben der Kante des elastischen Bandstrei fens 6 verläuft und den Bund erstmalig mnit der Hose verbindet. Dabei wird die Rüsche 9 auf bekannte Weise so aufgenäht, dass sie praktisch faltenlos an dem Hosenrande auf liegt, so dass die Dehnbarkeit des Bundes durch den Rand des Hauptstückes 5 nicht beeinträchtigt wird.
Alsdann werden die Bundteile 6, 7, 8, 10 mit Ausnahme der bereits angenähten Rüsche 9 unm die Naht um l80 gestürzt, das Band durch Falten um den vor bereiteten Streifen 8 um seine Mittellängs achse gefaltet und schliesslich eine weitere Naht 12 von der Innenseite der Hose durch den schmäleren unelastischen Randteil 10 ge legt, wodurch der Bund endgültig festliegt. Zwischen den beiden elastischen Bandteilen liegt dann der gesamte Rand des Hauptstük- kes eingeschlossen, so dass alle offenen Kanten verdeckt sind und die Hose sowohl aussen als auch innen vollkommen sauber ist.
Gegenüber vorbekannten Hosenbunden er gibt sich aus der Art der Anbringung der weitere Vorteil, dass es völlig gleich ist, ob dünne oder dicke Stoffe verarbeitet. werden oder ob durch Futt.ertasehen oder ähnliche M'erlzstoffanliäufuiigen der Hosenrand dicker oder dünner ist, da der Rand des Haupt stückes nicht mehr mit gestürzt zu werden braucht, sondern einzig und allein. der Bund selbst, dessen Dicke längst der IIIit.tellängs- aehse überall gleich ist.
Unangenehme @toff- anhäufungen, wie sie bei vorbekannten Bun- den in Kauf genommen werden müssen, sind so zuverlässig\ vermieden. Auf die unelastischen Bandstreifen 8, 10 könnte verzichtet werden. Jedoch haben diese den Vorteil, dass durch sie jeder Beschädigung der Gummifäden in den elastischen Band teilen vorgebeugt ist. Je nach Dicke des Gurtes könnte man auch auf den unelastischen schmalen Mittelstreifen 8 verzichten.
Doch bietet dieser die vorteilhafte Möglichkeit, die Faltlinie nicht demn Belieben des Nähers zu überlassen, sondern sie zwangsmässig vorzu schreiben, so dass die Gleichmässigkeit der Bandbreite gewährleistet bleibt.
Statt an Herrenhosen lässt sieh das dar gestellte Band auch an Damenröcken oder andern Oberkleidungsstüieken verwuenden, die als obern oder auch untern Abschluss in der Taille einen Bund haben, wie beispielsweise Anoraks, Windblusen und andere mehr.
Bei dem dargestellten Oberkleidungsstück kann der elastische Bund oberhalb des eigent lichen Bundes des Kleidungsstückes frei ste hend und sichtbar getragen werden und dient somit zugleich als Gürtel, der sieh aber da neben durch gutes Aussehen, grosse Dehnbar keit und damit hohe Anpassungsfähigkeit an die jeweilige Bauchweite sowie durch leichte, auch von weniger geübten Personen ausführ bare Anbringung an den Rand des jeweiligen Kleidungsstückes auszeichnet.
Die Vorteile des dargestellten Bundes und seiner Befestigung an der Hose oder einem Damenrock bestehen in der Hauptsache darin, dass jegliche Säuberung des Randes des Haupt stückes entfallen kann, da der Rand vollkom- mnen zwischen den beiden Schenkeln des Bun des eingeschlossen ist, so dass er nach aussen nicht sichtbar ist. Damit entfällt bei Hosen, Röcken oder dergleichen der Teil der Arbeit, der bei Oberkleidungsstücken die meisten Kosten verursacht. Es ist bekannt, dass bei Herrenhosen die Bearbeitung des altgewohn ten Stoffbundes mehr Kosten verursacht, als die Herstellung der ganzen übrigen Hose.
Ein weiterer Vorteil der dargestellten Hose ist der, dass der Bund zugleich als Ziergürtel dient, so dass an jeder Hose der Gürtel gleich vorhanden ist. Das bisherige Durchziehen von zusätzlichen Gürteln fällt völlig weg. Jede Hose ist bleich nach dem Abnehmen vom Klei derbügel vollkommen anziehfertig. Die Vor teile, die der elastische Bund überhaupt bie tet, nämlich die leiehte Anpassungsfähigkeit an unterschiedliche Bauchweiten, ist gerade bei Konfektion von nicht zu unterschätzender Bedeutung. Die Lagerhaltung an Hosen kann erheblich vermindert werden, da der gut nachgiebige Bund leicht Zwischengrössen zu überbrücken vermag.
Die Anbringung des Bundes an die Hose ist so einfach, dass sie mühelos auch von ungelernten Kräften aus geführt werden kann, da einmal nur zwei ein fache, glatte Nähte erforderlich sind und überdies das richtige Annähen dadurch er leichtert wird, dass die unelastischen Rüschen die Dehnbarkeit des Bundes bestimmen. Es braucht nur beim Annähen darauf geachtet zu werden, dass die Rüsche faltenlos auf dem Rand des Kleidungsstückes anfliegt. Die Hose sitzt überdies sicher, da der innere Teil des gedoppelten Bundes jegliches Rutschen ver meidet.
Auch modischen Erfordernissen lässt sich der Bund leicht anpassen, da er sowohl in abstechenden als auch in zum Kleidungsstück genau abgestimmten Farben verwendet wer den kann, so dass insbesondere durch ge- sehmacl,-volle Farb -irkungen der eigenartige Charakter des dargestellten Bundes wirkungs voll in Erscheinung tritt. Als Verschluss eig net sieh jede Art von Verschluss, wobei dieser wahlweise in der Körpermitte oder auch seit lich angeordnet -,v erden kann.
