Fig. 1 zeigt Teile eines Flachrelais, Fig. '?
Magnet system with movable armature. The invention relates to a magnet system with movable. Anchor and means for preventing the magnetic sticking of the anchor. Various such --means] are already known, but they have some shortcomings depending on the embodiment. So are z. B. spacer pins, which are intended to prevent sticking, when the anchor is tightened, sagging stress often does not grow ge.
The folae of this is a permanent deformation of the pins and thus a change in the length of the air gap. The spacer plates, which are often used for lead purposes, are often not in place. flat on the magnetically conductive carrier, but rather bulge more or less through, which results in an air gap length depending on the momentary pulling force of the magnet.
Is such a llagnetsystein part. an audio frequency transmitter, then the armature can be excited to disruptive mechanical vibrations. When the sheets are fastened with the help of bent-over flaps, fatigue fractures have already occurred on the bending edges as a result of continued stress. A non-resilient fastening of the spacer plates could be produced by soft soldering.
However, given the accuracy claims made, this manufacturing process would be inefficient in terms of manufacturing. 1 The object of the present invention is to resolve the above-mentioned shortcomings. The magnet system according to the invention is characterized in that a non-magnetic metal is plated on at least one of the surfaces of the magnetic conductors that touch when the armature is attracted.
If the shape of the armature permits, it will advantageously be manufactured from a ferromagnetic rolled product clad with a non-magnetic metal.
Two examples of useful application of the invention to otherwise known Kon structures are illustrated in the drawing.
Fig. 1 shows parts of a flat relay, Fig. '? Parts of a combined Weeker transformer. From Fig. 1 it can be seen that a layer of a non-magnetic metal is plated onto the core 3 as a replacement for a spacer plate screwed onto the armature 1 as before. This layer 2 is rolled flush with the core 3 so that. the relay - excitation coil 4- can be pushed over it without hindrance.
The armature 5 in Fig. 2 is part of the polarized by the permanent magnet 6 magnet system of a combined alarm clock carrier. It is fastened to the yoke 10 by means of the spring 11 so that it swings back and forth between the two legs 7 and 8 when it is used as an alarm clock, the plated-on layers 9 of non-magnetized metal alternating on the legs 7 and 8 crack open. If the system works as a transmitter of the exchange of speech flowing in the coil 12, the armature is held in the position shown.
So that the layers 9 do not rely on the magnetic magnetic flux flowing in the cords 7 and 8. exert the effect of short-circuit windings, it is necessary to choose from the metals which are suitable for plating, those with a relatively high specific resistance. Good results have been obtained with. Copper-nickel and copper-Niekel-zinc alloys.
For reasons of efficient manufacture, it is advantageous to punch the entire anchor out of a suitable salt product which can be obtained as a semi-finished product; In the present case, it is uni sheet metal strips made of wooden gouges, which are plated with a copper-Niekel alloy.
The application of the invention need not, of course, be restricted to the two examples shown. However, these should sufficiently show that the magnet system according to the invention does not have the deficiencies mentioned at the beginning.
