Stielbaumschere.
Tree shears.
The invention relates to tree shears for cutting branches that cannot be reached from the ground by means of hand scissors, which is characterized in that the scissor body is attached to the upper end of the handle and a pulling element engages at least on one scissor handle in the closing sense of the scissor handle and on one on the The lever transmission provided under the end of the handle is attached, the pulling element engaging the scissor handle in such a way that the angle at which the tensile force acts on the scissor handle approaches the AVert 90 the more the scissor handle comes into its closed position,
in which the angle at least approximately reaches the value 90¯.
In the following description, two exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are explained with reference to the drawing.
Fig. 1 shows a side view of the upper and lower end of the handle and between the two ends a cross section through the middle of the handle, the scissors being drawn in the open position and the pivotable handle shown in broken lines in the closed position.
2 is a view of FIG. 1 from below with the omission of the scissor body.
Fig. 3 is a left side view of the end of the versehwenkharen seer handle and right is a sectional view through a groove of the same with pulled pull loop.
Figure 4 is a top plan view of the end of the hinged scissor handle.
Fig. 5 shows an embodiment of a handle made of telescopically adjustable parts and with a tensioning roller for equalizing the change in length of the pulling element.
3 and 4 are drawn on a larger scale compared to FIGS. 1 and 2.
The scissor body is attached to the upper end of the handle. At least one scissor handle engages a pulling element in the direction of closing of the scissor handle, which is attached to a lever transmission provided on the lower end of the handle, the pulling element engaging the scissor handle in such a way that the angle at which the tensile force acts on the scissor handle looks like 90 closer, the closer the seer grip reaches its closed position, in which the angle at least approximates the value 90.
The pulling element engaging the scissor handle is guided over a guide roller at the upper end of the handle and guided by this after the lever translation at the lower handle end, with the guide roller and scissor handle lying in one plane and the guide roller being arranged so high that the one engaging the scissor handle and tangentially The pulling element running onto the guide roller is perpendicular to the scissor handle when the scissors are closed.
The lever transmission is formed by a handle that can be pivoted about an axis perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the handle, closable in the direction of the scissor handle and a sector forming the load arm of the lever transmission, on the circumference of which the pulling element runs tangentially.
1 and 2 mean the upper and lower scissor blades of the scissor body. The handle 3 of the scissor blade 1 is fastened to the handle 6 by bolts 4 and 5, preferably releasably.
The upper handle 7 can be pivoted about the scissor bolt 8 relative to the handle 6. Both handles 3 and 7 are constantly under the action of a compression spring 9, which seeks to bring or hold the scissors in the open position.
The pivotable scissors handle 7 has at its end a semicircular groove 10, into which the loop 11 of a tension cord 12 is inserted. The tension cord is guided over guide rollers 15 and 16, which are rotatably accommodated in recesses 13 and 14 at the top and bottom of the handle 6, of which the roller 15 is arranged near the ends of the seer handles 3 and 7 in such a way that the Strand 12 - in the closed position of the pivotable handle 7 (see dashed illustration in Fig. 1) - runs perpendicular or approximately perpendicular to the longitudinal shaft into the recess 13 and approaches this position more and more during the closing movement of the handle.
In the recess 14 which receives the guide roller 16 and is provided on the lower end of the handle, there is also a e.g. B. made of aluminum circular sector 17 with a guide groove 18 on its periphery for receiving the strand 12 rotatably about an axis 19. A handle 20 is used to pivot the sector 17.
Between the guide rollers 15 and 16 on the outside of the scissor handle 6 there is milled a groove 21 running in the longitudinal direction of the latter, in which the strand 12 can move freely in the axial direction. This arrangement has the advantage that the strand does not get caught in the branches and you can therefore work completely unhindered.
The strand piece running in the guide groove 21 runs tangentially onto the circumference of the sector 17 7 after it exits the latter and is attached to it. For this purpose, a pin 23 is inserted into a transverse recess 22 on the circumference of the sector 17, said pin having a bore flush with the strand end. The strand end is passed through this hole and, for example, soldered to the back of the pin 23. By means of an angle 24 screwed onto sector 17, engaging with its angled end in transverse recess 22 and pressing against pin 23, pin 23 is held in the transverse recess without play and secured against jumping out.
The total length of the strand 12 is such that when the cord is open the handle 20 is also in the open position and when the handle 20 is closed the blades 1 and 2 are also closed without play.
Scissor handles 3 and 7, the longitudinal saw of the scissor handle 6, guide rollers 15 and 16 and sector 17 are preferably arranged in one and the same plane.
To prune the trees, the scissors are guided into the branches @ by means of the handle 6, in the open state they are brought to the relevant point on the branch or twig and the handle 20 is closed; the sector 17 rotates about the axis 19 and pulls the strand 1. 2 on. For this purpose, the pivotable handle 7 of the scissors body is pulled towards the handle 6 and the leaves 1 and 2 are closed by cutting through the branch.
In order to prevent the loop 11, which is striped over the end of the handle 7, from slipping off, the inner transverse diameter Q of the loop is made equal to the diameter of the groove 10 on the inside of the handle 7 and this diameter is made approximately equal to the height of the seer handle 7 during the The inner longitudinal diameter L of the loop 11 running in the direction of the strand part lying between the roller 15 and the handle 7 is preferably somewhat larger than the width of the handle end on its underside at the transition point to the groove 10.
In order to insert the loop 11 into the groove 10, it is swiveled by 90 ver with respect to its working position in this plane and stripped over the end of the handle up to the groove 10 and then swiveled back by 90 into the working position. In this way, the loop 11 clings closely to the wall of the groove 10.
Instead of the guide rollers 15 and 16, an angle lever can also be arranged, on one arm of which a heald part leading to the pivotable seer grip or a heald part leading to the sector 17 is attached and the other two arms of which are connected to one another by the heald running along the handle 6 are.
In order to be able to use the scissors for cutting trees of different heights without being hindered by a handle length that is too great in the case of low trees, the length of the handle and the pulling element 12 can be adjustable and lockable. The stem 6 can, for. B. be telescopic. The resulting lengthening or shortening of the strand 12 can be taken into account, for example, according to FIG. 5 in the following way:
The guide roller 16 is housed in a lower handle part and the guide roller 15 in an upper handle part.
The handle parts are telescoped into one another and are hollow either entirely or over a certain part of their length. The handle parts are detachable and connected to one another so that they can be braced against one another. Arranged on the same fixed axis as the guide roller 16 is a second guide roller 26 which is freely rotatable with respect to the latter. In one of the stem parts, here z. B. in the lower one, with its axis in two diametrically opposed longitudinal strands 27 adjustable and lockable tensioning roller 25 is housed.
As in the first exemplary embodiment, the pull cord from the pivotable seer handle is first guided over the guide roller 15 to the guide roller 16, but then not directly to the circular sector provided with the handle, but only after the in Stalk longitudinally adjustable tensioning roller 25, from this to the roller 26 and from this only after the sector on which it is attached.
If the stem is to be lengthened, the stem parts are loosened opposite one another so that they can be moved into one another. We also loosened the tensioning pulley 25 so that its axis is in the slots
27 can be adjusted. Then the upper handle part is pulled out of the lower handle part by the desired length. The strand part lying between the guide rollers 15 and 16 is also lengthened by the same amount and the tensioning roller 25 is shifted. It migrates to the guide rollers 16 and 26 by half the length. After this, the stem parts and the tensioning roller 25 are tightened again so that the device is ready for use for pruning higher trees.
To cut lower trees, the handle parts and tensioning roller 25 are loosened again, the handle parts are pushed into one another, the tensioning roller 25 is adjusted in the direction of the guide roller 15 by tightening the stranded parts lying between the latter on the one hand and the rollers 16 and 26 on the other, and the handle parts and tensioning roller 25 after tensioning the Tensile strand 12 tensioned again.
Instead of being arranged in the longitudinal direction, the body and sector in both embodiments could either be arranged individually or both transversely to the longitudinal direction of the handle.
The transverse arrangement of the hand scissors would have the advantage that the guide rollers 15 and 16 or the angle lever used in their place could be omitted.
According to a further embodiment, the scissor body can be swiveled and locked on the handle in the plane of the scissor handles (e.g. by 90), so that branches can also be trimmed which, if the scissor body is fixed in the longitudinal direction of the handle, cannot or only with difficulty would be accessible.
Furthermore, the handle parts, which have recesses or have to be hollow to accommodate the guide rollers, can be made for sight and optionally consist of a different material than the other handle parts.
In addition to the two illustrated embodiments, those are also conceivable which have only some of the features described, while others are missing or have been replaced by other features of the same type.
