Description

  

      Verfahren        zur        Herstellung    einer     armierten    Betondecke.    Bekannte Verfahren zur Herstellung von  am Bau betonierten Decken benützen eine  Schalung, welche sich auf den darunter liegen  den Boden abstützt und nach Erhärtung des  Betons entfernt wird. Die vorliegende Erfin  dung, die ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer  armierten Betondecke     betrifft,    besteht nun  darin, dass die zur     Verwendung    kommende Scha  lung selbsttragende Elemente aufweist, welche  sich auf das der Decke als Auflager dienende  Mauerwerk abstützen und z.

   B. nur bei grösseren       Spannweiten    durch vereinzelte Stützen ver  stärkt werden, so dass die Schalung weitgehend       stützenfrei    ist.  



  Anhand der beiliegenden Zeichnung wird  der     Erfindungsgegenstand    beispielsweise näher  erläutert. Der die Tragrippen formende     Scha-          lungsteil    ist als U-förmiger Hohlbalken 1 aus  gebildet, welcher sich beidseitig auf das der  Betondecke als Auflager dienende Mauerwerk 2       abstützt.    Zur Erhöhung seiner Tragfähigkeit  ist er in der     Dritte    durch eine Stütze 3 gestützt.  Die     Armierungseisen    der Tragrippen sind mit  den Hohlbalken verbunden. Zwischen den ein  zelnen Hohlbalken ist eine Holzschalung 4 an  gebracht.

   An Stelle dieses     Schalungsteiles          können    auch isolierende Platten aus Zement,       Ton,    Holzfasern oder Schaumbeton treten. Der  untere Teil dieser Hohlbalken kann als Rost  zur Befestigung einer     Schilfrohrdecke    oder von  Isolierplatten, wie beispielsweise     Holzfaser-          platten    oder     Sperrholz,    dienen.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung einer armierten Betondecke, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zur Verwendung kommende Schalung selbst tragende Elemente aufweist, welche sich auf das der Decke als Auflager dienende Mauer werk abstützen. UNTERANSPRÜCHE: 1. Verfahren nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die selbsttragenden Scha- lungseleinente den Tragrippen der Betondecke als Schalung dienen. 2. Verfahren nach Patentanspruch und Unteranspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die selbsttragenden Schalungselemente als U-förmige Hohlbalken ausgebildet sind.
