Mit einem Schreibgerät verbundenes Glücksspiel. In den im Hauptpatent dargestellten Aus führungsarten des Erfindungsgegenstandes ist der Behälter des Schreibgerätes stets im Körper des Schreibgerätes vorgesehen. Nenn nun das Schreibgerät als Minenhalter, Füll federhalter, Kugelschreiber ausgebildet ist oder auch aus einem gewöhnlichen Bleistift besteht, bietet sich eine andere Möglichkeit. Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft. das mit einem Schreibgerät verbundene Glücksspiel gemäss dem Patentanspruch des Hauptpa tentes, welches Spiel erfindungsgemäss da durch gekennzeichnet ist, dass der Ra-um für die Kugeln in einem in bezug auf den Schreib gerätkörper beweglichen Teil des Schreib gerätes vorgesehen ist.
Die beiliegende Zeichnung zeigt beispiels weise eine Ausführungsart des Erfindungs gegenstandes.
Fig. 1 ist ein Aufriss eines Minenhalters, teilweise ein Schnitt.
Fig. 2 ist eine Teilansicht zu Fig. 1, in dieser von der rechten Seite gesehen, und Fig. 3 eine Teilansicht zu Fig. 1, in dieser von der linken Seite gesehen.
Wie aus der Fig. 1 ersichtlich, ist das Schreibgerät als Minenhalter ausgebildet.. In dem obern Teil g des Minenbehälters a1, welcher gleitbar im Gerätekörper a des Minen halters angeordnet ist und die die Mine fest haltenden Klemmbacken h trägt, ist ein Be tätigungsknopf<I>i</I> eingesetzt. Dieser Knopf<I>i</I> weist in seinem untern, offenen Ende eine Minenspitzvorrichtung j auf.
Der obere Teil weist eine als Kugelsammler ausgebildete Hülse b auf, welche zwei diametral einander gegenüberliegende, von dem gleichen ihrer Enden ausgehende Ausnehmungen aufweist, von welchen eine, .d, zur Aufnahme mehrerer Kugeln c geeignet ist., während die andere, d1, nur eine einzige Kugel aufnehmen kann. In der Wand des Knopfes i sind der Aus- nehmung d gegenüber vier Fenster e und ist gegenüber der Ausnehmung d1 ein Fenster c1 vorgesehen. Die Ausnehmungen d und d1 sind durch Längsschlitze im Teil b gebildet.
In der Hülse b ist eine weitere Hülse k ein gesetzt, welche die Schlitze d und dl nach innen abschliesst und deren oberer Teil durch einen Zapfen l abgeschlossen ist. Zwischen dem Boden yn, des Knopfes <I>i</I> und dem Zapfen<I>l</I> ist der restliche Teil des Kugelbehälters ge bildet.
Der Knopf i ist abnehmbar auf dem Minenhalter angeordnet und sitzt mit seinem untern, geschlitzten Teil, welcher die Minen spitzvorrichtung j enthält, federnd im Teil g.
Es ist klar, dass der Knopf i statt zwei Schlitzen d bzw. d1 nur einen solchen auf weisen könnte.
Bei einem als Füllfederhalter oder als Kugelschreiber ausgebildeten Schreibgerät könnten der Raum für die Kugeln sowie das oder die Fenster in der auf der Schreibgerät spitze aufgesetzten, abnehmbaren Haube vor gesehen werden.
Bei einem aus einem gewöhnlichen Blei stift bestehenden Schreibgerät kann der Be- kälter für die Kugeln sowie das oder die Fenster in einem abnehmbaren Spitzenschoner vorgesehen werden.
In den Räumen d, d1 ist in der gezeigten Lage des Gerätes nur ein Teil der verschie denfarbigen Kugeln sichtbar.
