Steam power plant optionally working in tap or dual pressure operation. In steam power plants with optional tapping or two-pressure operation, in which, in two-pressure operation, the exhaust steam from a sehaltturbine fed by a floch pressure boiler battery mixes with the steam coming from a low pressure boiler battery upstream of the control valve of the low pressure turbine, two separately installed turbines have been used so far, each one Drive the generator. Such a system, however, has major disadvantages.
Since the steam is supplied to the upstream turbine from the high-pressure tank battery, which is sensitive to load surges, and the load capacity of the upstream turbine is therefore adjusted by a boiler pressure regulator, load fluctuations must be absorbed by the low-pressure part that drives a special generator. The consequence of this is that when the pressure of the high-pressure boiler battery fluctuates, the two generators are subject to constant load fluctuations, so that frequency fluctuations cannot be avoided. In addition, such a system requires a large amount of space and material expenditure and an intricate switchgear.
According to the invention, these difficulties are avoided in that the holding and low-pressure turbines are arranged on the same shaft and drive a common generator, with a boiler pressure regulator in two-pressure operation and a bleed pressure regulator working in opposite directions on the high-pressure and low-pressure control in bleeding operation , while in two-pressure operation and therefore switched off the bleed pressure regulator, a speed regulator that intervenes in the event of load fluctuations only works on the low pressure control, while in the case of bleed operation and the boiler pressure regulator switched off, it works on the high and low pressure control.
The device can also be designed so that when the turbine system is completely relieved in two-pressure operation after the low-pressure turbine has been switched off, the speed controller also acts on the high-pressure control in the closing sense.
The subject matter of the invention is illustrated in the figure in an exemplary embodiment. Here, a denotes an upstream turbine fed from a high-pressure boiler battery, not shown, and b denotes a low-pressure turbine which, in dual-pressure operation, receives its propellant supply from a low-pressure steam network .c and from the upstream turbine a.
During tapping operation, the exhaust steam from the upstream turbine ca flows partly into the network c and partly to the low-pressure turbine b. The pre-switching and low-pressure turbines are arranged on the same shaft and drive a common generator d. The exhaust steam of the low-pressure turbine b is deposited in the condenser e.
The control valves f, g of the two turbines a, b are, depending on the selected operating mode, controlled either by the boiler pressure controller h or the tap pressure controller i in the opposite sense, while the speed controller k only acts on the control valve g of the low-pressure turbine b in two-pressure operation and only acts on the control valve f of the upstream turbine in the closing sense when the turbine system is completely relieved. The rods m, n of the pressure regulators h, i, which are attached to the control lever l, contain flexible spring clutches o and are releasably connected to the control lever l by socket pins p, q. The linkage of the speed controller k is articulated to the control lever l at the pivot point r.
In dual-pressure operation, the tapping pressure regulator i is disconnected by pulling out the bolt q. In the event of fluctuations in the pressure of the high-pressure boiler battery, the boiler pressure regulator h swings the control lever t around its pivot point r and adjusts the control valves f, g in opposite directions to each other. When the boiler pressure drops, the boiler pressure regulator h closes the control valve f by a certain amount and at the same time opens the control valve g accordingly, so that the output of the turbine system is maintained at a constant level without the intervention of the speed regulator due to the increased steam inflow from the steam network c.
In the event of load fluctuations, the speed controller k only adjusts the power component of the low pressure turbine b accordingly by adjusting the control valve g, while the control valve f of the upstream turbine remains unaffected. When the load on the turbine system is completely relieved, after the control valve g has been closed, the tension of the spring clutch o is overcome by the speed controller also acting on the control valve f in the closing sense.
In the case of tapping operation, the boiler pressure regulator h is switched off by pulling out the bolt p, while the tapping pressure regulator i is coupled by inserting the bolt q and, in turn, the regulating organs f, g are adjusted in the opposite direction in the event of fluctuations in withdrawal. In the event of load fluctuations, the speed controller k adjusts the regulating elements f and g of the upstream turbine a and the low-pressure turbine b in the same way.
In pure condensation operation, the boiler pressure regulator h, is disconnected and the bleed pressure regulator i is shut down by closing its pulse line s. The two control valves f, g are only subject to the influence of the speed controller, which adjusts them in the same way.
