Device for recruiting an organ. The invention relates to a device for adjusting an organ by an adjusting motor by means of a mechanical African connection. The invention is characterized in that a force-storing device is arranged in the mechanical connection and a mechanical lock is connected to the adjustment motor. A resilient element, for example, can be arranged in the mechanical connection as a force-storing device. A rack with a pawl can be used as a locking mechanism.
Appropriately, the pawl is pressed with a pressing device, for example with a spring, against the rack. It is advisable to equip the latch with a lifting device that allows the locking mechanism to be unlocked. With means of a limiting device, the energy storage can be limited and, if necessary, a direct mechanical transmission of the force of the adjusting motor to the organ can be achieved. Two embodiments of the invention are shown in simplified form on the drawing. Fig. 1 shows the first example and Figs. 2 and 3 show the second in the two extreme positions.
The device according to FIG. 1 has an element which is shown as a lever 1 with the shaft 2 carrying it. This lever should either be held in position 0 or it should be possible to pull it into position Z against a force acting on it. The ge recorded situation illustrates an inter mediate position during the movement from one end position to the other. The organ can for example be part of a locking device for a door.
In position Z, the door is held in the closed position by applying a certain closing force, in position 0 the locking device is unlocked so that the door can be opened.
An adjusting motor 3 which has the piston 4 sliding in a cylinder is used to adjust the lever 1 . This adjusting motor influences the lever 1. through a mechanical connection. Between the piston rod 5 and the push rod 6 of the mechanical connection there is a force-storing mechanism Arranged device, which has the spring loaded in tension 7 . A limiting device having the rods 8 prevents the spring from being overloaded. The rods 8 lead through the head 9 holding the spring 7 , have the heads 11 and are at one end held at the other end by the head 10 .
The spring 7 can only be loaded up to the point where the heads 11 rest on the head 9 .
A locking mechanism is connected to the adjusting motor. This consists of the toothed rod 12, which is attached to the piston rod 5 , and the pawl 13 which can be pivoted about an axis 14 connected to a fixed point. The pawl 13 is pressed against the rack 12 by means of the spring 15 . A lever 16 allows the pawl to be lifted off the rack by hand. The shape of the pawl 13 and the teeth on the rod 12 is designed in such a way that it is locked in the locking position by the force exerted by the adjacent tooth.
A working medium, for example compressed air, can be fed to the cylinder of the adjusting motor 3 through the line 17 . This compressed air is taken from the line 18 according to the position of the valve 19 . The valve can be adjusted manually as required by means of the lever 20.
In order to move the lever 1 from the position 0 to the position Z, frictional forces must be overcome, a closing force must also be exerted and, finally, a force must be used to move back movement of the lever. For this purpose, compressed air is fed from line 18 via valve 19 into the space on the left side of the piston in the cylinder of the adjusting motor 3 . The piston 4 slides to the right and, through the mechanical connection, pulls the lever 1 out of position 0 while overcoming the adjustment forces towards position Z.
The rack 12 moves under the pawl 13 to the right. During this movement, the spring 7 is extended while storing force as a result of the adjustment forces to be overcome. The spring is dimensioned in such a way that the limiting device does not come into contact even when the greatest normal adjusting forces are applied. As an exception, if the adjustment forces exceed the maximum permissible level, heads 11 finally come to rest on head 9 . Overstressing of the feet of 7 can thus be prevented. The pawl 13 falls into a gap between one of the last teeth on the left end of the rod 12.
Should the pressure drop in the cylinder space on the left side of the piston 4 due to leaks or should the air be let out at all by means of the valve 19 , after a small movement of the piston to the left, the tooth to the right of the gap appears. into which the pawl 13 fell last, against the pawl to rest. During this small movement of the piston 4, however, the lever 1 cannot move because a sufficient force is stored in the spring 7 to maintain the closing force even after the corresponding Shifting the head 9 continue to exercise. After resting on the pawl 13 , the lever 1 remains mechanically held in position Z.
In order to return the lever 1 from position Z to position 0 , compressed air must first be fed into the cylinder again through valve 19 . In this way, the tooth of the rod 12 resting against the pawl 13 is lifted off again. The pawl can then be lifted off the rack by hand using the lever 16 . Then, by means of the lever 20, the valve 19 is brought into the position in which the compressed air flows out of the cylinder 3 through the line 17 into the open can, the lever 1 can move under the forces exerted on it against the position 0 , pulling the piston 4 to the left by means of the mechanical connection.
In the exemplary embodiment shown in FIGS. 211 and 3, the joint 21 of a device (not shown) as the organ to be adjusted is either in the position 0 (FIG. 2) or in the Position Z (Fig. 3) and hold it in this position. Compressed air can be introduced into the cylinder space on the right side of the piston 4 in the adjusting motor 3 by means of the control valve 19 through the line 17 . As a result, the piston 4 is moved from the end position on the right (FIG. 2) into the position of FIG. 3.
The spring 23, which acts as a force-storing device and is stressed by compressive forces, rests with one end against the piston 4 and with the other end against a collar 224 of the rod 25 Rod 25 is passed at one end through a central bore of the piston, so that the piston between the support on the end head 26 and the support on the collar 32 can be moved axially. At the other end, the rod 25 is connected to the joint 21.
A sleeve 22 is connected to the piston 4 and has two toothed racks 27 and 28. The pawls 29 and 30 can engage in these Zalin rods. The lever 16 can be used to lift both pawls off the rack.
If the joint 21 is to be guided from the position 0 (FIG. 2) into the position Z (FIG. 3) against adjustment forces, the control valve 19 through the line 17 compressed air is guided into the cylinder space to the right of the piston 4. The piston 4 first compresses the spring 23. This is dimensioned such that the piston 4 only comes to rest on the collar 32 when the adjustment forces exceed an impermissible maximum level.
The piston 4 moves from the end position on the right (FIG. 2) towards a position on the left (FIG. 3), which corresponds to the position Z of the joint 21. The racks 27 and 28 come into the area of the ratchets 29 and 30. After they have reached the position Z through the joint 21 (Fig. 3), the piston 4 can no longer slide back to the right, even after the air pressure in the cylinder of the adjusting motor 3 disappears, because it is through the pawls 29, 30 are prevented from doing so. The joint 21 remains in position Z.
If the joint 21 is to be returned from the position Z to the position 0 , compressed air must first be introduced into the cylinder space to the right of the piston 4. As a result, the adjacent teeth are lifted off the corresponding pawls, so that both pawls can be lifted off the rack by means of the lever 16. The pressure medium can then be diverted from the cylinder space to the right of the piston 4 by means of the control valve 19. If the piston does not slide to the right under a force exerted by the joint 21, compressed air can be fed into the cylinder chamber to the left of the piston 4 through the line 31 by means of the control valve 19 .
The piston 4 then comes to rest on the head 26 of the rod 25 and pulls the joint 21 into the position 0 (Fig. 2) .
The device according to the invention is suitable, for example, for the mechanical actuation of locking devices, for example on doors. It has the advantage that after the organ has moved into its one end position, the same can still be held in this end position with unchanged force exerting the same force even if there is no working medium for the adjusting motor by means of the force-storing device. This does not change anything if the end position is not always the same. The organ is held in one end position by the force-storing device with practically invariable force in this position.
A device in which a weight is lifted could also be used as the force-storing device. It would also be possible to use a friction lock as a locking mechanism. The adjustment motor can also be acted upon with a liquid pressure medium or with steam. Finally, it would also be possible to use an electric adjusting motor accordingly.
