Component for loom shafts formed from several parts welded together. The present invention relates to a component for loom shafts which is formed from several parts welded together.
The component according to the invention is characterized in that it is formed from at least two metallic profile parts which are connected to one another by weld seams running in the longitudinal direction of the element.
Fig. 1 of the drawing shows in cross section a preferred embodiment of the compo Mentes according to the invention.
Fig.2 illustrates a view of one of the two parts forming the component profile.
Fig.3-10 show in cross section further embodiments of the invention.
According to Figs. 1 and 2 is. the component is formed from two profile strips A and B of the same cross-section, which lie mirror-inverted against each other in flat zones 2 where they are connected to one another by welds that run in the longitudinal direction of the element. The two profile parts A, B are designed to be symmetrical to a longitudinal center plane of the component which is normal to the connecting plane of the two parts.
Each of the named profile parts A, B can consist of pressed, drawn, rolled or otherwise processed sheet metal. The profile parts each have two edge bulges 4 and a central arch 6, which the latter serves to produce a central box which gives the structural element the desired rigidity. The Ausbuehtun; en -1, on the other hand, form inner longitudinal guides for the carriers of the strand rows.
As mentioned, the two profile parts A and B are identical to one another, whereby the advantage of simple manufacture is achieved.
The component illustrated in FIG. 3 is similar to the one just described (the corresponding parts being denoted by the same reference numerals plus a prefix), with the exception that the central part of the two elements A and B is flat, which means that it has no arched zone that forms the aforementioned stiffening box. The connecting weld seams also run in the longitudinal direction of the construction element in this flat contact zone 2 '.
The component shown in FIG. 4 also corresponds in principle to that according to FIGS. 1 and 2 (the reference numerals are given a double prime), only here two central protrusions 6 ″ are provided on each part, resulting in one double longitudinal box has led .. The welds run in the contact zones 2 "between the Ausbu .chtungen 6" and the edge bulges 4 ", in the longitudinal direction of the component.
The component according to FIG. 5 consists of two essentially flat profile parts t1 and B, the edges 8 of which are angled outwards, so that two T-shaped longitudinal guides are formed for the carriers of the strand release rails.
The stiffening of the component is achieved with the help of a semicircular cross-section 'vault 10, whereby a tubular box is formed. The longitudinal weld seams are in zone 2 ".
6 shows a similar structural element, but in which the central box 10 'has a rectangular cross section; the longitudinal weld seams are also located in the flat contact zones. .
Fig. 7 in turn shows a component consisting of two profile parts t1 and B, but the edge guides 8 "by deformation of the outer edges of a single one of the two profile parts (namely of part B are obtained, while the other profile part has no edge deformations.
In FIG. 8, the structural element has the two profile parts A and B, which form the central box 10 ″. The edges of parts A, B have no edge deformations. On the other hand, there is a third between parts A, B , Largest partly flat profile part C arranged, which edge bends 8 "'has. The longitudinal weld seams are attached in the flat contact zones of the three profile parts.
9 shows two profile parts A and B, each of which has three bulges 12, 14 and 16, so that three longitudinal boxes are produced. The zones between these longitudinal boxes and the edge zones are flat and connected to one another by longitudinal welds. The outer boxes 1-1 and 16 can serve as outer guides for the brackets of the strand rows.
An analogous component is shown in Fig. 10, only the edges of the two profile parts .l and B are bent inwards so far that they overlap. The longitudinal weld seams are in turn applied in the flat contact zones.
