Zusatzpatent zum Hauptpatent Nr. 282967. Kippjalousie.
Additional patent to main patent no. 282967. Tilting blind. The subject of the main patent is a tilting blind, which is characterized in that it has a large number of slats, which are rotatably mounted on both ends at a distance from the edge on the outer side of the blind on a metal guide band and on the other edge with at least are articulated to a winding tape attached to a winding drum, so that the unwound lamellae are parallel to each other,
an end rail cooperating with stop means when the blind is at least partially lowered.
The present invention relates to a tilting blind according to this main patent.
The invention consists in that between the slats and the pull-up tapes sharp kidney-like connections are provided, where the links attached to the pull-up tapes are provided at their narrowest point by one of several in the pull-up tapes Oil penetrating the slots and the hinge pins are formed by split pins to enable the replacement of any of the slats of the installed tilting blind.
Each pull-up tape is preferably provided with a cover tape on the side on which the tabs of the 1z -shaped ears are located.
The accompanying drawing represents an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention. Fig. 1 is a vertical cross section through the tilting blind in the developed state.
Fig. 2 is a plan view of a lamella, where it is shown in section at its connection with a pull-up tape and a guide tape.
Fig. 3. Figure 3 is a side view of the lower part of the tilting blind.
Fig.4 shows in section along the line IV-IV and on a larger scale a ge articulated connection between a lamella and a guide band., And Fig. 5 shows in section along the line VV and on a larger scale a ge articulated connection between a Lamella and a pull-up tape.
As in the main patent, 1 denotes a winding drum, 2 denotes a drum connected to the latter for a belt and 3 denotes the slats.
As can be seen in particular from FIG. 1, each slat 3 is now rotatably supported at both ends, but not on the edge 3 'on the outer side of the blind on the adjacent guide belt 7, but at a distance A from this edge 3'. In other words, the pivot 5 has been displaced from the outer edge 3 'towards the other edge 3 ". The lamellas 3 are also articulated on this other edge 3" to a winding tape 10 attached to the winding drum 1 in such a way that that the unwound slats are parallel to each other.
The lower ends of these mounting tapes 10 are also connected to a loading rail 13. This is now housed in an end rail 23 with a hollow, elongated and upright profile and can move up and down in this end rail 23 by an amount that is necessary for tilting the slats 3 from. one in the other end position is sufficient. The end rail 23 rests on a stop 17.
One of these end positions is shown in Fig.l, -the other end position is the one in which the edge 3 'of each of the lamellae is rotated completely against the next lower lamella 3 (counterclockwise). In the event of such a rotation (on the occasion of the pull-out belts being tightened), the loading rail 13 in the end rail 23 moves upwards.
It is namely connected by screws 24 to the lower ends of the pull straps 10, spacer sleeves 25 keep the ends at a distance from the load rail 13 and move in seat braids 26 of the end rail. The latter is guided at both ends in the same rails 8, in which the pivot pin 5 of the slats 3 run. For this purpose, guide pins 27 are riveted to the two ends of the end rail 23, namely below, which can move up and down in the rails 8 concerned.
As can be seen from FIGS. 1 and 3, a bearing 28 for a horizontally displaceable bolt 29 is attached to at least one end of the end rail 23, for example soldered. If this bolt 29 is pushed out, it works together with a block 30 fastened in the rail 8 in order to prevent the tilting blind from being pulled up.
It must then of course be covered by the lowest lamella 3 so that it is not accessible from the outside and cannot be pushed back.
2, 4 and 5 details of the articulated connection of the slats 3 with the pull-up tapes 10 and the guide tapes 7 are shown. It can be seen from FIGS. 2 and 4 that the pivot pin 5 riveted to the lamella 3 is inserted into an -n! -Shaped bearing eye 32 made from a metal strip section. At its narrowest point 32, each bearing eye passes through one of the slots 33 provided in the guide strips 7.
It can be seen from FIGS. 2 and 5 that a hinge-like connection is provided between each lamella 3 and the pull-up straps 10.
The member 34 of this hinge-like connection fastened to the pull-up tapes is formed by an 11-shaped bearing eyelet 34 made from a metal band section, which passes through one of the slots 35 provided in the pull-up tapes 10 at its narrowest point 34 '. The link of the connection riveted to the lamella is denoted by 36.
The hinge pin of the connection is formed by a split pin 37. This type of connection allows any of the slats of the installed tilting blind to be replaced. For this purpose, it is sufficient to remove the split pins 37 which connect this lamella to the pull-up tapes and to bulge the lamella in the longitudinal direction so that its pivot pins 5 can be removed from the bearing eyes 32. The insertion of another lamella is done in a similar way, but of course in the opposite sequence.
In addition to this advantage of easy replacement of a slat, the tilting blind described has various other advantages, including the fact that the slats can be tilted to a larger extent, and that the rails 8 can be arranged closer to the window or door frame as a result of the reduced size Distance stood between the pivot 5 and the edge 3 "of a certain lamella.
The method of connection of the slats with the guide and with the pull-up straps makes production cheaper.
It should also be mentioned that the pull-up tapes 10 expediently have a curved cross-section, as shown in FIG. You can on 'the concave side; that is, on the one on which the tabs of the pilaster strips 34 are located, be provided with a cover band 38 made of metal or a fabric. This cover tape then covers the said flaps. It can be painted in the same color as the slats 3.
