Construction element for use as formwork for concrete structures. (The subject of the main patent is a construction element for use as formwork for concrete structures, which has two parallel plates, which are connected at least by a web, at least at one end with a fold, and which is made of a hardening material mixed with binding agent, for the purpose of leaving the building structure after the introduction of concrete in the space between the plates.
The present invention relates to such a structural element, which is characterized in that the two plates are connected at one end by the constant and that in the mast of the latter there is a second web connected to the plates, the Together with the first-mentioned web and the plate parts located between the web-ends, a cavity delimits, -furthermore, the fact that the webs each consist of two parallel. mutually lying parts with.
consist of a connecting piece perpendicular to them, to form a T-shaped part at one end.
In the Zeiehnun- two execution examples of the subject invention are Darge presents. 1 shows a component. According to the first embodiment in plan, FIG. 2 shows a section along the line II-II in FIG. 1, FIG. 3 shows a section similar to FIG. 1, but of the second embodiment of the component,
4 shows the plan view of a component produced using a construction element according to FIG. 1 and other construction elements and FIG. 5 shows the floor plan of a component produced using construction elements according to the second embodiment according to FIG.
The component according to FIG. 1 and? has two plates 1 and 2 which are arranged parallel to one another and which are provided on the sides facing one another with grooves 3 extending over the width of the plate.
The plate 2 is kept shorter than the plate 1 and connected to the latter by two webs 4 and 5, each of which is formed from two plate-shaped, parallel parts and by a part standing at right angles to these, from which webs the web 4 can be seen is located at one ends of the plates 1 and 2, while the web 5 is between the latter's.
The plates 1 and ″ are provided with tongue and groove at their free ends. : The component thus has at its one end a T -shaped cavity 6 which is separated from the remaining space between the plates 1 and 2 by the web 5. While the lower edge of the two webs .1 and 5 lies in the plane of the lower edges of the two plates 1 and 2, their upper edges are like pia. 2 shows, with respect to the plane of the upper edges of the plates 1 and 2, set back somewhat and provided with grooves 7.
However, the lower edges of the webs 1 and 5 could also be set back in the same way as their upper edges relative to the lower edges of the plates 1 and 2.
The embodiment of the component according to FIG. 3 differs from the one according to FIG. 1.
and ? only in the fact that the web 1a located on one end face has a height which corresponds to the height of the component, so that when two such components are placed on top of one another, only one layer of mortar is present between the webs -1a , but not an intermediate space, as is the case with the webs 5 lying one above the other.
The web 5 could also be analogous to the web 1a. be formed and have a height corresponding to the height of the component.
The component according to FIGS. 1 and 2 is used in particular to create components which are to have vertical cavities for the introduction of iron on certain parts that are located apart.
For this purpose, the cavities 6 are particularly well suited, the webs 4 and 5 enabling the sort order of further reinforcing bars to be laid horizontally and to be connected to the reinforcing bars standing vertically. The component is, as shown in Fig. 4, if required Lich, in conjunction with. Components are used that have the shape of an H in plan and are formed from two parallel plates connected to one another by a web.
If it is a question of creating components which are provided with openings, such as window openings or door openings z1-1, then components according to FIG. 3 are advantageously used at the points where the openings are to be provided, as FIG. 5 shows. Only mortar joints, but not breakthroughs on the viewing surfaces, are present between two stacked components.
In the present case, the cavities 6 can also contain reinforcing irons to which horizontally lying reinforcing irons can be connected, since there is enough space between the webs: 5 for the arrangement of irons. The components also each have an attachment surface to which the door or window frame can be attached.
The grooves 3 of the plates 1 and? enable. a shortening of one or the other plate or both plates by striking individual parts delimited by the grooves for the purpose of adapting the length of the components to the requirements of erecting a building structure. The grooves 3 are also in such places of the plates 1 and? provided that see the plate parts protruding over the web 5 wegsehlagen las sen, which is desirable in the case of components whose webs have a height corresponding to the construction height of the component.
In this case, there remains a component part consisting of the two webs and the plate parts connecting these latter, the T-shaped (circular outline and the cavity 6) can be used where there are only two adjacent wall openings a pillar-like component is to be created.
In addition to being used as formwork for reinforced concrete structures, the components described are also suitable for those that do not contain iron reinforcement. The concrete will see both in the space between the plates 1 and '? and introduced into the iliac space 6. The components remain in the component, so that time-consuming suturing work and wood waste are avoided.
As a building material for the manufacture of the Battele- inentes. a mixed with binder he hardening material, for. B. a cement-sand Gemiseh used.
