Piston gas machine with at least one circular process. Piston gas machines, such as B. hot gas oil: piston engines, heat pumps or cooling machines, with at least one cycle, in which the warm and cold room in which the cycle takes place, are housed in different cylinders, are known.
These machines are designed in such a way that a piston in a certain cylinder with one end face changes the volume of the warm space, while another piston in another cylinder with the other end face changes the volume of the cold space belonging to the same cycle.
The invention relates to a piston gas masehine with at least one cycle, in which the warm and cold room in which the cycle takes place, housed in different cylinders and a heat absorption device, a regenerator and a heat release device are provided.
The piston gas engine is characterized in that the heat absorption device and the regenerator lie coaxially to the cylinder containing the warm space, while the heat dissipation device is accommodated in the connection between this cylinder and the cylinder containing the associated cold space.
The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the dargestell th embodiments in the accompanying drawings. Fig. 1 shows a hot gas piston machine in which the axes of two cylinders working together are arranged at an angle of 90 to one another.
2 shows part of a hot gas piston machine, the cylinders of which are arranged in a row.
The hot gas piston machine according to FIG. 1 has a cylinder 1 in which a piston 2 is movable. The piston 2 is benmappe 3 provided with a Kol. The cylinder 1 is mounted on a crankcase 4 in which a shaft 5, which is provided with a crank 6, moves. A second cylinder 7 in which a piston $ is movable is attached to this crankcase 4. The pistons 2 and 8 are connected to the crank 6 by push rods 9 and 10, respectively. Is coaxial with cylinder 1. a tube heater 11 is arranged, which consists of a bundle of hairpin-shaped curved tubes through which the working fluid of the machine flows.
The tubes are inserted on the one hand in the upper end face of the cylinder 1 and on the other hand in a flange 12 of the cylinder. The tubular heater 11 is surrounded by a jacket 14 through which the combustion air flows through which is supplied through the opening 15. At the point where the combustion air enters the boiler room, fuel is supplied from a burner 16. The combustion gases are discharged through the opening 17. A regenerator 13, which surrounds the cylinder, is arranged under the flange 12, coaxially to the cylinder 1. A space 18 into which a pipe cooler 19 opens is provided under the regenerator.
The agent to be cooled flows through the tubes of this tube cooler 19, while the coolant flows around the tubes and is supplied or discharged through the openings 20 and 21. On the other hand, the cooler 19 opens into a space 22 which is connected to the cylinder 7. The cylinder 1 with the warm room is arranged vertically and the cylinder 7 with the cold room is arranged horizontally. The machine has two support bases 23. The re generator is such. measured that the work equipment z. B. has a flow rate of 3 m per second. When flowing into the cooler, the working medium expediently has a speed of about 20 m per second in order to achieve good heat transfer.
To the lower part of the cylinder 1 a Kühlman tel 24 is arranged for cooling the running surfaces of the cylinder Zy. A similar cooling jacket 25 is fitted around the cylinder 7.
In the machine according to FIG. 2, 30a and 30b designate two cylinders which are identical and which form part of a hot gas piston machine, the cylinders of which are arranged in a row. In these cylinders piston 31 with piston caps 32 are movable. Piston rods 33 are attached to the pistons. At the upper part of each cylinder Rip pen a heater 34 and a regenerator 35 are arranged on the outside. A jacket 36 surrounding the heater and the regenerator is provided with outer ribs 37. Heater and re-generator are seen coaxially to the cylinder.
The warm space above the piston in the cylinder 30a is connected via the heater 34 and the regenerator 35 as well as a channel 39 to a cooler 40, which in turn is connected via the opening 38 with the cold space below the piston in the next cylinder. The cooler 40 is provided with a supply opening 41 and a discharge opening 42 for the coolant.
The volume of the warm space is changed by the upper end face of the piston 31 in the cylinder 30a and the volume of the cold space through the lower end face of the piston in the cylinder 30b, this piston with a certain amount. Phase difference are moved.
