Device for adjusting the lens on photographic equipment, in particular on still projectors. In known still image projectors, the lens has so far been provided either by a coarse thread or by a double barrel provided with a worm gear or by a rack and pinion.
The present invention relates to a Einriehtung ziem setting the Objek tivs on photographic equipment, in particular on still projectors, characterized in that it has a rotatably mounted friction roller arranged transversely to the optical axis, which rests frictionally on a lens part. and can be rotated by hand, (read the whole thing in such a way that the objective is axially displaced by rotating the friction roller. With a suitable design, such a device can be produced simply and cheaply as well as reliably acting.
The accompanying drawing shows an embodiment of the subject invention. Fig.l. shows a front view with the lens removed.
Fig. 2 shows a cross section along the line 11-II of Fig.l.
Fig. 3 shows. a vertical longitudinal section through the guide tube with the lens inserted.
A guide tube 1 for the lens 2 is on the inside with. Plush or velvet paper 3 covered. In the guide tube 1 there is a slot 1a through which a friction roller 4 protrudes. The existing rubber friction roller 4 is mounted in a cross member 5 and carries. on its axis 6 a knurled wheel 7 for rotating the roller. The rubber roller 4 protrudes into the guide tube 1 only as far as a chord lying near the tangent of the clear cross-section, so that the inserted objective tube 2 is caused by the pressure of the.
Rubber roller 4 is pressed elastically against the velvet covering 3 on the diametrically opposite side and is therefore applied to the roller 4 with elastic Rei. The velvet paper 3 is flexible and has a ge wrestling coefficient of friction, so that the bare lens 2 can be easily moved in the guide tube 1, since the friction between rubber roller 4 and lens 2 is significantly greater than between the lens 2 and the velvet covering 3. When the lens 2 moves in the guide tube 1, the individual pile threads of the velvet covering lay in the direction of movement of the lens so that the lens can be moved easily.
To move the lens in the direction of the optical axis, the roller 4 is rotated by grasping the knurled disk 7 by hand in one or the other direction of rotation, whereby the roller 4 moves the lens accordingly due to the friction. This allows easy and precise adjustment of the lens.
