Zwischen diesen Anlagen be steht kein prinzipieller Untersehied, was die Arbeitsweise betrifft.
B. See- oder Flusswasser, getaucht, dessen Temperatur z.
System that brings heat from a lower temperature to a higher temperature. The present invention relates to a system which brings heat from a lower temperature to a higher temperature. Known systems of this type are equipped with several compressors or a multi-stage compressor in order to achieve good efficiency.
1 of the accompanying drawings shows schematically an embodiment of such a known system with a high pressure compressor H, a low pressure compressor L, a heat exchanger HF, as the collector of the high pressure system acts, and an evaporator LP of the low pressure system, the two pressure systems are arranged in cascade.
The heat exchanger serving as the evaporator of the high pressure system is at the same time the condenser of the The system according to the present invention is characterized by a single-stage compressor that works alternately during successive periods at differently high pressures, a condenser and a heat exchange device,
which acts as a condenser during the high pressure period as a Ver and during the low pressure period and is provided in front of an evaporator operating during the low pressure period. By using a single-stage compressor, a substantial reduction in the manufacturing costs of the system is achieved in comparison with the manufacturing costs of a system with two separate compressors or a two-stage compressor.
The drawing shows exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention. It shows: FIG. 2 a diagram of the system in application as a cooling system, FIG. 3 a PS diagram of a system according to FIG. 2, FIG. 4 a schematic diagram of a fully automatic cooling system and FIG schematically a heat pump system.
Corresponding parts are provided with the same transfers in the various exemplary embodiments.
The system according to FIG. 2 has a one-stage compressor 1. A circulation line 2 leads from the compressor to the condenser 3, from there via an expansion valve 4 to a pipe coil arranged in the heat exchanger A: 5 and then via a stop valve 6 back to compressor 1.
A shut-off valve 7 is installed in a bypass line leading around valve 4, and an evaporator 8 is switched on in a bypass line leading around valve 6, which is provided between an expansion valve 9 arranged at its inlet and a shut-off valve 10 arranged at its outlet is. The heat exchanger t1 is thermally insulated., And the evaporator 8 is arranged in a thermally insulated container R.
The system shown works. alternately sometimes at higher, sometimes at lower pressure. The two periods are referred to below as the high pressure and low pressure periods. During the high pressure period, the shutoff valves 7 and 10 are closed and the shutoff valve 6 is open. promotes via compressor. hot gas in the condenser 3, where, it condenses. The resulting liquid flows through the expansion valve 4 and evaporates. snake in the pipe 5. The evaporated coolant is fed back to the compressor via valve 6.
After the medium around the coil in the heat exchanger A has cooled to a temperature which is lower by a certain amount than the condensation temperature of the coolant during the low pressure period, the low pressure period can begin.
The changeover to the low pressure period is carried out by opening valves 7 and 10 and closing valve 6. The compressor 1 promotes. the evaporated coolant through the valve 7 to the pipe coil 5, which now acts as a condenser. The condensate flows through the expansion valve 9 in the insulated container B is arranged evaporator B. In this, the coolant evaporates at a lower temperature than before in the coil 5 and returns. back into the compressor via valve 10. As soon as the medium bypassing the pipe coil 5 has absorbed a predetermined amount of heat, the high pressure period is switched to, which is followed by a low pressure period after appropriate cooling of the medium mentioned, etc.
It can be seen that heat is transported from a lower temperature from the container B to a higher temperature in the container A and then to the Kon capacitor 3, where the heat z. B. is released into air or cooling water.
For the high pressure period or the low pressure period alone, the cooling capacity of the compressor depends on the evaporation and condensation temperatures, as it increases with increasing evaporation temperature and decreases with increasing condensation temperature. If you now z. B. increases the duration of the high pressure period in relation to the duration of the low pressure period, decreases. the temperature in container A until the equilibrium between the cooling capacities of the two periods is restored.
If the duration of the high pressure period is reduced compared to the low pressure period, the temperature in the container rises.
It can be seen from this that the ratio between the duration of the periods at a given condensation temperature in the condenser 3 and a given evaporation temperature in the evaporator 8 is determined at least approximately by the mean temperature prevailing in the container A. becomes. The real length of the period depends. from the heat capacity of the media in the insulated containers A and B and from the permissible change in temperature in the same.
In order to be able to work with small temperature changes, the coil 5 and the evaporator 8 can be immersed in eutectic brines, the brine at container B through line 11 and carried away through line 12.
Fig. 3 shows on the basis of a TS diagram, the changes in state in each case be certain moment of the two working periods in a system according to Fig. \ '.
In the automatic Kühla.nlaoe according to Fig. 4 is arranged concentrically around the container B to reduce heat losses through the insulation of the Wärmeaus exchanger A.
In the heat exchanger A, a thermostat 13 is provided. If the system in the low pressure period (see. N in Fig. 3) arbei tet, the coolant flows according to the drawn arrows from the compressor via the condenser coil 3, the valve 7, the condenser coil 5, the expansion valve 9 and the evaporator 8 back to the compressor. The temperature in container A increases and decreases in container B.
As soon as the temperature in container A reaches the upper limit for which the thermostat 13 is set, it actuates the valve 7 and the changeover valve 6 by means of magnets, whereby the system switches to the high pressure period (see II in Fig . 3) is switched, during which the coolant flows in the direction of the arrows shown in dashed lines in Fig. 1 ..
During the high pressure period, the temperature in the heat exchanger @I, which is now working as an evaporator, falls until this temperature reaches the lower limit determined by the thermostat 13, which then switches the system back to the low pressure period Container 13 is assigned a thermostat 14 which is uilallliäilgiger from the thermostat 13 and controls the '-, olenoi-dveilil 10 ..
When the valve 7 is closed, the Wcelisel valve 6 is in such a position that the pipe coil 5 is connected directly finitely to the compressor via the valve 6, while the flow through the evaporator 8 at the valve 6 is interrupted. In this position of the valves 6 and 7, it is irrelevant whether the valve 10 is open or closed.
If the valve 7 is open, however, see the shuttle valve 6 in such a position that the direct connection of the pipe coil 5 via the valve. 6 with. the compressor is interrupted by valve 6, while the connection from valve 10 via valve 6 to the compressor is open. With valves 7 and 6 in this position, valve 10 controlled by thermostat 1-1 is important for the drive.
If the temperature in the container B is higher than desired, the valve 10 is kept open by the thermostat 11, so that the compressor can work in the low pressure period and the temperature in the container 13 can lower. When the temperature has reached the lower limit for which the thermostat 14 is set, the VentiZl10 is closed under the influence of the thermostat.
Since the pressure on the suction side of the compressor, which is connected to a pressure relay 15, then drops immediately, brings. the pressure relay 15 brings the compressor to a standstill in a manner not shown. If the temperature in the container B increases so that the thermostat 14 opens the valve 10 again, the pressure on the pressure relay 15 also increases, and the compressor is started again.
If the temperature in the container 1 increases during a low-pressure period so that the thermostat 13 switches over valves 6 and 7, a new high-pressure period begins immediately, which is only interrupted when the temperature in the container t1 drops to the value indicated by the thermostat 13 certain, lowest value has decreased. If, after lowering the temperature in the container r1, the thermostat 13, the switching device to a new low pressure period acts., The compressor remains in operation when the valve 10 is open, otherwise the compressor stops.
The compressor will remain idle until one of the thermostats responds.
The thermostat 1.4 and the valve 10 are only necessary if exact temperature limits are required in the container B. At otherwise the pressure relay 15 can control the temperature of the container B by the relay 15 monitoring the operation of the compressor and thus the temperature of the container B over. The dirt relay 15 ensures that the evaporation temperature (and thus the pressure) in the evaporator 8 does not fall below the desired value by turning off the compressor when the pressure reaches a certain minimum. When the evaporation pressure reaches a certain maximum, the pressure relay starts the compressor.
To drive the compressor 1, a motor 16 is arranged, which is preceded by a resistor 17. Furthermore, an oil separator 18 is built into the line 2 after the compressor.
Instead of thermostats for switching over the system, a time switch could also be provided to switch from one pressure period to the other at certain predetermined intervals, or the steam pressures could also be used to determine the working periods with the help of pressure relays and solenoid valves the switchover could take place.
In a refrigeration machine, heat is absorbed by the evaporator at a low temperature and brought to a higher temperature level by the compressor, whereupon the heat is discharged to the outside together with the heat generated by the compression = m condenser. If the heating effect in the condenser is used instead of the cooling effect, the system works as a heat pump. There is no fundamental difference between these systems in terms of the way they work. An example of a Wä.rme pump system is shown schematically in Fig. 5.
The system is formed in a similar way to that according to FIG. 2.
The system according to FIG. 5 has a compressor 1. From this compressor a line 2 leads through the condenser 3 and via an expansion valve 4, a pipe coil 5 and a shut-off valve 6 back to the compressor 1. An evaporator 8 is in one around the valve 6 leading bypass line is built, which has an expansion valve 9 upstream of the evaporator and a shut-off valve 10 downstream of the evaporator 8. Furthermore, a line 20 with a valve 7 leads from the compressor directly to the coil 5, which is arranged in an insulated container A. The evaporator 8 is in a heat source, for. B. lake or river water, submerged, the temperature of which z.
B. is approximately equal to 0 C. During the low-pressure period, heat is absorbed from the heat source in the evaporator 8. The compressor conveys the compressed steam through the line 20 into the coil 5, which then acts as a condenser, as shown by the solid arrows in FIG. If the medium surrounding the coil 5 in the heat exchanger A has reached a certain temperature, the system is switched to the high pressure period.
Takes place during the period of high pressure. the flow in the direction indicated by the dashed arrows from the compressor to the condenser 3, where heat e.g. B. for heating purposes wegge leads wind, and then through the expansion valve 4 and now acting as an evaporator Rohrsehlange 5 directly. back to the compressor.
