Innenklapptüre an Backöfen.
Inner flap door on ovens. There are inner folding doors known to ovens that are stored men by means of hinges on Türrah or are hung by means of swivel brackets on the latter. The brackets used so far, however, are used exclusively for suspension and not for closing or opening the doors.
In contrast, the erfindungsge Permitted inner flap door has a door frame with an inner stop surface for the door, which is hinged to the frame on the outside by means of brackets, and a pivotable operating lever on the door frame with a guide body that is used to close and open the door with a cooperates on one of the guide surfaces present.
The guide body of the operating lever can be a vain role or a sliding shoe.
The subject matter of the invention is to be explained in more detail, for example, with the aid of the accompanying drawing; It shows: FIG. 1 a view of part of an inner folding door, FIG. 2 a section along the line A-A in FIG. 1 and FIG. 3 a section according to FIG. 2, but in the open position of the door.
In the drawing, 1 denotes the door frame, which has an inner stop surface 2. The door 3 is suspended from two joint brackets 4 (only one shown), which act on both sides of the door at one end and which are fastened to a rod 5 mounted in bearings 6 on the door frame 1 at the other end. Also mounted in the door frame 1 is a seated on a bolt 9 operating lever 7 which assumes the position shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 in the closed position of the door. In an arm of the lever 7, a guide roller 8 is rotatably mounted, which interacts with a guide surface, which is present on the part of a bracket 4 which is supported in the frame 1 GE.
The protruding over the rod 5 end of this bracket 4 is slotted at the point 11 (Figure 3) so that the corresponding end of the guide surface carrying part of the bracket 4 is elastic. The other end of the guide surface is designed as a recess 10.
As in tens. 2 it can be seen that the brackets 4 are connected to the door 3 by means of hinge pins 14, which are guided in openings in the door 3 and under the action of springs 13. When the door 3 is opened from the position shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the lever 7 is pivoted downwards about its bearing point and, via the roller 8, causes the brackets 4, which are rotatably connected to one another by the rod 5, to pivot.
In the completely open position of the door 3 shown in FIG. 3, the roller 8 is in engagement with the end recess 10 of the guide surface of the corresponding bracket 4, so that the door 3 is held in its open position. When the door 3 is closed, the lever 7 is pivoted back; the door initially sinks under its own weight, the guide surface of the bracket 4 following the roller 8.
If the lever 7 has exceeded the dead center line 9-5, the roller 8 presses against the end of the bracket 4 so that the door 3 is pressed resiliently against the stop surface 2 of the door frame 1 and is consequently tightly closed. The springs 13 embedded in the named openings of the door 3, together with the bolts 14, also cause the door 3 to be resiliently pressed against the stop surface 2 of the door frame 1. Furthermore, it is possible to mount the roller 8 resiliently on the operating lever 7 in order to control the said to achieve resilient pressure on the door.
It goes without saying that only one of the means causing this elastic contact pressure can be provided; For example, only the slot 11 provided on the hinge bracket 4 or the spring 13 provided between the door and the hinge bracket or a spring arranged for the spring support of the roller 8 can be present. The number of hinged brackets 4 used depends on the size of the oven. Instead of the roller 8, a sliding shoe cooperating with the guide surface of the bracket in question can also be seen.
The described design of the inner hinged door allows the door to be closed properly and tightly with the simplest of operation.
