Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Behälter zur Aufbewahrung und Entnahme von Stückgut, wie Tabletten, Pillen usw.
Es wurden bisher für obigen Zweck tuben formage Behälter gebraucht, welche einerends eine durch eine Aufsteekkappe versehliessbare Öffnung aufweisen. Dureh diese Öffnung erfolgt sowohl die Füllung des Behälters als auch die Entnahme des Behälterinhaltes, wobei die letztere Manipulation oft Schwierig- keiten bereitet. Nach Entfernung der Steckkappe sind die den Behälterinhalt bildenden Tabletten, Pillen usw. hÏufig verklemmt und können nicht mit Leichtigkeit aus der Tube herausgebracht werden, so dass energischere Manipulationen notwendig werden, wobei dann meistens mehr als ein Stück herausfällt.
Diesem Ubelstand soll durch die vorliegende Erfindung abgeholfen werden. Der erfindungsgemässe BehÏlter zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass er neben der Einfülloffnung eine separate Öffnung zur stückweisen Entnahme des Behälterinhaltes aufweist, wobei beiden Öffnungen ein gemeinsames Schliessorgan zugeordnet ist, welches bei geschlossener Einfüll- offnung ein Öffnen und Schliessen der Ent nahmeöffnung ermöglicht.
Vorzugsweise ist der Behälter als zylin drische, einerends dureh das Sehliessorgan versehliessbare und anderends geschlossene Hülse ausgebildet, welche als Entnahmeöff- nung einen Iängs ihres Umfanges neben der Einfülloffnung angeordneten Schlitz aufweist. Es ist zweckmϯig als Schliessorgan ein Pfropfen vorgesehen, welcher so lang bemessen ist, dass er in seiner Sehliessstellung auch den Schlitz abschliesst, und welcher durch Axialversehiebung die Entnahmeöffnung freigibt, während die Einfüllöffnung geschlossen bleibt.
Auf beiliegender Zeichnung sind zwei Aus- führungsbeispiele des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt, und zwar zeigen :
Fig. l eine Ansicht des Behälters gemäss dem ersten Ausführungsbeispiel, mit dem Schliessorgan in der Sehliesslage,
Fig. 2 denselben Behälter mit dem Schliessorgan in der Entnahmelage,
Fig. 3 eine Variante zu Fig. l, ebenfalls mit dem Schliessorgan in der Schliesslage, und
Fig. 4 in der Entnahmelage. In
Fig. 5 ist der Pfropfen in Ansicht gezeigt.
Gemäss dem ersten, in den Fig. l und 2 gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel besteht der Be hälter aus einer zylindrischen, einerends offenen Hülse 1, z. B. aus Metall, Kunststoff, Kunstglas, Papier usw., welche am offenen Ende eine ringförmige Einbuchtung 2 aufweist. Die Íffnung der Hülse dient als Einfüllöffnung und ist durch einen Pfropfen 3 versehliessbar, welcher aus elastischem Material, wie z. B. Kork, besteht und einen dem Innendurchmesser der Einbuchtung 2 entspreehend verjüngten Hals 4 aufweist, so dass zur vollständigen Entfernung des Pfropfens 3 aus der Einfülloffnung ein gewisser Widerstand überwunden werden muss. Das freie Ende des Pfropfens 3 ist als Handgriff 5 ausgebildet.
Nahe der Einfülloffnung ist die H lse 1 mit einem sich entlang des halben Umfanges erstreckenden Schlitz 6 versehen, so dass bei vollständig hineingedr cktem Pfropfen 3 der Schlitz 6 ebenfalls versehlossen bleibt. Zieht man den Pfropfen 3 etwas zur ck, so dass der Halsübergang 4'desselben gegen die Einbueh- t-long 2 aufliegt, so wird der als Entnahmeöff- nung dienende Schlitz 6 freigegeben. Die Bo denfläehe 3'des Pfropfens sehliesst sich dann genau an die an der Seite der Einfülloffnung liegende Schlitzkante 6'an und dient als Riehtfläche für den BehÏlterinhalt.
Wird der Behälter in eine geneigte Lage gebraeht, wie dies in der Fig. 2 dargestellt ist, so gleitet das den Behälterinhalt bildende St ckgut, z. B.
Tabletten 7, genau vor den die Entnahmeoff- nung bildenden Sehlitz 6, stosst an die RiehtflÏche 3'an und fÏllt. aus der Hülse 1.
Eine Variante zum besehriebenen Ausfüh rungsbeispiel ist in den Fig. 3 und 4 dargestellt. Hier ist wiederum eine Ïhnliche H lse 8 mit Einbuchtung 9 und Pfropfen 10 vorgese hen. An Stelle eines Sehlitzes 6 ist jedoeh eine kreisrunde Íffnung 11 angebracht, welche in der beschriebenen Weise vom Pfropfen 10 versehlossen werden kann. Diese Ausbildung ist vorzugsweise zur Aufbewahrung und Ent nahme von kugelförmigem Stückgut, wie. Pillen 12 usw., geeignet.
Der beschriebene Behälter bietet den Vorteil der Einfachheit ; er ermöglieht auf rasche und bequeme Weise die Ausgabe einzelner St cke des Behälterinhaltes.

The container is preferably designed as a cylindrical sleeve, which can be closed at one end by the closing element and closed at the other end, and which has a slot as a removal opening along its circumference next to the filling opening. A plug is expediently provided as the closing member, which is long enough that it also closes the slot in its closing position, and which releases the removal opening by axial displacement while the filling opening remains closed.
Two exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown on the accompanying drawing, namely:

According to the first embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the loading container consists of a cylindrical, one-end open sleeve 1, for. B. made of metal, plastic, plastic, paper, etc., which has an annular indentation 2 at the open end. The opening of the sleeve serves as a filling opening and can be closed by a plug 3, which is made of elastic material, such as. Close to the filling opening, the sleeve 1 is provided with a slot 6 extending along half the circumference, so that when the plug 3 is completely pushed in, the slot 6 also remains closed. If the plug 3 is pulled back somewhat so that the neck transition 4 'of the same rests against the recess 2, the slot 6 serving as the removal opening is released. The bottom surface 3 'of the plug then adjoins exactly the slot edge 6' on the side of the filling opening and serves as a reference surface for the contents of the container.

A variant of the exemplary embodiment described is shown in FIGS. 3 and 4. Here again a similar sleeve 8 with indentation 9 and plug 10 is provided. Instead of a seat 6, however, a circular opening 11 is attached, which can be closed by the plug 10 in the manner described.
