Sammelmappe mit mindestens auf einer Seite auswechselbaren Drahtklammern zum Festhalten von Schriftstücken. Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist eine Sammelmappe mit mindestens auf einer Seite auswechselbaren Drahtklammern zum Festhalten von ungelochten Schrift stücken, wie beispielsweise Zeitschriften, Pro spekten usw.
Die Nachteile bisher bekanntgewordener Sammelmappen dieser Art lagen darin, dass die Klammern besonders infolge des Eigen gewichtes der Schriftstücke leicht herausfal len konnten oder dass sie bei grosser Klemm wirkung nur mit Schwierigkeit an den Füh rungsmitteln hin und her geschoben werden konnten, was ein Umblättern der Schriftstücke erschwerte.
Erfindungsgemäss werden die angeführten Nachteile dadurch behoben, dass am Rücken der Sammelmappe Mittel befestigt sind zur Führung der in der Längsrichtung des Rük- kens einsteckbaren Klammern, die sich infolge ihrer Formgebung beim Einstecken in der Endlage im Zusammenwirken mit den Füh rungsmitteln derart festklemmen, dass sie nur unter erhöhtem Kraftaufwand aus der End- lage gebracht werden können, während sie in der zur Längsrichtung des Rückens senkrech ten Richtung frei verschiebbar sind.
Im folgenden sind an Hand der Zeichnung drei Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung be schrieben, und zwar zeigen: Die Fig. 1 und 2 ein bevorzugtes Ausfüh- runbpsbeispiel (Fig. 1 in der Ansieht und Fig. im Schnitt) und die Fig. 3 und 4 je eine weitere Form der Erfindung im Schnitt.
Die Zeichnung enthält nur die ziun Ver ständnis der Erfindung notwendigen Einzel heiten. In den Figuren sind gleiche Teile mit den gleichen Hinweiszeichen versehen.
In Fig.1 ist die Sammelmappe in geöff netem Zustand ersichtlich. Mit 1 ist der vor dere Deckel, mit 2 der hintere Deckel und mit 3 der Rücken der Mappe bezeichnet. Die eingehefteten Schriftstücke 4 sind mit Klam mern 5, deren Form besonders gut aus Fig. 2 hervorgeht, im Falz festgehalten. Die Mittel zur Führung der Klammern. bestehen aus einem Blechkörper, der zusammengerollt ist und eine ovale, dem Rücken 3 der Sammel mappe angepassten Form aufweist. Damit.
sich dieser Führungskörper 6 beim Öffnen und Schliessen der Sammelmappe der innern Form des Rückens 3 federnd anschmiegt, sind am obern und untern Ende Einschnitte 7 an gebracht, die beim Zuklappen der Deckel 1 und \? in Schlitzen der Nieten 8, mit Hilfe wel cher die überlappte Seite des Führungskör pers 6 am Rücken 3 starr verbunden ist, ge führt werden. Zum Festhalten der Draht klammern 5 in der Endlage dienen die Aus buchtungen 9, die vorzugsweise in den Me- tallführungskörper 6 eingepresst werden.
Die Form der beispielsweise aus Federstahl herge stellten Drahtklammern ist derart, dass sie beim Einstecken in der Endlage infolge ihrer Federwirkung einschnappen und auf diese Weise gegen Herausfallen gesichert sind. Ge gen seitliche Verschiebungen der Klammern 5 bilden die Ausbuchtungen 9 keine Hinder nisse. Damit die Klammern 5 beim Ileraus- ziehen gilt angefasst werden können, sind sie an einem Ende hakenförmig ausgebildet.
Die Fig. 3 stellt einen Schnitt durch einen Teil einer Sammelmappe dar, bei welcher Klam mern mit auf einer Seite verdickten Enden verwendet werden. Die Klammer 5a. kann nicht aus der Endlage fallen, da. das verdickte Ende 10 infolge der Wirkung des Blechstrei fens 11, der einen Teil des Bleehführungs- körpers 6a bilden kann, festgehalten wird.
Beim letzten Ausführungsbeispiel nach Fig.4 ist sowohl am untern Ende als auch am obern Ende des Rückens 3 ein bandförmi ger Führungskörper 6b aus Blech vorgesehen. Auf der einen Seite ist dieses Band jedoch derart umgebogen und elastisch ausgebildet, dass das verdickte Ende der Klammern 51) in der Endlage mit geringem Kraftaufwand innerhalb der Tasche 12 verschoben werden kann. Beim Herausziehen ist analog der vor angegangenen Ausführungsbeispiele kurzzei tig eine erhöhte Kraft nötig.
Die Erfindung ist. nicht auf die darge stellte Ausführungsform beschränkt. So ist es beispielsweise möglich, den Führungskörper als gebogene Platte, die mittels Abstandhalter am Rücken der Sammelmappe gehalten ist, auszubilden. In bestimmten Fällen kann an Stelle von Metall auch z. B. Kunstharz Ver wendung finden.
