Fastening plates for clockworks. The attachment of the honor work in the housing has only by means of screws. the disadvantage that the corresponding holes in the movement have to be brought very close to the edge of the movement, which in many cases results in the inadequacy of a thread that is too short, mainly in the case of strongly tapered movement edges. It is. known. To avoid this after part by the arrangement of mounting plates, which, screwed onto the work edge, protrude beyond this and see against a corresponding shoulder of the (Tehäuses support.
This makes it possible to move the holes for the fastening screws further inwards, where a greater material thickness is usually available.
Since these fixing plates are not. watertight cases should protrude beyond the edge of the fit, with watertight but the outer edge of the movement by a certain amount and it is not advisable to use two different types of plates for the two types of clocks, it has already been proposed to include the plates in question to provide an elongated hole, so (1a13 depending on the type of watch in question, the clamping point was selected. and thus. the discharge of the plate. could be determined.
The known fastening plates had the disadvantage of not assigning any centering means, so that the worker always had to manually insert the plate into the respective type of gauge, i.e. H. the desired radius, had to bring the appropriate position.
The fastening plate according to the invention for clockworks, which has an elongated hole, is characterized by two centering cones arranged on different sides of the plate for a fastening screw, the axes of the centering cones being offset from one another.
Appropriately, measured on the longitudinal axis of the elongated hole, the distances between one axis and the edge of the plate on the other side of the other axis can be different.
In the drawing, an example embodiment of the fastening plate according to the invention is shown.
Fig. 1 shows the plan view and Fig. the bottom view of the plate. Fig. 3 shows a section through the plate mounted in a non-waterproof watch and Fig. 4 shows a section. mounted in a watertight watch by flattening.
The mounting plate 1 is slightly bent upwards for education hung a spring action. Its left part 1a is intended to be screwed onto the movement of a watch, so that its right part 1b partially protrudes beyond the edge of the movement and is supported against a corresponding shoulder, for example part of the case middle. The part 1 a is provided with an elongated hole, in the edge of which a centering cone 2 is milled on the upper side, the geometric axis of which lies in FIG.
On its underside (Fig. 2) there is just if such a centering cone 5, whose axis, offset by a certain amount relative to the axis 3, is denoted by 4. The centering cone axes intersect the longitudinal axis of the elongated hole and the position of the two axes 3 and 4 is chosen so that the distance between axis 3 and the edge of part 1a, measured on the longitudinal axis of the elongated hole, is smaller than the distance between axis 4 from the edge of part 1b of the fastening plate 1, also measured on the longitudinal axis of the elongated hole.
The arrangement according to FIG. 3, according to wel cher the fastening plate 1 is mounted in a non-waterproof watch., See below from that of FIG. 4, ge inäss which the plate is mounted in a waterproof watch, not only in that the plate protrudes less than the edge of the movement, but also because the resilient plate pulls the movement towards the bottom side, while in the case of the clock according to FIG. 4 it presses the movement against the dial side.
This different effect of the fastening plate is achieved by the fact that this fastening plate with non-watertight watches, its cambered side away from the movement and with watertight watches with. arranged on its cambered side against the work. becomes.
In FIG. 3, 6 denotes the edge of the movement, in the bore 7 of which the fastening screw 8 with a conical head 9 is inserted with the plate 1 in between. Due to the spring action of the plate, the shoulder 10 of the work edge 6 is pressed against a corresponding projection 11 of the housing middle part 12.
The konisehe head 9 of the screw 8 enters the con nus 2, and the part 1b of the plate is supported see against the shoulder 14 of the housing middle part.
In the waterproof watch according to FIG. 4, the plate is inserted rotated by 1801 and the conical head 9 of the screw 8 enters the centering cone 5. The plate thus presses the movement 6 against the side of the dial 15, the shoulder 10 being pressed against a projection 13 of the middle housing part 12, while the part 1b of the fastening plate 1 is supported against a shoulder 1.1 of the middle housing part 12.
It emerges from the fact that nothing else needs to be taken into account during assembly than to insert the fastening plate with the correct side against the movement, depending on the type of watch. The centering takes place automatically in that the conical head 9 is easily inserted into a. the centering cone: J 'or 5 enters and thus brings the plate opposite the edge of the movement into the correct position corresponding to the type of watch.
