Shoe, especially for children. The shoe according to the invention, especially for children, is characterized by a shaft forming the shoe sides. and one of at least one layer. Existing sole structure which forms an outer surface of the shoe bottom and has an upwardly curved back a.m heel part, forming at least a part of the back part of the shaft, the side edges of this extension forming uninterrupted continuations of the sole side edges on the shoe bottom.
Two embodiments of the invention are shown in the drawing, namely Fig. 1 shows the sole with its rear extension in the basic plan, namely before the manufacture of the shoe, Fig. 2 the inner sole cover in plan, before the assembly of the shoe, Fig 3 shows the heel insert in plan view, before the shoe is put up, FIG. 4 shows the toe part before the shoe is put up in plan view, fall.
5 the instep cover and the tongue consisting of one piece in plan view, before the assembly of the shoe, FIGS. 6 and 7 show a plan view of the two side parts, fing. 8 shows a perspective view of the shoe in a first embodiment, built up from the ones in FIG. 1 to 7 showed constituents.
9 shows a section along the line 9-9 in FIG. 8, FIG. 10 in top view of a sole and the with. the latter one-piece extension for a shoe according to a second embodiment, FIG. 11 the side parts of the shoe, which in this example are made from one piece and FIG. 12 is a perspective view of the second example.
In the first example according to FIGS. 1 to 9, a sole 15 is provided as the sole structure, which has the usual shape. Except that it is provided with a rear extension 16 which bent upwards at the heel part and, as illustrated in FIG. 8 , is pulled up and forms the rear part of the shaft.
A pair of side parts 17, 18 are attached by seams 19 at their rear ends to the Rän countries of the sole extension 16 and by seams 20 at their lower edges at the edges of the sole 15. A toe part 23 is through seams 21 on the edge of the front derteils the sole 15 and attached by seams 25 to the side parts 17, 18 .. The instep and tongue part. 27 is attached to the toe part 23 by seams 28, thereby completing the upper part of the shoe.
It should be noted that the seams 19, 20 between the side parts 17, 18 and the extension 16 as well as the sole 15 are provided on the outwardly folded edges of these parts, so that these seams are completely on the outside of the shoe , whereby a smooth and comfortable inner wall is formed in the shoe heel part. The toe part 23 is tensile sharpened at its rear edges at 30 (Fig. 9) in order to achieve a certain smoothness here. The seam 28 lies entirely outside the shoe, similar to the seams 19 and 20, and the shoe receives. thus a smooth inside without the need for a lining.
The shoe lining available in conventional shoes requires both working time and material.
In the example according to FIG. 8, the seams 19, 20, 24 and 28 are designed as edging seams; however, other fastening means can also be provided. The seams 19, 20 and 24 can be produced as a continuous seam in one operation. You. can all be carried out with the aid of one and the same machine, which circumstance further simplifies the manufacture of the shoe according to the invention and makes it cheaper.
Any suitable material can be used to manufacture the shoe according to the invention. For example, the sole 15 and its extension 16 can be made from relatively heavy shaft leather and not from usually heavy sole leather. The leather for the sole 15, 16 can weigh, for example, 1.8 to 2.5 kg / m2, which provides a relatively flexible sole, but at the same time has a long service life and is sufficiently rigid. The upper parts of the shoe, that is to say the side parts 17 and 18, the toe part 23 and the instep and tongue part 2 7 can be made from lighter shaft leather, for example from 1.2 to 1.4 kg / m2 weight.
Such a construction and such materials provide the necessary rigidity on the sole and on the rear part of the shaft for the purpose of protecting and supporting the child's foot, but at the same time more flexibility than conventional children's shoes.
The invention relates primarily to children's shoes. The invention can also with. can be used with the same success on other sloe, for example for adults.
If desired, a cover layer 31 (Fig. 9) can be provided, which extends from the tip to the heel part and up to the upper edge of the extension 16 and is sewn to the shoe. or can be glued on. Furthermore, a heel insert 32 (Fig. 9) can be attached between the sole 15 and the deeksehell 31 in order to provide the wearer's heel with additional protection and support and to lift the heel slightly.
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 10 to 12, a sole 40 is provided which has a rear extension 41 which extends over half the height of the shaft. The side parts 42, 43 are made from one piece and are connected to one another at their upper rear part by a web 44.
The side parts are attached to the sole 40 and its extension 41 by seams 46 (Fig. 12), the latter lying on the outside of the shoe, resulting in a smooth inner side. An instep and tongue part 47 is. sewn at 48 to the sole and at 49 to the side panels, completing the three-part construction.
As already indicated for the example in FIG. 8, the sole extension 41 grants a hold for the shoe rear part without a heel cap or stiffener. The shoe is of a very simple and solid construction. The shoe according to this second example can also be made from the materials listed in the first example or from others and can be designed as a child, adult or other shoe.
If desired, the sole structure could also have another piece on the outside, which extends around the heel part a little way below the shoe bottom, for example to a point where the heel front lies in curved shoes.
