Description

  Une forme d'exécution de l'objet. de l'in  vention est     cléerite,    à titre d'exemple, en re  gard     (lit    dessin annexé dans lequel:  les     fig.    1, 2 et 3 montrent de face, du côté  longitudinal et du côté latéral respectivement,  un panneau rainé et crêté;  la     fig.    4 est une vue en élévation et la       fig.    5 une vue en plan d'un crochet de sus  pension avec un bout d'une tringle de fixation  destinée à être fixée à une poutraison;

    la fig. 6, à une échelle agrandie, représente une coupe partielle, selon la ligne VI-VI de la fig. 7, d'un joint formé par l'emboîtement de cieux panneaux contigus d'un plafond sus pendu à panneaux; la fi,-. 7, enfin, est une vue par-dessous d'un fragment de plafond suspendu à pan neaux. Dans la forme d'exécution représentée, le plafond suspendu comprend des panneaux d'isolation 1 contre la chaleur et le son, de forme générale rectangulaire, dont les dimen sions principales (longueur et largeur) sont choisies de manière à être adaptées à l'aire de la. surface à recouvrir.

  Suspended ceiling with panels. The object (the present invention is a suspended panel ceiling, characterized by the fact that it comprises, on the one hand, panels of insulation against heat and sound, grooved and crested to allow their fitting. by juxtaposition, and, on the other hand, suspension hooks cooperating with fixing rods intended to be fixed to a beam, the whole being established so that each (said suspension hooks is engaged in a joint formed by the limp.

   of two adjoining panels looking at the beam from which the hook is suspended by means of (the corresponding fixing rod.

  An embodiment of the object. of the invention is shown, by way of example, in view (read the appended drawing in which: FIGS. 1, 2 and 3 show from the front, from the longitudinal side and from the lateral side respectively, a grooved and crested panel Fig. 4 is an elevational view and Fig. 5 is a plan view of a hanger hook with one end of a fastening rod for attachment to a beam;

    fig. 6, on an enlarged scale, shows a partial section, along the line VI-VI of FIG. 7, a joint formed by the interlocking of adjacent panels of a suspended ceiling panel; the fi, -. 7, finally, is a view from below of a fragment of a suspended ceiling with panels. In the embodiment shown, the suspended ceiling comprises insulation panels 1 against heat and sound, of generally rectangular shape, the main dimensions of which (length and width) are chosen so as to be adapted to the area of the. surface to be covered.

   The thickness of the panels is <B> 9-5 </B> to 30 mm. Each panel is provided on two of its adjacent sides with a groove 2 and, on its opposite adjacent sides, with a ridge 3 of which. the dimensions are. such that the ridges of one panel can fit into the grooves of adjoining panels. The panels are made of a chipboard comprising materials insulating against heat and sound. The panels are. reinforced in their mass by fibers 4, for example vegetable or mineral fibers. The edges, in the form of grooves or ridges, are also reinforced with 5 textile fibers, offering greater resistance to breaking.

   The edges of the visible facings of the panels are chamfered or rounded, allowing the decoration of the joint.

  The suspended ceiling shown further comprises suspension hooks 6 cooperating with fixing rods 7 intended to be fixed to a beam. Each of these hooks is engaged in a joint. formed by the interlocking of two contiguous panels between the upper edge of a groove 2. and the corresponding crest 3, facing a beam 8 from which the hook is suspended by means of the corresponding rod 7.

        Each suspension hook 6 (fig. 4 and 5) is formed by a sheet metal plate having a central part cut out in the shape of a trapezoid and curved perpendicular to the faces of the plate, said central part comprising a hole in which is engaged the Corresponding fixing rod 7.

  The panel suspended ceiling described is. economical and easy to assemble.

  Thanks to the materials used for the con fection of the panels, the ceiling is made insulating. to heat and sound. The ceiling is also light and completely incombustible.
